instillation on time. Trees and bushes that were installed were much smaller than expected. Boulders were not as large as we discussed. path discussed was not installed initially. It was not put in the original design. It appeared that the designer overlooked this. When brought to the attention to the foreman, he told me that it was not in the current design. The designer remembered the conversation and they agreed to put in a path. The large slabs of stone for the main entrance walk way that was originally planned looked great. But for some reason, these were removed and replaced with smaller stones which fit no one's gait. The smaller stones rocked back and forth and were not seated well. I guess that was to "flow" with the path through the lawn, but it was not my concept of a usable pathway. Some of the stones were re-seated, but not all. I was feeling pressured to come up with the final payment and re-assured that all my issues with the install would be taken care of. Within one month of install, weeds were growing everywhere through the mulch and river stone. No landscaping fiber was used. When I contacted the company about the problem, the response was that fabric was not in the contract. They would come out and do a "complementary spray" of the weeds. This was done and now, we have dead weeds in our river stone beds. Overall, we got very little for the money we spent. I am so surprised about this since I rely heavily on Angie's List reviews. This was the most expensive contract, but I went with this company based on the reviews. I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the company and quality of the product.

Everything from Christina's design to Tylor's supervision and the construction team was spot on. The most professional and courteous contractors I have used in along time. Definitely recommend Dreamscapes to anyone wanting to upscale their landscape.

Design was awesome. Quality of work performed was LOUSY. They hired a sub-contractor who did sub-par work. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Outstanding. Dreamscapes Design and especially Cristina and her team designed and installed a beautiful new front entry and lawn. We are very pleased with the results and have received many compliments for our neighbors.

Went WONDERFULLY! Christina, the landscape architect is so creative and listened. We met with other landscape designers before meeting her and they either didn't listen, just showed off their knowledge of latin names for plants, or just asked what we wanted. We hired an architect to come up with the ideas! Christina created a beautiful patio, Marco who does the hardscape and James who does the landscaping and plantings are artists and super conscientious about doing the job right. All of them were professional, creative, artists, and did a beautiful job. They are a 11 out of 10! Can't recommend enough!

I can't say enough about this team. From the estimate to the install, I was thoroughly impressed. When I finally saw the finished product, I cried. I could not believe how beautiful my backyard looked. It's lovely to see my children sitting around the fire pit without their phones!

The initial and plan review meetings went fine. The designer was pleasant and easy enough to work with. But there were a few things that weren't quite right with the plan (existing beds in wrong places, plant selection issues in shade) and a few minor changes we agreed she would make. But then after that, nothing but crickets. I never received the revisions (we agreed on email) and reached out a couple times with no response.

We moved in to this newly constructed house in July, 2015. The area between the detached garage and the house was unusable because of the slope of the ground. Our next door neighbors had Dreamscape install pavers behind their house but their ground was level and we knew ours would require additional work to level it off. Tom Rozier, the Landscape Architect and owner of Dreamscape, listened to what we wanted and proposed a solution. His price was competitive, and since our neighbors had been very satisfied with the work Dreamscape had done for them, we hired them. We have not been disappointed. We signed the contract for the first part of the work on 9-10-15, work began on 10-6-15 and was completed on 10-13-15. Some of the pavers near the retaining wall did not remain level, and Dreamscape was very responsive when we notified them about the problem. The cause of the problem was identified and fixed. We subsequently decided we wanted flower beds and additional plantings in the back yard, as well as some stone borders where the ground sloped so we wouldn't need to deal with cutting the grass on the slope. Tom Rozier quoted a competitive price for this work, we signed a contract on 8-9-16, work began on 10-11-16 and was completed on 10-12-16. We have been very pleased with the work Dreamscape has done for us and would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and knowledgeable landscaper with competitive prices.

Fantastic customer service at a fair price

Worked with them for over a year and was never completed... Does that give you a clue? Was NEVER done properly, no supervision of work crew (when they showed up), put down sod in culvert blocking water flow causing backup in yard which then caused me to spend an additional $5,000 for a pump/drainage system, planted trees/plants that were not to be planted on my property, regraded entire yard improperly by a 3rd party vendor and did nothing to correct it. RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/OWNER! FYI.. all pics are AFTER the new sod was installed. Really!

The initial meeting went fine and the design was a good starting point, but there were a few errors and some plant selections that didn't really work for the location. I asked for some minor revisions, so I could submit the plan to my HOA, but never got them. After phone and email messages went unanswered I made my own changes and corrected the plans so I could get them approved before it was too late to plant. They gave me a good start and the initial plan and consultation taught me a lot, but on the whole it was a bit disappointing. The plan itself was worth it with the Angie's List coupon, but their quote to install the planned seemed very high.

