I had purchased a big deal and the service was not that great. Our dryer is still not performing well as it did, when we first purchased it, so we are not sure if they did anything. They put down on a piece of paper, that the air flow was at 8 miles an hour before, and after they did their thing, it was at 15 miles an hour, but we are still having issues on our dryer. I don't know if it is the dryer itself, or the exhaust. It is a brand new dryer, so I can't imagine it is the dryer itself. They tried to charge me when they showed up. I kindly reminded them that I had purchased an Angie's List big deal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very punctual, professional and neat.

The 2 men were so professional. They called ahead to tell me they were on their way. My dryer was a mess but they worked on it until it was free of lint. They did a thorough job and made my home safer. They even gave me a free lint brush and gave me sound advice on how to properly maintain my dryer. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Two technicians called ahead and were on time. Very professional, cleaned up inside house, picked up most lint from ground near outside vent that was result of cleaning 24 feet of vent. Stated remaining lint on ground outside would disappear after the first rain, which proved to be correct. Entire job took about an hour and 15 minutes. While reconnecting the dryer to the wall vent access, technicians accidentally bent the dryer top, causing it to rub against the dryer drum. They immediately took responsibility and contacted B&R Appliance Repair to replace the dryer top. They also were able to bend the top up a bit to stop the rubbing, so we could use the dryer while waiting for a new top. B&R ordered a replacement top and installed it the following week. I had scheduled a vent cleaning, but expected that dryer needed to be internally cleaned and vent connections sealed more effectively. The only extra service they tried to sell me was in fact what I expected and knew was needed. I would recommend this company without reservation. I was very impressed with their display of professional integrity.

They did a great job. They "upsell" consisted of a new vent cover (which I needed) - but at $59 it was very pricey. They charged ~$69 to clean inside the dryer since the vent pipe had become undone. The dryer runs like new -total bill including Big Deal($75) was around $200.

The service was fine, but they always try to sell you something more, which they did. They changed my water hoses to stainless steel, and so I paid an additional amount. They were really good. They were very professional, they explained everything, they didn't take long to do the job, and that was good. It was worth it.

They responded quickly, set a quick appt. Technician was 30 minutes - an hour late because his vehicle broke down. But, once he got to the house he went straight to work and removed bird nests and birds out of the vents and cleaned them out. Then put covers and was gone within 45 minutes to an hours. WE are very happy with this company and will use them again.

Came in and conducted thorough assessment of the dryer. Immediately wanted to provide me additional services not included in my request. Conducted the service in a timely and professional manner. This is a very messy job. The lint outside goes every where during the job. They came and performed the service while it was drizzling rain and left lint all over the back yard. No vacuum incorporated into the service; it is a drill bit with a brush only so the lint flies everywhere.

It was done quicly and efficiently and all questions were answered promptly. This made a huge difference in the efficiency of my dryer and was definitely worth having done. Thanks!

Very professional and courteous. Pleased with my experience. They even pointed out that my vent extender was not fire-safe and replaced in on the spot for a nominal additional fee.

They do try to compensate by selling parts at a premium price, but the labor costs were very reasonable.

The dryer wizards-two guys-family owned business were prompt and very professional. They were in and out in about 1 hour total.

First they looked through the outside house dryer vent, then the house vents. Then they had to crawl under the house to see what the existing venting looked like. Well, of course, it was the crummy foil kind! They replaced the venting with metal venting that won't collect lint and can stand up to their powerful vacuum. They showed me the old vent pieces and it was gross. They were, nearly, stuffed with lint. I feel I did something to help prevent a needless fire in my home. Oh yes, the clothes, sheets, towels, etc are drying MUCH faster!!!

The young man that came was very nice, but he was new. The only problem I had was that I think he should have come with someone that had more experience. However, the fact that the owner sent me an email and told me they would give me a refund gave me confidence in the trustworthiness of the company.

I bought a half price deal for Dryer Vent Wizard as I had never had the service performed before. Brent and Corey were both very professional. They arrived on time, and carefully explained what they were going to do. They checked all the hoses on my washer and dryer, inspected everything, and cleaned out the dryer vent. They worked efficiently and made sure to put everything back and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived. They also gave me a quote to replace my old rubber washing machine hose with a stainless steel one, which I might consider having them take care of at a later date.

Dryer Vent Wizzard was BEYOND professional! This experience was service how it was meant to be, and we have not seen service of this caliber ever during the three years we have volunteered on our condo board. Dryer Vent Wizard and the Cunningham family team were astounding. From start to finish,their ability to work with our diverse group of owners, down to tackling the mysteries of the odd construction of our complex made the service we received second to none. Again, I cannot emphasize how wonderful it was to work with this team. A distinct pleasure!

Technician was delayed coming to house but called and arrived as he estimated. Assessed the vent and dryer. Quoted a price for the job. Did the installation, including removing the back of dryer to clean lint inside machine and vacuumed clean the lint screen and interior of lint screen housing. Whole job took about 2 hours, Very please with the results.

We noticed that our dryer was not drying the clothes very well, many times it took 2X to get the clothes dry. When I checked our outside vent I noticed that the louvers were not opening when the dryer was on, indicating that air was not flowing out correctly. I read some of the reviews on Angie's List and decided to give Dryer Vent Wizard a try. When I called them I spoke with Nancy, the owner, I was able to get an afternoon appointment in only 2 days. Brent showed up and tested the operation of the dryer before he began any cleaning. Since our vent was modified about 10 years ago when we enclosed our porch, our system has different challenges and probably should be replaced completely and routed differently, we elected to not do that at this time. Brent performed the cleaning process, it took about an hour. After he was fininshed he tested the operation again, when the dryer was on now the louvers opened up completely. Since the vent system was cleaned we have dried multiple loads of clothes, all of them dried completely, and in half the time. I know we will save a lot of money just on the electric bill because of the cleaning. I would not hesitate to call them again, they are professionals and do the job right. You can find a cheaper price, but I don't think you will get the same quality of service. Thank you Brent for a job well done.

Brent the technician did an outstanding job. He was polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done, unlike the highly lauded Angie's List contractor who I called on May 21 who merely took my $139 and did nothing to fix my problem. Does the name AIRight ring a bell! I would not hesitate to recommend Dry Vent Wizard to anyone in need of dryer vent cleaning and repair services.
