About us

Custom Maid has been cleaning for homeowners just like you for over 33 years. We are locally owned and operated by women who understand cleaning. All of our employees are uniformed, trained, and undergo a background screening and drug testing. We operate in teams (usually of 2) and provide all of the supplies and equipment for your cleaning. Our cleaning products are from the Ecolab which are non-toxic and odor free. We are happy to give you a quote for your cleaning. Custom Maid performs cleanings weekly, every other week, every four weeks or just once! Please give us a call for pricing. We look forward to serving you!

Services we offer

We offer regular house cleaning on a weekly, every other week, every four weeks or one-time cleanings.

Services we don't offer

Outdoor window cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial & janitorial cleaning. Laundry, dishes or polishing of silver are not part of your services. We are not able to climb on ladders or stand on counter tops to clean.

Description of Work: Custom Maid has worked for us for several years but at our last address and now in our current condo. We prefer to have the same team every week, because hey understand how we prefer things to be done. Sometimes other teams are sent. By contrast we often have to change the date due to business travel. Custom Maid is very easy to work with regarding schedule changes.

Description of Work: Clean house with 5 bedrooms/3 baths. They are always pleasant and get along with our two dogs. They take the time to let the dogs feel comfortable around them while they work. They do a thorough job cleaning mirrors and dusting around the crown molding and base boards. They use their own products but if I wish, they will use mine. I like Pledge for my wood furniture and Clorox ToiletWands. When we move, we plan to hire them again.
