Description of Work: They cleaned my travertine tile floors and left them smudged and looking worse than before the cleaning. I asked the service man to mop the floor to clear the smudges and he said he did not have a mop. I reported this to the office of Eco and they sent someone from the office, (not the same worker) who tried very hard to restore the even shine to the tile. She eventually had to polish each tile by hand. I appreciated her hard work but it should not have been necessary in the first place. Further work had to be done by my own house cleaner to achieve a satisfactory result.
