This was the first time I had a cleaning service in many years. I signed up for regular biweekly cleaning. Janet who came out to see our place and discuss their services was very professional and thorough. She also called me after the cleaning had been done to see if I was satisfied. The cleaning staff who came out were very respectful and efficient. They did a great job cleaning our three level duplex and a relatively short amount of time. The initial cleaning is more expensive than it will be on a regular basis. I think the pricing is great.

every time will be new team in spite of asking for the same team. the new team will not know anything. the girls who were coming for cleaning were rude. will not clean properly. they broke so many things in my house. and will not even inform. they broke the pickle jar with all oil splashing on the kitchen floor. talking to management/ administrative team was another struggle for scheduling or any other request. they were more than arrogant at times. always some new charges without informing. Charging the credit card on file randomly. everything about this service is wrong. I wish they can be closed down so more people are not harassed.

Hard workers. Bathrooms were spotless and we have a 4 and 6 year old boy with bad aim... so that is a tremendous complement. Would use again and again. Very friendly, trustworthy and professional. Thanks ladies :)

dI absolutely love them! My husband became terminal and I needed help cleaning the house. Whenever they came they were very respectful and kind to him in hospice. they made sure work quietly around so not to disturb him. After he passed they continued to come and do a wonderful job. Once a new crew came through my house very quickly and the supervisor noticed that they were done way to quickly with my house came by to do an inspection and did not like the job they had done. So... she made them come back and clean it to her requirements. I never would have said anything because just happy to have the help. They made sure it was done to their standards! Sharon and Janet are absolutely the best. Sharon is usually part of the crew that comes to my house and I love her. She is my angel who helps to keep my house in order. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We have used their services since about January and they do fine work. They are not going to be my long term solution in house cleaning, I actually prefer individual providers but for the time being they are sufficient. They invite feedback and the last cleaning I received was our best to date. I think it is a bit silly that we have to pay an additional $20 each time to have the house damp mopped instead of just dry.

They were really good. They did okay. The price was pretty reasonable compared to other people.

They only came once, and I wasn't terribly pleased with them. It was a 2 man team, and it seemed like, when they finished my floor, they were in such a hurry to leave, the floors looked like they had used dirty water to wash my floors. The one girl finished, and her job was done, she was outside smoking a cigarette waiting for the other girl to finish, instead of working as a team it seemed to me. They did what I asked them to do, but in the end it seemed like they were in a hurry to leave. I didn't really appreciate them smoking in my driveway. I wouldn't hire them again. They were decent at first, it just seemed like they were in a hurry to get out towards the end. The price seemed standard for the market at the time, but I don't think I got $250 worth.

Custom Maid was wonderful; they were great. The value of the work is excellent compared to the price. The pricing was excellent.

They were very professional and detailed during the interview, setting up of the appointments, and capturing what I wanted. They have a good system. I would recommend them to anybody who just wanted basic cleaning done and wouldn't mind paying for anything else additional beyond the basic services. They upcharge for window cleaning and other services. If customers need a deep cleaning and something that might take more than a day to do versus two hours, I would suggest that they go with someone else. But if it's something basic (like regular maintenance cleaning and basic housecleaning), I would recommend them. I liked how professional they were and how they set things up with me. The only downside I had against them was the fact that I wanted my window and patio cleaned and they upcharged for that and it came a little expensive. They were good and I liked them.

They charge $115 for my current home. I had smaller places and it has been less. What stand out the most are their customer service and the fact that they can get done in two hours that will take me an entire weekend to do.

They do a good job. If something is missed they'll come back and do it. Have had them clean my house for over 5 years. Because all rooms are not always used they clean my entire first floor , two bedrooms on 2nd floor, vacuum stairway to 3rd floor and vacuum 3rd floor landing plus 1- 1/2 baths.

They have always done a good job. They're always responsive if I need to make some change. They’re honest, when they break some things, they would leave a note to let me know. It’s a good experience overall, and I’m not thinking of changing them right now.

The girls that they sent out were very sweet and I really liked them! However, the home was not that clean when they finished. My husband, who is not even that clean of a person, noticed that our hardwood floors downstairs didn't even look like they had been cleaned. So I grabbed my hardwood Swiffer and started cleaning it myself. I was appalled at how dirty the floor was! For requesting a deep, move in clean... That is defiantly NOT what I got! I sent another email back the same evening with a picture of the swifter pad showing how filthy it was less than 5 minutes after the girls left. I have not gotten a response. Sadly, I will not be using them again. All the floors were just way to dirty for what I requested. It's not worth the money if I can do a better job myself.

Before I had them every week to clean my floors and vacuum. I had them for awhile and they suddenly started breaking things. When I called about it no one called me back. The last time they did not clean either. So I canceled their service. I later found out that my crew had changed and they were the ones that broke the items and left a mess. I received something in the mail to try them again. I recently gave them another chance. I just had my second visit and they were wonderful. They dust, vacuum and mop. You get a lot for your money. The workers have varied between 2 and 3 people. They do the top of your fridge, microwave, stove top. They wipe your counters and cabinets down. They generally do a great job, which is why I hated to give them up. I was happy with them for a long time and so far they have done well again.

