Description of Work: I bought a coupon for 2 hours of plumbing service. I needed to have a dishwasher and garbage disposer reinstalled following a reconstruction caused by a major flooding issue. I also needed a fitting replaced in a water line under a cabinet. They made an appointment to meet me at the rental unit and then they said they had to leave to go to another job. They were to return later but they did not return and I had to call them to find out when they would be back. It took more phone calls and 2 more days to get the jobs completed. The work that was finally completed was done well but the repairman did not test that the disposer and dishwasher were working. I know this because I had to call in an electrician and discovered that there was a problem with the wiring and there was no power to either the disposer or dishwasher.

Description of Work: I used this plumbing company on one of Angie's List special deals. They came when expected and cleaned up before leaving. The work included replacing a bathroom faucet and replacing a toilet water in-flow valve. I plan on using them to replace some galvanized piping that has caused me a great deal of problems

Description of Work: Fixed the drain from washing machine that was backing up during the drain cycle.

Description of Work: Great guys and very professional! Adjusted flush for 4 toilet, adjusted and cleaning out kitchen faucet. In addition, several days after their service, the hot water heaters pilot light went out. We could not get it re-lit so I called Frank and he came out the same day, within two hours of the call and got the water heater working again. Very nice folks!

Description of Work: They were early to my house. Completed putting in a sink, faucet & garbage disposal within 2 hour. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves and are pet friendly which is important as I have 3 big dogs. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Contractor was originally asked to look at a leak in our kitchen sink. He helped us figure out a better approach yet to be pursued, but he did install several faucets at a brilliantly reasonable price. We will definitely use them again in the near future.

Description of Work: Frank and Dale made three trips to my house, the first to consult about my plumbing needs, the second to dry fit a sink that didn't fit, and the third to install a new sink (correctly sized) and a new disposal. They were honest and concerned with doing good work. I would use them again. They are busy so expect to be flexible.

Description of Work: Company arrived early to perform scheduled work, and when I presented them with another issue I was having, they investigated and told me they would come back later in the afternoon to resolve. They did exactly what they said they would do and the problem was taken care of very quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

Description of Work: Radiator flush and plumbing inspections. The guys were very friendly and didn’t try to feed me any bull----. I will use them if I have any plumbing problems b/c they gained my trust.

Description of Work: I contacted Frank the owner, on the 31st of Aug, he was very apologetic but could not get to the small leak in my main waterline to the house that day. I had dug the leak up and put a temporary repair on the leak myself. He showed up on the 4th of Sept at 2pm , planning a quick 1.5 hr repair. He kept running into difficulties sealing the leak and ended up having to run 30 feet of new pipe. He worked until 7:30 pm getting the job finished so my wife would be able to shower that eve. He had originaly quoted me $150.00-$200.00 for a simple repair, but felt obligated to complete the repair correctly and at a fair price, and STAYED until the job was complete. I had had dealings with another plumbing company for a simular problem that charged me $1000.00 to replace a 3 ft section of pipe, at their rates I would have paid $10000.00, instead Elite did it for $600.00. I will certainly hire Elite plumbing again. Integrity is becoming a lost art, but not with Elite. Thank you Frank!!!!

Description of Work: I bought the $99 coupon for $200. I just moved and could not get a rusted washer line loose to attach my washer. They did it in about 10 minutes (which was both aggravating and gratifying). They also verbally explained a couple of other things to me. I was happy to get the line fixed, but thought the $95 they quoted for the work was fairly ridiculous. They told me they included the drive over in the calculation of the work time involved. Really? From what I can tell though, this is an issue with all contractors in the area. I find it mystifying that everyone from a plumber to electrician to handyman wants to charge $85 plus an hour--including driving time.
