Description of Work: Amazing! I did not think that customer service like this still existed. We had a damaged outdoor outlet that needed to be replaced. I called on Thursday afternoon. They scheduled me for Friday morning. They were on time, professional, did more than needed to be done and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Cole Electric.

Thank you for calling us and your kind words I'll share with my crew. Your problem is not uncommon. Outside receptacles over time corrode , weather and the gasket shrinks causing moisture to get in . Sooner or later this leads to failure. While there we noticed they were not ground fault circuit interrupter protected (GFCI) so we replaced the original outlets & install the new style "bubble" covers to protect your investment. GFCI outlets can be more trouble but do save lives by tripping out rather than allowing a shock hazard around water.. Receptacles in bathrooms, garages, outside or generally within 6 feet of the kitchen , wet bar or laundry sinks should be protected. Our job is to bring that to your attention whenever possible. we look forward to your future needs.

Since your report is from June 2011 I can't comment on why we were not punctual but can apologize for any inconveinence we may have been . In the service & repair business it can be very challenging staying on schedule due to changes in the scope of work after we arrive or it taking longer than anticipated to resolve an issue . We do try to call if running behind to let our customers know though . Thank you for your business and review ....

The lights look amazing.
Description of Work: We had a total of 14 recessed lights installed in two separate rooms, they installed two dimmer switches and ran all of the wire.

Description of Work: Failed electrical outlet needed to be replaced. Professionals arrived on time, charged the minimum price for a service call, and performed a courtesy check of my breaker box. I will use them when I have future electrical problems.

Description of Work: Several lights and circuits stopped working. No circuit breakers tripped. Called ca 6 pm, and the came 8 AM next morning and promptly fixed problem.

Terrific.
Description of Work: Our kitchen island power died in the middle of our party prep for a New Year's Open House. Scott took my call, showed up promptly, fixed my problems, and gave me a nice Angie's List Holiday Discount. I recommend him to anyone in the area. Great guy, great service. I now have his sticker in my fuse box, and I will call him again if I have any problems! He also braved my attic and checked on my recessed lights that were shorting out, and told me how to fix that. Seriously -- call him. He was the best. Grey