After using Custom Maid's monthly service for 4 months, I moved into a new house so I scheduled a Move In cleaning which is charged at a rate of $70 per hour. The home was relatively clean so I capped the job at 3 hours and explained to them that the primary concern was that I wanted the bathrooms and kitchens cleaned and sanitized before moving in. When I returned after the completion, I was astonished at what I found! There were cob webs in living room, kitchen, hallway and dining room. The ceiling fans in two rooms had not been dusted, the shelves adjacent to the skin in the master bath had not been cleaned and only half of the interior door windows had been cleaned. They job cost me $210 so I was very unhappy! I called and left a voice mail with their answering service because it was after hours. The following day I received a call back and after explaining the situation to the person, she was unable to offer a resolution that was acceptable and referred me to a supervisor. Their policy boasts that they will return to correct the problem and even come a second time if needed but don't be fooled by that! Three work days later (five total days) I received a call back from the supervisor who immediately offered to send a team out to correct the problems, yet she could not explain why this was not offered when the problem was first reported. I told her that cleaning now was impossible because over the weekend we had moved nearly half of our belongings into the home and were in the process of unpacking. She then asked if I planned to continue my monthly service and I said that I had planned to but given this situation I was unsure but she then offered to provide the first monthly cleaning free of charge since they could not return to correct the problems now. I scheduled a walk through appointment with the supervisor to get a quote for monthly service at the new home. The quote was a bit higher than my previous house so she suggested alternating the cleaning of one room each month so I agreed to alternating the Living Room and Family Room each cleaning. A team came out on Thursday September 2nd to complete my first monthly cleaning rotation. When I returned home that evening I found cobwebs in the dining room and that the glass shower door had not been cleaned, I could scrape the soap scum with my finger nail. I called and left a message with the answering service that evening and I called again on Friday but thought the office may have been closed due to the hurricane watch. No one ever returned my call. I had company coming for the weekend so I resolved the issues myself and forgot about it. September 28th a team of three came to clean my house for the second monthly rotation and I returned home for a third time to find substandard cleaning. The glass showered door once again had not been cleaned at all! In addition, the bathroom sink bowl had been cleaned and all the items on the top rearranged but the top of the sink was not cleaned, there were visible rings from the soap dish, toothbrush holder and various products on the counter. In addition, they cleaned both the Living Room and Family Room whereas they were to alternate, then they omitted the Dining Room from the cleaning entirely. On Wednesday, September 28th I called the office and spoke to the person who fields most of my calls. I explained that there were some issues with the cleaning and she pulled up my record and asked me to repeat the issues. When I mentioned that the Dining Room had not been cleaned, she argued with me and said my account indicated that the Dining Room was on a rotation and should not have been cleaned this month. I left it go, thought maybe I was incorrect but planned to check my paperwork at home. I went on to describe the other issues and rather than offer to send out a team to correct the issues, she said well let me make a note so they pay extra attention next month. I was astounded and simply told her that would not be necessary because I wished to cancel all future service dates. Her response was 'Oh ok!' and she hung up on me! After fuming over this for several hours, I retrieved my quote from my files that night when I got home and I was indeed correct in that the Dining Room was scheduled to be cleaned every month. At that point, I decided that I was NOT going to pay full price for substandard service. Their folder and web site boast statements like 'never clean again' and 'if you are not completely satisfied we will come out and correct the problems, we will even come out a second time at no extra fee'! Funny, that was not offered to me at all! On Thursday I called the office and asked to speak with the supervisor who helped resolve the initial Move In cleaning but she was out of the office so I opted to not leave a message. On Friday afternoon I finally spoke to her and explained the issues. During our call she pulled up my account and said that it noted that services were canceled on the 29th due to financial situation. I was irate! Now this woman who practically hung up on me two days prior has falsified my account, stating I canceled due to financial reasons and failed to document any of my complaints! I expressed my dismay with the supervisor and told her that I did not find this acceptable! I also quoted their promises from the web site and told her that these things had not been met. She said she would need to consult with the person who made the note on my account, as well as the team that came to the house on Monday morning and she would get back to me. Tuesday afternoon she finally responded with a voice mail stating that the other staff member did find notes of my call on the 29th and the problems reported matched my report on October 1st. The supervisor then went on to say that due to the issues with the cleaning and the room which was cleaned in error, she would like to credit me $25 on the fee. Twenty Five Dollars....really? That is all their BBB rating and customer referrals are worth? What about the 24 hour guarantee? Since this incident, I have learned that two other customers (the one which recommended them and one that I referred to them) have also canceled their service with them due to substandard cleaning and failure to follow up on reported problems. I have gone on to hire another company which is highly recommended on Angie's List and their first cleaning was top notch!

I had been using Custom Maid for about 5 months. On the very first cleaning I had issues that needed correcting. During a walk through and quote I addressed concerns such as scrubbing extra h****** the kitchen floor the first time, yet I still saw grunge near the kitchen cabinets on the floor. I also saw dust a dining room chandelier that was low enough to hand dust. There was also dust on a kitchen appliance; You could see they wiped but only half of it. In addition, they failed to leave bathroom doors close and turn off lights despite that being an issue due to pets. On my most recent cleaning I saw dust on entertainment bookcases. It was obvious they dusted the fronts but hadn't touched the backs. In addition, the vanity in the master match got a general cleaning. After lifting an item and seeing a ring, it was evident they hadn't cleaned the sink by taking everything off the top first.

I had this service for a year. At times it was great when the same crew came. Then in the last few months it was bad. Weekly things starting being broken. They left a note but no one called me from the office. I was th e only one in my home for months which meant it was very clean when they arrived. I mainly kept my service because I have a very bad back and can not to it. I started noticing how things were not dusted then the last couple times not only were things broken they really did a terrible job my bathroom was not cleaned at all. I sent two e mails the last ending my service and finally I received a message saying they would like to reclean my home well no thank you Im tired of paying so much money and leaving them very little to do and they became very lazy. I was a good customer why couldnt I have the same crew? The last two girls that came for the last couple of weeks were young and clearly took advantage of me. There was change still on the floor of the bathroom I had dropped so they must of cleaned around it. I think seeing that I was a customer for so long someone would of tried harder to make sure I was happy. My first email a few weeks before I cancelled no one responded at all. I only received one call and it was during the day when I was at work never any more nothing in the mail so apparently they could care less.
