The technicians were extremely polite and took time to explain everything they were going to do. The job was completed quickly with complete clean up. We had to have some plastering done before they could come back and finish up, but there was no delay in response time. We would definitely recommend!

Very professional and had the wires traced in no time resolving the isssue. It was traced back to bad wiring in the box of a light that was actually working but sent electricity on to the other lights. Also replaced a blown fuse and installed a new ceiling light and switch.

It didn't. I called the service number and talked to a representative. They asked me to email them with what I was looking to have done and my contact information. I admittedly did fat finger the info on my phone, but realized it 3 days later when I went back to look at the email. I resent my email to them with the correct information. Still never heard back.

Scott called me right back when I called. The workers that came out were very professional and came out much sooner than I anticipated. This is the second time we've used Cole electric & have been very pleased both times. Unfortunately, I always prepare myself for the worst whenever I need anything done around the house. I usually feel like I'm being taken advantage of so it's nice to know there is one company and service I can count on that does a great job at a great price! Highly recommend!!!!!

Several months ago Cole Electric replaced a breaker box for us and, as usual, their service was top-notch and at a fair price. This past week our HVAC kept tripping a breaker so I just sent a quick email to them asking their thoughts about the cause of the problem. 10 min later I got a call from Scott Cole saying that someone was on the way. 30 minutes later a bad breaker was identified and changed out, no charge. They stand behind their work, they're prompt, and we've been consistently impressed by the professionalism of all of their technicians. We use them for all electrical work in our home and will continue to do so.

It went wonderfully. Due to a poorly installed bathroom exhaust fan (not installed by Cole Electric) the power cut off at the electric panel following the circuit interrupt installation. Not only did they talk me through the issue over the phone, they also returned to correct the fan problem. I have such peace of mind when using Cole Electric because I know they are competent, fair, and honest. I wish Cole had all branches of home services (roofing, plumbing, handyman, etc.) because I would love to use them for all of my home projects.

Scott returned my calls and gave me a quote over the phone, including a reduction in price because I was having two outlets installed at the same time. His workers were prompt, professional, and efficient. They talked me through what they were going to do before they began the work, and did their best to have the least impact on the surrounding space. They finished quickly, and cleaned up their work space afterwards. Definitely recommend this company to others.

The service was very good. They were absolutely excellent. They were good on the phone, were prompt and came out the day I called. Their price was right in line. We got ballpark kind of quotes from three different companies and their price was right in line with everybody else. They came, probably, within three hours of my calling and two nice fellows had it put in and taken care of in about an hour. I was really very pleased. I kept their card and said they were my new electrician.

After a storm I had issues with some outlets not working. After replacing the outlets myself they still weren't working. I called Cole Electric on Monday 5/9 and Scott asked that I send an email describing the problem. This was helpful because until Wednesday 5/11 when the work was performed, we used email to coordinate a time to come to my home and the electrician, Mason, already knew of the problem. Once Mason arrived quickly fixed everything.

Scott is very knowledgeable and fair. Cole Electric also offers a military discount. His estimates are always reasonable and the end price is very close or exact to his estimate. I look forward to using Cole Electric for my bathroom remodel.

I highly recommend Cole Electric for all of your electrical needs; they are professional, affordable & reliable! Scott Cole & his crew are top notch! I had a bad experience with another company who improperly installed an electrical panel at my rental property & improperly diagnosed/repaired several electrical issues including a 250 Volts to outlets with floating/loose neutral connections, disconnected grounding rods, and blown surge suppressor (just to name a few) that they installed. It all led back to the improper electrical panel installation. I called Cole Electric for a second opinion and they quickly found all of the issues. They recommended that I call the City Inspector out to inspect the electrical panel before they completed any work due to the potentially catastrophic errors they found upon initial inspection. The owner Scott Cole walked me through the process of working with the city and ensuring proper procedures were followed and everything was safe. He and his crew made sure they were at my property when the inspectors arrived. His crew then went through my entire home inspected and corrected all electrical issues I had and installed a new electrical panel. When the city came out to do the final inspection after all repairs were completed he made sure they were there with the Inspector for the final results. I have told all of my co-workers and friends what happened and have recommended they call Cole Electric.

Called for service and was done on the same day. Response and promptness was perfect. Technicians Steve and Russell troubleshooting process extraordinary - very professional and organized. Isolated to loose connection in an attic junction box. Also installed GFI outlet; all work done in less than 1.5 hours. I would use Cole Electric again w/o hesitation.

The professional team arrived on schedule. A team of four, Two worked the base replacement and two worked the panels replacement. Work went very smoothly. They identified each circuit and labeled Their work was excellent and professional. You could not asked for anything more. They accomplished all the work in one day.

When the electrician that has done work for me in the past failed to return my calls, we searched Angie's List for a quality electrical company, since we are also on Angie's List and trust the screening process. I hired Cole Electric to add some new circuits for a garage make-over project we were doing for a customer. Scott Cole and his team not only exceeded my expectations, but exceeded those of my client as well. Even the electrical inspector commented on the quality of their work, and stated that they consistently make his job easy. The work was outstanding. Scott Cole was punctual and quick with the estimate. The four-man crew showed up as scheduled. They were professional, knew what they were doing, were neat and cleaned up very well after their work. They finished the job fairly quickly without any issues. All lights and fans work fabulously.

Guys from Cole Electric showed up on time, bonus. They worked diligently to trouble shoot wiring for old security lights, re-wired, ran new switches. Excellent Job. I also had them install can lighting 4" (6), Again great Job. I'll have them back for other electrical work in the near future. Finally a company I can count on.

They were responsive, clear communicators and professional. Although I admit that I don't know how much electricians charge for all services, what they did seemed reasonable for the price. They charged $195 which included the house call, labor and parts. They gave me an Angie's discount so the price came to $175.

The whole crew (4) men were efficient and neat. They kept me informed as the day proceeded. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and power back on and inspection completed. Now hopefully Dominion Power will be as quick and efficient. I will be sure to call on Cole Electric anytime we need any power work done.
