Description of Work: He came for the consult at the appointed time. He was definitely preoccupied with a golf date he had for "a big job". He began to draw a picture on a Manila folder. His ideas sounded good, he indicated I would get a professional sketch within a week. I had to send an email a week letter as the professional sketch was not received. A few days later, I got a scanned copy of the Manila folder sketch. I was supposed to get the exact plants with colors and the sketch was shotty at best. This was SO not worth the cost. I went with another company that did everything on time and as promised.

Description of Work: I contacted the company and clearly noted in my message and over the phone that I wanted regular lawn and hedge care. I guess I wasn't specific enough ... Lawn mowing, and they do not perform this service. I waited 7 days for my appointment. That owner came by, was really nice , but my lawn continued to grow

Description of Work: Tom came out and met with us to discuss the project. He came back two weeks later with the design plan and additional discussion. The work crew arrived about 4 weeks later to remove and install all plants and hardscapes as to the agreement. Beautiful job guys. What a transformation!

Description of Work: Dreamscapes built a stone paver patio for us. They did what they said and when they said they would. Punctual, professional and excellent craftsmen. I would hire them again without hesitation!

Description of Work: First class from start to finish. We explained what we wanted in our backyard and they designed a perfect plan. The workers were on time everyday and always cleaned up when they finish. All the plants and grasses look great and the patio is fantastic.

Description of Work: They took out all of the 50 year old bushes across the front and the owner came up with a landscape design that we really liked and the plants he picked out were slow growing and very nice. We are very very happy with the outcome and would recommend them highly and would use Dreamscape Designers again.

Description of Work: Proposed design for a new garden area was imaginative and practical. Company was very responsive to owners ideas and concerns. Design was not implemented because customer was still ambivalent concerning ultimate use of area. He would use this company again if he decides to return to their design.

I visited home and garden shops |and took note of the prices of items I wanted for my garden. I added those and determined I might as well DIY way. The cost they quoted was quite high. | | | | | | |

Description of Work: Tom provided a site plan for landscaping our front yard along with a list of plants and a proposal for his company to do the work. We have decided to have him proceed with doing the landscaping later this fall.

Description of Work: Haven't signed the contract yet, but am impressed with idea and design provided. Will be tearing down existing deck, replacing with stone steps, patio, stone walkway, stone trash can pad, and bush landscaping around trash cans and air conditioners.

Description of Work: My backyard was in prettying sad shape. It needed the beds next to the house raised and rocked, a paver path fixed and rocked, tree wells installed and rocked, and the lawn removed, graded and new sod put down. Once the project started it was completed in a week and a half, short delay for weather but it turned out great. The small paver landing at the bottom of the deck was not completed to my satisfaction, but Tom did the final walk through and agreed, I expect it to be fixed in the very near future once the sod is secure. |The only detractor was it took more than three weeks from when I first contacted the company to get an appt for a consultation and another two weeks to seal the deal. I almost called to cancel but I'm glad I didn't. Very happy with their customer service and every phone call or follow up inquiry I made was answered promptly. I will definitely call them if I need work done in the future.

Description of Work: Received a landscape design for my home for $75.00. Based on that design, I received a quote for installation of the design for $3000.00. It took awhile to get the installation going, but it was done in a few days, and we are very happy with the final work. I would use them again.
