He arrived on time and inspected the dryer vent and dryer. After inspection he even told me I didn't need the dryer vent cleaned, just the lint trap area and to replace the ducting behind the dryer. I was very impressed and thankful they didn't just go ahead and clean it and charge me anyways.

Corey was on time and very professional. I showed him were everything was and he went about his business. No muss. No fuss! He was finished very quickly. The dryer is back to working properly. Corey and I decided that we would take a look at the vent in a year to make sure the risk of fire is kept to a minimum.

I called on Saturday and Monday morning they were at the house at a time convenient for me. Corey found about 20 years worth of lint and a birds nest in the vent. My dryer is working beautifully now!

Excellent. They had a meter that measured airflow and it was remarkably improved. Watch out for the up sells. If you can do some basic repairs yourself like change out a simple dryer vent, you can save some money. Or if you just don't want to be bother by anything they do it all.

Our vent was incredibly clogged and involved more than a few angles. Corey went above and beyond what we expected. He worked for a couple of hours, but got the vent open and exhausting freely. He was friendly, informative, and highly professional. We purchased a maintenance rider to help keep the vent free into the future.

Everything went as expected. They were punctual and actually called ahead to see if it was OK to come a little early since they were ahead of schedule that day. I had a $99 vent cleaning deal, but paid extra to replace the old wire vent cover on the outside of the house and to have the dryer vent cavity cleaned since I don't think anything was cleaned by the previous owners of the house. They were not pushy at all, but gave me the information I needed to decide which upgraded services I wanted to purchase. They cleaned up the lint, both inside and outside and were very professional.

The serviceman carefully moved our dryer so he could get to the line and he worked neat and efficiently. I would definitely recommend his company to my neighbors. After he left I was amazed at how fast my dryer dried a load of clothes.

Very well, except for the drywall repair still needed. I will have to hire a plasterer to repair the holes left in the ceiling.

It went fine. It was easy to schedule the service and to change the time as well. They had great communication. They ended up doing an extra service in the same visit. The only thing I didn’t like was that they strongly recommended that I get that additional service and I paid around $70 estimated.

It was a fine. I didn’t have to pay anything. All the stuff that they try to up sale, we said no. They were quick. They were prompt. They didn’t act like they were mad at me for not buying more stuff. They didn’t explained that they got a whole lot of crud out of my dryer vent. It was after they left that I was outside and there was this big pile of dryer vent crud. I was thinking that they should have at least said, “Look this is what we did.” They didn’t clean that up and I don’t know that they were supposed to. I don’t know if that was part of the deal but they left that. They could have cleaned that up easily. I know that the birds like to use that stuff for their nest so I didn’t clean that up either. I was sort of surprised that they didn’t say good thing you did this. They encourage me to call them back because had I not seen that I wouldn’t know if it is even worth having done it. But, I would recommend them. They weren’t thrilled with me that I didn’t buy more. They seemed to do a good job. The price only looked cheap and it didn’t take them 10 minutes. It wasn’t fair and it wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible.

Our dryer is operating 100% more efficiently than before the installation of the new line. We couldn't be more pleased.