This was a big deal purchase. It was great. They came over several times and met. It was good. We had originally decided to put an outdoor pergola in our yard and do several planting and things around it so that is what he drew and that is what he quoted prices for. That was fine, great. Shortly after that we decided to actually put a pool in our back yard so that kind of changed because the pergola was going to go. We actually went left when we were going to go right. He left great designs but we decided to go in a different direction. It took a while for him to actually create the drawing. The big deal was for a landscape drawing. I met with him several time and he always showed up with a bulleted list of what he was planning to put in and what they cost. I kind of had to nudge him along so it took him a while to provide the drawing, so that is the only thing I would grade him down on.

Excellent service. Being a contractor myself, and a perfectionist, I was skeptical about how well the project would turn out. The owner and crew worked with me to accommodate my needs, and in particular the project manager, Larry, was exceptionally responsive and worked very hard to ensure all my expectations were met. I plan to use Dreamscape on some upcoming, larger projects.

They damaged one of my trees so they could've been more observant.

Dreamscape Designers Landscape Company did a great job with designing and installing our front lawn. My wife and I were very pleased with the work they did. All of the members of the Dreamscape team that we worked with were very friendly and professional including our designer, Daniel. We would definitely use them again in the future.

It was alright. It wasn't as good as it should have been. I think it was overpriced and I don't think they installed the sod properly. They did so little for so much. I wouldn't use them again. It took them months to get here.

Tom (the owner) was very accommodating about working me into his schedule so my husband could enjoy the new patio while home on a short R&R from Afghanistan. The crew was able to demolish the old patio and stoop, then lay the foundation and new patio and walk all in one day! They were polite and respectful. It started to rain at the end so they were unable to install the polymeric sand due to excessive moisture. My back yard has lost a lot of soil over the years to erosion and we plan to replenish the soil and redo the lawn once the temperatures are milder, but in the meantime that means our new patio is several inches higher in elevation than the existing lawn in some places. That night and over the next day or two we had massive downpours that washed the foundation from underneath the patio edge in a few places. Once the weather cooperated the crew came back to redo those sections, then were able to install the polymeric sand to provide a solid surface where rain couldn't enter between the pavers and wash out the foundation. They also installed some dirt around the edges of the patio and walk to alleviate the difference in grade and help control any future erosion. They finished by scattering grass seed and protecting the area with a straw mat. We've had no problems since. A couple different managers and the owner came by during the installation and subsequent repairs to check on how everything was going. Communication was good. The price was higher than I expected, but I'm unsure if the company is just high or if I underestimated. Everything was cleaned up and all materials and trash hauled away. I have no complaints and a now beautiful patio in what was a totally unusable back yard. My husband and I are thrilled with the results.

Tom and his team were friendly and professional. The results were impressive. The patio and sod were top notch quality. Only criticism was that i wanted a quote for another project but i guess they were too busy so didn't hear back after a couple of requests to the office staff. By that time i looked for another Angieslist deal. I found one, but that landscaper was not as good.

Overall they did a great job. They were courteous, the workers were on time, they finished on schedule, communicated well, and they were very nice guys! The only thing I would say is they are on the pricey side. I would definitely recommend them!

Dreamscapes did everything I asked of them. Tom Rozier sold his product to me because of his enthusiasm to improve the overall appearance of the front of my house and his knowledge of stone landscaping. I interviewed 5 companies and was most impressed with Dreamscapes because of design and cost. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job. When changes to the schedule occurred because of weather they always called ahead of time and never kept me guessing. They left my property in good shape and cleaned up after themselves.

Owner showed up at appointed time, made suggestions after listening to what I wanted, and provided drawings a couple of days later for final review before starting work. Work began on schedule and finished sooner than expected. Everything went exactly as planned, including a couple of mid-stream changes which were quickly incorporated without complaint or delay. My only complaint was after the work was done I could tell there were some spots in the yard that did not get the same amount of seed applied. Actually very little was applied in those spots because they did not use a seed spreader in my small irregularly shaped yard. They just threw out the seed by hand. I asked twice for a small bag of seed so I could fill in those spots, but he never delivered even though he said he would. The third time I asked he did not respond. Big mistake, but since I have unfinished work installing additional pavers this spring I will reserve judgement until he comes back to finish the work and see what explanation he gives me. This assumes he comes back.

It went great. Crew worked well despite freezing cold weather. Plants are placed according to design. Thank you.

I am currently waiting on a quote from them for a patio. They were very professional and the crew did a nice job with the work and with clean-up. Scheduling was good with them.

They were really good, punctual and completed the work in about a week and a half. We were very pleased with them.

They came to check the pump on our pond, which has a waterfall that was not working properly. They took out the pump, replaced the part, and everything is now working to our satisfaction.
