I called them and they stopped to give an estimate the same day. They were very honest and detailed about the work needed done. They let me know that it would be less holes in the wall and cheaper if we completed work the day the door was installed. Once I had a date of installation I returned their call. They fit me into their schedule without hesitation. I was at work during install. They made sure to call me and let me know they were finished. They did not think I would be happy with the porch light that was installed but wanted to get my opinion prior to payment. I agreed that I had purchased a light that did not fit. They told me to choose a new one and they would install it for me. Once I found the light and called them, they were here right away. This is one of the best companies that I have ever used and highly recommend them.

We had nothing less than a perfect experience with Cole Electric, their employees and their services. Within the hour of placing a request on Angies List, I received a call from the company. Remarkably, within about a half hour of this call, on a very hot Friday afternoon, after 4:00 PM, we had an electrician and his helper at our home. They assessed the problem and identified another minor issue. Although they did not have the exact part we needed for a permanent fix, they provided a temporary solution that got us through the weekend. They did not ask for payment, since they needed to return, but agreed to be back early the next week to complete the repair. To my surprise, we received a follow up call on Saturday morning, checking to see that the temporary fix was working satisfactorily. Try to name a single company that cares enough about their customers to follow up like this these days! And on a weekend! We were also informed that the part we needed would be ready on Monday and that we'd get a call to schedule and finish the installation. Guess what? Exactly as promised, we got a call from Cole Electric the very first thing Monday morning and the electricans were here 20 minutes later. The employees were punctual, professional and very focused on getting the work done. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Cole Electric. We will call on them again, if needed in the future, and will make it a point to refer them to friends and family.

Honestly, the crew worked like army ants, replacing the breaker box, removing part of the deck that was in the way, fixing the initial wiring issue under the house, and even doing a few extra electrical chores not contracted for but they tossed in that work for free. They were nice guys, pleasant and interesting to talk to, knew what they were doing and did it quickly. They were at our house at 7:30 - took an hour off for lunch - and finished up all of the work and left at 2:30. Scott, the owner, was professional over the phone, sincere, gave understandable and knowledgeable information and opinions, and, judging from the crew he sent out, runs an outfit one can trust. We would not hesitate for an instant recommending Cole Electric to family or friends. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed by the work they do, and, frankly, buy the guys then send out.

Fantastic experience. The crew showed up promptly at 7:30 am as scheduled. They were courteous, efficient, and noted some additional things that were not up to code that my inspector missed. They took the time to walk through the entire house with me and were quick to communicate things as they came up. In addition to bring everything back up to code, they also installed wiring and switches for ceiling fans in three of the bedrooms. They completed all the work I requested and cleaned up promptly. Will definitely use them again for any electrical work I need.

The crew of four men showed up when scheduled and went to work right away. They were very professional and answered my questions and let me know what was going on during the whole process. I was the only one home and they needed to access the garage. I couldn't move the motorcycles out of the garage and they were able to help me get them moved out and then back into the garage when finished. When the job was complete, they cleaned the area up and walked me through the completed jobs. They were very polite and we had great conversations the whole time they were at the house. I would definitely have them back again. I do like that Cole Electric hires Veterans (as we are a military family).

A team of 4 came out on the first day to repair/replace a recessed light that was flickering on and off. They also were rerouting a cable outlet from the old location to where we needed it (we needed to get the cable from behind our stove). They also needed to create a new outlet for the future home of a microwave above the stove. The latter led them to the panel and the discover of the flaw there. One day one, three of them were at one time or another in the attic of our ranch style home dropping lines down to the openings that were newly created or into the old light fixture as it was damaged from the excessive heat - they suggested that we switch to LED lights to prevent a repeat of damage to the remaining fixtures. While they were in the house they put down drop clothes and then at the end of the job they came back and cleaned up not only the kitchen but the garage where they had to access the attic. They were sociable but we have had other trades people that spend way too much time not working. In this case they quoted a price and that was what was charged, rather than the number of hours growing, leading to a higher bill. They returned the following day to replace the electric panel. It took them about an hour less than they originally estimated and again cleaned up after them selves. They fully marked the box and made a point of showing me what they had done and what it would look like if a breaker kicked in. Again, the fully cleaned up after themselves. The next day the inspector came out and passed the work.

They were great. He made sure that he got to the house that day so it wouldnt be raining. It was a same day appointment!

Cole electric is an outstanding company. I called them on Thursday and they were at my house the next day. This was not an emergency; however, they responded quickly and provided a full day of electrical work. They are always on time and very professional. They clean up after themselves and assisted with moving furniture/replacing it in the original spot after the work was complete. This company has highly skilled workers that provided the service I wanted in a short amount of time.

They've done so many things earlier and they are pretty capable. I trust them that they know what they are doing when it comes to electrical. They are fairly responsive.

It went well. I was only looking to have 2 new outlets installed but they job increased in size and cost when it was determined that the electrical panel needed to be replaced in addition. I was grateful that they were able to do all of the work in one day. Much of their work was done outside and in an unheated garage on a day where the temperatures were 15 degrees outside. The electricians were professional and maintained great communication throughout the job. The owner followed up afterwards. It was a good experience and I would definitely use Cole again.

They were knowledgable and arrived on time. They have good price and they cleaned the area up well. They are very accommodating.

He showed up when he said and it took him about an hour. He fixed it and it looks great. It works great.

Excellent. Scott and his team were very attentive and thorough. The estimate came in at about the same number as other estimates, but what tipped the scales in their favor was attention to detail during the estimate and the concise advice offered. This was an old house and I went into this not knowing what needed to be done (other than knowing the fuse box had to go!). I really appreciated Scott's advice - instead of asking me what I wanted him to do, he told me what he saw as the priorities to make the wiring in the house safe. This was exactly what I needed in this case. I am living overseas and so the house is vacant. Scott was excellent at keeping me informed as work progressed. I will definitely use this company for future electrical work.

