I found Eco carpet pro on Angies list and decided to try them because of the great reviews and the special they were running. I'm glad we did. Shawn was very accommodating in setting up a time to come and Perry showed up right on schedule. It took about an hour and a half for him to clean five areas in my home. With the exception of one small area - carpets look almost new. Perry explained that the one area that still looked a little dirty would need to be cleaned again and would probably need a hot water cleaning which was a different service. I'll definitely have them back when it's time for a cleaning again!

We are completely satisfied with Eco Carpet Pro, this is the third time we have used them. They are professional, on time, and the work is exemplary. We had a chair with a very large stain which we frankly didn't expect to come out. Perry worked on the stain and it is 100% gone. The stairs were in terrible condition, and Perry worked on them until they looked like new.

Jaris Riley provided an excellent and comprehensive carpet cleaning service! This was his third visit to the house to either clean some carpet or upholstery and each time, his work has far exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and detailed; friendly to communicate with. I will continue to use ECO CarpetPro in the future as required, and I highly recommend their service to others.

Technician (Jaris) called approximately 25 minutes before appointment to say he was on his way. He arrived on time for schedule appointment. He stated cleaning would take approximately 2.5 hours which it did. He worked steadily throughout that time. He was polite (addressing me as Mr. ..... throughout), friendly, and professional. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take to dry. Once finished he explained an optional procedure which could be purchased, but there was no high pressure from him to purchase this option. The carpets were dry in the time frame that he specified. We were well satisfied with the cleaning. I would use this company and would request this technician for future cleanings.

Everything went very well. Eco Carpet first vacuumed everything, then used their rotating carpet cleaner to clean everything. This is cheaper than Stanley Steamer which I've used in the past. One differences to keep in mind is that Eco Carpet only has one technician doing the job so it took about 3 hours. Also, the cleaner is pretty loud as opposed to S.Steamer which has their unit in the truck. Overall, I would definitely use these guys again!

We decided to try Eco Carpet Pro in Chesapeake to help us clean our house, especially after throwing a few parties for the last 6 months. Eco Carpet Pro did a wonderful job, including an amazing cleaning on the carpeted stairs that we never thought the carpet would change color. We were so used to the dirty carpet color that we thought that was the color of the carpet. There were a few spots on the carpet that had stains from wine, coffee, pasta sauce, etc. that were gone after they finished cleaning. They also cleaned the tile & grout in the entryway (heaviest traffic area) and kitchen. Perfect grout, perfectly clean tiles. We also had our area rug cleaned and very impressed. We can't believe how amazing the rug looks and feels soft. The color didn?t fade and no chemical odor from the cleaning process. After that they inspected our upholstery (sofa/couch and dining chairs). After they finished cleaning, everything is now perfectly cleaned, no smells, no spots and look brand new. Finally our house is ready for the next parties. Thanks to Eco Carpet Pro.

Returned to them because they had cleaned my carpets before, and that went very well. Very satisfied with results! Especially the tile and grout and area rug cleaning. I have been using different people for over 30 years, and nobody has ever done this good a job.

Bobby went over the process with me (he is very knowledgeable) gave me advice on how to care for my 12 year old carpet. My sofas and carpet look great. I will be calling them again in June.

Perry Williams did an excellent job. This was a move out clean and the carpets looked amazing after he was done. Wish we would have had them cleaned more often. He did a great job explaining which stains he could get out, and which were likely permanent. He worked on all of them and they came out much better than expected.

Perry was polite and professional while in our home. He cleaned our 2 1/2 year old, dense, light colored carpeting located on the stairs, in 1 hallway, and in 3 bedrooms in a timely and thorough manner. Our carpet looks brand new!
