The work hasn’t taken place yet. The portion of the work that has been done has been good so far.

The owner came out and gave a good estimate, but it was a little high and I did not pursue it. He was very friendly!

They did an excellent job, they were very reliable, and they cleaned up every night when they packed up to leave and overall we had a great experience with them. The designer had very creative ideas in the process. We had some tricky logistics for them to deal with but they were able to work around them. They were not just creative in the design but also in dealing with any problems or issues.

They were great again and we were very pleased with them!

Overall, I like the patio and paver pattern, enjoy the sitting wall and the pergola does provide relief from direct sun. The workers were very courteous and kept me apprised of their schedule and concerns. What I did not enjoy, however, was the Customer Service or overall performance of the company. I truly believe that I overpaid for the quality of the product I received. Yes, I did "sign off" on the proposed plan/cost, so, much of it is my fault, as well. Buyer beware. Although I had sought other quotes and plans, this plan seemed exactly what I wanted. What I did not appreciate was the lack of keeping me informed, what I consider part of Customer Service. I was notified that work would begin the week of July 4th. By the end of the week, the work had yet to be started. I understand that the landscaping business is weather dependent, and I'd to think that I am an understanding and flexible person. I would have been content had I been informed of schedule changes, but I wasn't. Instead, I had to call them, repeatedly, to find out when I could expect the work to begin. On one call, I was told that the owner was out of town for the weekend, and would get back to me when he returned. It turned out that the work did not begin until almost two weeks later. Finally, work started and was completed within the planned time frame. When completed, the yard was very tidy. Again, another Customer Service issue occurred. The workers told me that I would receive written instructions on how to care for the newly installed plants and paving material - nothing. I did get an instruction booklet, though, about the pergola, how to put it together and care for it. That was dropped off a few days after work was completed. As for the care of the plants, well, thankfully, there is the internet. However, in reviewing and researching the pergola online, I discovered that I had been over charged by almost $2,000! In calling the company, to work on resolving this (either a refund, or change the pergola to what I paid for), once again, Customer Service was lacking. The receptionist deferred me to the manager (owner), who was currently unavailable, but she would give him the message. It took several phone calls by me, over two weeks, before I finally was able to speak to the manager. After discussing options, I agreed that I would receive yard care/maintenance for the remainder of the year (summer, fall and winter) as well as the following spring. Unfortunately, I failed to get that in writing. ( Let me just say that I got a few handfuls of fertilizer and some (haphazard) pruning in the late summer and nothing the following spring). Later in the summer, I had a problem with the sitting wall - a few stones had come loose. A worker did come out quickly, on two different times, to "re-glue" them (though they are still loose). By this time, I was exasperated with the company and gave up on trying to get satisfaction. Yes, this definitely was a learning situation.

We had given them a budget. We had set a budget of $20000, but that included doing the driveway. They were really good, I really liked the owner. He was really nice. We really thought we were going to be on board to use them but we ended up going with a different company. I don't know that I really would have changed anything about it. It was just the company we actually went with gave us better drawings, more visual. To spend that kind of money, we wanted to see something a little more visual and we thought that the company that we went with gave us something more visual.

Work began within reasonable time of original start date. Work proceeded briskly once started. Site supervisor discussed any issue daily. Made a few changes on the fly without any problems. Returned for final walk through to review care for plants. Everything was immaculate when finished. Crew were polite and well mannered while on site. Everything done to our satisfaction.

Everything went extremely well. They were on time and did exactly what was contracted. We could not be happier with the results.

We are so happy with the job! The outcome is beyond our expectations. It was a great experience from start to finish. We are planning on using them to redo our front yard later this year.

They were fantastic, good service, great design, personalized, efficient and on time.

We spent a total of about $4800 on that service. We would tell others that we really liked them. We had multiple people come out and give estimates on our site and they came out with the best price and it even included landscaping with the job. They were very helpful because we needed to have it done in a certain time period and even with the weather they were helpful working with us to try to get it done and fit us in their schedule. It was a smaller job and they tried to get us in earlier. The people were just very nice and the crew was very courteous and just very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend them to others. Their pricing was competitive and including landscaping they were less than other estimates we got. We weren’t there on the site when they did the work, but they got the job done when they said they would.

My husband and I are so happy with our new patio and landscape. Tom did an excelllent job of listening to our ideas and incorporating thtat into a beautiful and creative design. The guys who work on the installation crew were neat and professional. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed. We are looking forward to using Dreamscapes again to re landscape our front yard!

First and foremost it was a horrid experience. The pricing was high and the return was low. They failed to do a lot of the things we had initially agreed on. I now have a terrible weed problem as a result of their work. Even worse they will not return my calls in regards to doing touch-up work on tasks that were originally agreed upon.
