FAIR: House was empty. Bathroom floors and toilets are new, kitchen sink and counters are new. Closet baseboards not dusted or washed. Kitchen floor not washed. Some kitchen cabinets and range hood not washed well. Shower stall door and track not clean. Inside windows were well done. Sent them my report 5-20-09. DID NOT GET A RESPONSE.

The cleaners showed up exactly when expected, and worked very very hard. They were efficient, professional and effective. Both worked quickly and got so much done in such little time. We used to receive service from Merry Maid, and this team had it all over our preceding company. They were a much better price, too.

After speaking to them on the phone, they came to the house for a face to face interview. After that, they estimated the cost and told me what would be done. They came on the time when they said they would and did everything on the list.

All cleaners do a good job although some of them do a better job than others. There are some workers that give more attention to detail while others don't always catch some of the obvious things. Overall I am happy with their work.

The price they charged me on the first visit was more expensive because the had to do more but they did a great job. When they sent a different person the next visit they did not do a good job at all. I am not impressed with the work they was done. I am going to ask them to send the person who came the first time to come back. The recent work was just not good to me.

Excellent, professional company to deal with. Two employees arrive every other Friday to clean my home. They are thorough, clean what was indicated in the original estimate, efficient while in my home and very professional. I am in the process of getting my mother in law on board with Custom Maid. She currently uses another company who sends one attendant every other week. Her apartment is not well maintained and I think it is because the one attendant does not feel any accountability. My mother in law is elderly and does not provide feedback. I believe that sending two attendants creates an atmosphere of accountability. I strongly recommend Custom Maid.

I took a general look and all seemed okay. Unfortunately, a more detailed inspection revealed that they had missed: an entire small landing area entering from the garage, one of the bathroom tubs was not cleaned behind the curtain, both base boards behind the toilets were missed, the stove top was wiped down, but was not cleaned in and around the burners (still greasy), window sills in the master bedroom were not wiped down, there was dust on the master bed room fireplace slate hearth base. When I called to complain, I was told that they were sorry and would talk to the workers. There was no offer or suggestion of coming back to complete the work. All in all after the reviews I read here, I was disappointed in their service. Perhaps they are better than competing services, but I would recommend doing it yourself.

I'm a pretty orderly person, and I usually clean but I am on crutches and it's a little difficult right now. I had an absolutely splendid experience with this company, the women arrived on time and went strait to work. The whole house was 100% cleaner! I was thrilled for their services! I'm considering having them clean more often!

When I called to arrange for window cleaning services, they said they did not clean windows. That was the specific category I found them in.

I highly recommend this cleaning service. I request the same cleaners every time and I trust them in my home. They are very courteous and friendly and we have never had any problems with them. They do a very efficient job and cleaned everything.

I have had the same team leader from them for 10 years and they cleaned every 2 weeks. It was comfortable having someone you knew in your home. The cleaning was just fabulous with her. If I'm not here they will leave notes and in case of any accident they don t hesitate to reimburse. They took on extra tasks for very fair rates and I can't say enough good things about this cleaning service.

She comes in twice a month for $150. She brings her own supplies and does a fantastic job cleaning my entire house. My house smells so clean and I know its germ free when she leaves. She takes her time to do it right and she does do it right. She is very trustworthy and on time.