It went great. They found several outlets in our old home that were not up to code and a potential fire hazard. They were punctual and very professional. I was very pleased with their work and the manner in which they completed the job.

Called Cole Electric because I had a number of outlets and corresponding appliances in my kitchen that weren't working. They were able to come out within an hour (on a Tuesday afternoon). Mason and his helper (Cliff, maybe?) were very nice and professional. They found the issue in my kitchen within 30 seconds (there was a GFCI outlet hiding behind my microwave that had tripped). In order to get my money's worth, I had them check out a couple of flickering lights in my living room. The source of the problem was a bad breaker and an aging electric panel. They replaced that breaker and another one. While they were here, I asked them to update my outside outlets to make them GFCI, and to check in on my bathroom outlets because they weren't tripping right either. Mason gave me a lot of information about the electrical in the home, and had a lot of advice about what to do going forward. It was a pleasant experience, and priced right. I've already recommended them to two people personally.

Cole Electric was great. We had Cole's team handle installing new can lights in our new house before we moved in and it made a huge difference. Timliness Because we had a rushed closing, we were very happy that Cole was able to have his guys come out and start work on the house the next business day before we started moving all of our stuff in. We called Cole on Thursday, closed on the house on Friday, got the quote on Saturday, and work began Monday. They took four days to get such a large job finished. Each day, they arrived early and worked until the late afternoon. Quality of Service We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. We were convinced into installing LED can lights as opposed to conventional, and we couldn't be happier. As our family room has vaulted ceilings that would make it very difficult to change bulbs, so the LEDs are worth it for convenience alone. The lights were all installed flush with the ceiling, and they made sure to check with us to determine the location of switches before they installed them. We also had them install three fans. The fans all look and work great. Professionalism Cole's team worked in a very professional manner. They had three guys working, so they were able to coordinate when drilling holes to ensure that they didnt drill any unnecessary holes. They were all very polite, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

Cole Electric came to the house to provide an estimate for work we wanted done. The technician also and provided answers to many other questions we had concerning other projects we are looking to do. We selected Cole Electric based on the professionalism of the technician, the answers he provided, as well as the company's many positive marks on Angie's List. The workers showed up on time on the day selected and installed a new, 200A Square D QO breaker panel and replaced twin breakers with standard breakers. They also ran a new water heater pipe ground wire and added a Square D QO surge breaker for home surge protection. Additionally, they ran a new circuit and conduit and added a new breaker for an existing outside sump pump, which had been electrically installed incorrectly by a previous electrician and was unsafe. Cole submitted and obtained a permit for the breaker panel and sump pump wiring related work. The workers were very polite and very professional, explaining everything they were doing when asked. The entire job was done in less than a day and they cleaned up after themselves. We will certainly use Cole Electric Inc. for ALL of our future electrical requirements in the future.

I am in the process of selling my house and received the discrepancy list from the buyers home inspector. There were a couple of elecvtrical concerns that needed to be addressed so I found Cole Electric Inc on Angies list. The reviews were good so I called them on Friday 3 October to discuss them making the repairs. I spoke with Scott Cole explained to him what was needed and emailed him a copy of the home inspection so that he could see exactly what was needed. Scot told me that his electricians would be at my house the next morning to make the repairs. Promptly at 8am the electricians showed up i walked them through the house to point out where the receptacles and breaker box were located. The got to work and were done in 30 mins. Mason showed me exactly what they did to make the repairs compliant with the home inspection. The electricians were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the service they provided and would highly recommend anyone needing electical work to contact Cole Electric Inc.

Went very well. Care was coordinated well with phone calls and timely arrival and warning call ahead of time. Technician explained what he was doing and did a thorough job which fixed the problem.

Steve Cole was very responsive in sending a team for the rather urgent work. Though the job was modest, he was great in fitting me in. Most importantly, the communication was always responsive, and I never felt "brushed off". Mason and Steve were great. They were usually early, so more than punctual, and very good at explaining what they were doing. I have seldom felt so confident in the work being done. I am more than thrilled with the work. I would definitely use them again, and can only recommend them to the highest level. Electricians are never inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, and I could not be more satisfied. They are a small company, so they are extremely busy; but they are worth the wait.

After seeing the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Scott Cole and asked for an estimate. He sent Mason and Steven to check it all out and provide the estimate on a Friday. On the following Monday, they arrived on time and completed the work. I was charged exactly what Scott said I would be charged, and that is refreshing. They were careful to keep everything clean, and they explained what they were doing every step of the way. After years of dealing with many electricians, I can finally say I have found one I intend to stick with. They will replace my electrical box in September, and I have every confidence in their competence and professionalism. I highly recommend Scott Cole and his team!

Excellent! We were really pleased with the work they did and how professional and efficient they were. They were great and I would use them again. The biggest thing was that we wanted them to check out circuit box because it was an older home and we wanted to make sure that it was okay. They could have told us, "You need a whole new box and replace it for $1,000." But he looked at it and said, "You don't need a new box and you don't have to do anything with it." I was impressed that he didn't take advantage of us. They came up, it was like 100 degrees and it was really hot and they had to go up in the attic and put the ceiling fan and fixtures. They came out very quickly when we called and they came out the next day; they were very quick and very prompt. They are our electric guys now.

They're good. They were on time. They gave us a quote and they stuck with the quote. There was nothing left when they left. It looked much better than it did when they came.
