If you call them up, they are up there either that day or the next day, so it's very fast response. They are very honest and I've been very pleased with them over the years. They are very polite and do a great job.

Our old dishwasher had sprung a major leak. I emailed Dr. Johnny's in the evening, requesting service. The very next morning, they called, with a choice of dates and times. Their serviceman Art came at the beginning of the two-hour window that we had agreed to, and even called a second time to let us know how soon he would arrive. Art diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the pump that had died. He was a consummate professional, and a credit to Johnny's. My wife and I decided it was time to buy a new dishwasher, since the old one was around ten years old, and the parts replacements wouldn't have been economically feasible, given the age of the equipment. We stopped off at Johnny's and were amazed at the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It looked like a family operation, as opposed to the cold, and quot;big boxand quot; stores we had previously visited. We chose a popular Whirlpool model, at a VERY competitive price, and had delivery arranged for the following day. This time, Dr. Johnny's sent out Marvin, to deliver and install the new dishwasher, and take away the old unit. Marvin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was on time, a great communicator, totally knowledgeable, totally professional, and made sure that we knew how to operate the dishwasher before he left. It's obvious that Dr. Johnny's hires great employees. End of story.....the dishwasher works great. We got it at a fine price, from an excellent office staff, and it was installed by a super employee. What more can I say? Will we go back to Dr. Johnny's for future appliance needs? Absolutely!

The price was under 150 dollars. He is close by to southern Virginia Beach. He sells products as well. When you call him, he's there.

The company requires a fee be paid after the service person looks at the appliance. This fee will apply towards any parts that need ordering or toward a new appliance if you purchase it through them. We needed a fill value. We were contacted in less than a week to replace the part. The company calls you the day before to let you know of a 2 hour window where your appointment is set. The service person was timely and friendly. I would definitely use the company again if needed.

A technician came out within a day or two of our call for service. He tested our dryer, and he found out that it wasn't a dryer problem but an electrical problem. He showed us several reasons for his conclusion, and we trusted his assessment based on his reasoning. We have since had the electrical repairs done, and we've had no further problems with our dryer. In addition, their cost for a service call is cheaper than several other comparable businesses that I've spoken to. We've used this company several times, and we will continue to use them based on our positive experiences with them.

When I contacted the sales representative at Dr. Johnny's, I gave her the model numbers of the Whirpool washer and dryer I wanted. She asked if I wanted the appliances to match and gave me the information on the matching dryer. She quoted me prices that were lower than the big box stores. She scheduled delivery for the end of the week at a time that was convenient for me. Due to roadway construction getting into my neighborhood, the delivery did not take place until Saturday. The delivery men called ahead to inform me that they were on their way. When they arrived, they assessed my laundry room to see where the appliances would be placed. They removed my old laundry center, installed and leveled my new appliances, and instructed me on how to use them. I am very satisfied with my new appliances, and with my experience doing business with Dr. Johnny's. My confidence in dealing with Dr. Johnny's is what allowed me to buy these items over the phone, without traveling to Virginia Beach to view the appliances in the store. I know that if I was not satisfied that Dr. Johnny's would make everything right.

Great service! I was only charged for the service call and the repairman gave me some good advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.

I was not pleased with them. They said they could fix it and they called in to get the parts which they said would $400. I said I could not pay that as it was a huge amount. They charged me $69 for just coming out and take a look. I wrote them a cheque and then they went out. They were here at the time that they said they would. I could get the repair done from another service provider for $78.

Bought washer and dryer over the phone at 10 am and Dr. Johnny's had two guys installing them by 12 the same afternoon.

My husband noticed on Sunday that the food at the top of the freezer was not frozen and the refrigerator was not as cold as it was supposed to be. We cleaned the coils and set the temperature controls to their coldest settings before we went to bed that night. The next morning (Monday), the temperature in the refrigerator was almost 70 degrees and all the food in the freezer was defrosted except for what was stored in the bottom basket. I called Dr. Johnny's later that morning and described the problem to the person who answered the phone. A repaiman was sent out that afternoon. After doing some diagnostics, he determined that the defrost timer wasn't working and needed to be replaced. He called the store from my house to see if they had one in stock. They did not so he ordered one to arrive the next day (Tuesday). He came back early Wednesday morning to install the part. In the meantime, the repairman said that I would need to let the freezer defrost for 24 hours. At that time, I could turn the unit back on and return the food to the freezer and refrigerator. The repairman arrived on time for both appointments and was courteous and informative. He explained the problem to me and let me know in detail what to do before the second appt. I felt the price was resonable for the work performed.

Very professional and did better dishwasher installation than had with previous dishwasher. No hassle with warranty work on microwave.

I have purchased appliances from them before. They were excellent. When I went to purchase the appliances, there was somebody to help me through it. They showed up when they said they would. They delivered the appliances and installed them. It was expensive. I will use this company again.

Called the store stated I needed a new stainless steel dishwasher and wanted to spend about $500.00 including installation. They called me back within an hour with a quote. They installed it the next day. I've never had a better appliance installation.

Dr. Johnny was very careful to assess my dishwasher needs and uses. In the end, he recommended a dishwasher that was actually less expensive than the one I had intended to buy because he thought it fit my needs more precisely. We are are very satisfied with the choice.

It was helpful. He actually gave me free advice over the phone. I was very pleased to know that there was someone who helped enable me to do the job myself.

The new appliances are very nice. We were able to purchase them on sale, and Dr Johnny stored them in the company's warehouse for us, until we were ready to have them installed. I think this company has great customer service.

In the end, I was happy with their work. It was just a hassle having them come out so many times to finally fix it. They could have been better at being on time. All in all everything worked out okay and I would recommend them because they stand behind their work.

Well. The owner was polite and delivery was rapid. And the price was right.

I purchased a Kitchen Aid stainless steel refrigerator in July and a Kitchen Aid stainless dishwasher in September from Dr. Johnny's. The stainless on the dishwasher had a different look than the refrigerator - it was much more grainy and bright than the refrigerator. Jenny ordered a new skin for the dishwasher to match. It was installed today by Peter and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.

This company did a very good job for us. They were able to get our washing machine up and running in no time. I think the best part about them was their ability to fix it right the first time out. I have not had any more problems with our washing machine since the repair. I thought that their price was fantastic, as I have contacted other companies and they were a lot more expensive than them.

We bought most of our appliances there and will continue to. When our dishwasher had a leak in the bottom they came out and fixed it at no additional cost. They warranty their merchandise and they stand by their products. They don't hesitate to fulfill their guarantee and they do a great job. This was under warranty.

I have been using this company for quite awhile. My husband used them for his building business. They were a very good and honest company to deal with. They were always polite and got right to work. They were very skilled, and I ve had no problems.
