Dear [member name removed], Thank you so much for your feedback. Dryer Vent Wizard is a franchise organization which utilizes a National Scheduling Center located within the headquarters. The scheduling center provides service to all of our franchisees nationwide. Our franchise in the local area is a family owned and operated small business and we utilize the scheduling center so that we may provide our customers with a live person to answer the calls as opposed to having calls go to voicemail. Most of the customers that call us only want to make an appointment which the reps are fully capable of doing as they have access to my appointment calendar. If customers want pricing or any additional information they are transferred directly to me if I am able to take the call at that moment. If not, the rep will take a number and let the customer know that I will call them back as soon as I am able. This process has worked seamlessly over the last year and a half; however, in the last few weeks they have upgraded the phone system to provide more capabilities and quality controls for management to monitor the calls as we grow. As you are probably aware, with most change comes challenge. Transferring calls became cumbersome and there were a few lost calls. Unfortunately you were one of those calls. The reps were getting frustrated and by your rating of our company I can see you were equally as frustrated, but I assure you no one was as frustrated as I was. I spoke with the scheduling center supervisor when the incident occurred and I also forwarded your recent comments to her as well. We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do and I am sorry you were not able to see that for yourself firsthand.
