I contacted their answering service which said they would call back in 10 minutes and the did! We discussed the job and he provided a recommendation on where to purchase the fixtures. I checked with them and they were too expensive, so I hit the web and found the exact lighting fixtures at a significant discount. The store met the prices I found on the web. I contacted Scott again and we talked through price estimates and agreed on a price with the caveat that it might change if they discovered any big issues. I scheduled the work. His crew showed up on time and installed the fixtures exactly like I asked. The crew was courteous and efficient and completed the work in minimum amount of time. They cleaned up and left the kitchen just like they found it. After they left, we discovered one small problem area. I called Scott the next day and he sent one of his people over to fix it at no charge. Great experience -- I would recommend Cole Electric.

The work was started at 8:30, and finished at 4:30. I was given the option to furnish the materials...as a materials list was furnished to me by Mr. Cole. A nice money saving option. The installers were gentlemen. Just an all-around good experience. A+, truly professional.

We called Cole when our circuit breaker kept tripping. They immediately determined that our meter was burned out and showed us the scorching to back that up. They replaced the meter and we elected to have them upgrade our service at the same time. The work went smoothly and the electrician was extremely pleasant and straightforward. The problem causing the partial power outage in our home was trickier. Another contractor we had called previously had not even attempted to sort it out, but Mr. Cole and his team crawled into the attic and after much trial and error traced wiring from the box to a burned out switch. After replacing the switch, the lights were back on and everything was back in order. For all of that extra effort, I was charged only $100 above the cost of the other work! They were outstanding. Since then, I had them come out to repair a range hood and install a porch light, which they did for only the cost of the service visit! I love these guys!

I had a really good experience with them. They do very professional work and they seemed to be very knowledgeable when it comes to electrical work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in our area.

Phoned Cole Electric early in the week and scheduled for an estimate. Evening before appointment received call from Scott confirming our 8 am next day appointment. Cole arrived on schedule. Showed the men the work I wanted done but did not receive estimate (my fault that I didn't ask either). Work was completed within 3 hours of arrival. Work areas were cleaned and men were very polite. I felt the price to be extreme. I will use Cole again but will be more aware of cost.

The work went very well. The fan made more noise than I thought it should, and he worked hard to duct tape the connections to minimize the noise. Some noise could not be avoided because the way the wires had to be connected dictated that there would be a "turn" in the vent hose. Unfortunately, the electrician broke the cover for the fan. He told me right away, said that I would not be billed until they got a replacement, and that he didn't know how it happened, but that he was sorry that it did. Within the week they called to say that the new cover had arrived, and that they would come at my convenience to install it.

The price quote was good, the workers were prompt and polite. The work was done quickly and accurately and everything was clean and dust free when they left. I will always use them for my electrical needs and recommend them to my friends.

Scott gave me an estimate on Tuesday and his crew of three showed up at 8 on Thursday as promised. The crew was respectful and friendly and completed the work at about 4PM. They protected floors before starting and cleaned up afterwards.

He was late to the appointment but did call to let us know.

Cole Electric was a very good company to call and they were very easy to talk with. They didn't try to push things that I didn't need. They were honest and skilled. The lights looked real nice and it didn't take him very long to finish the job. They were polite and friendly.

I was happy with their service, but it was a little high priced for me. They were efficient at what they did. They did not leave any mess for me to clean up and the men were respectful of our home.

I have been calling Cole for all of my electrical needs for more than a decade. This is just one of many jobs they have done for me. They are very prompt, usually coming within two days after I call, unless it is an emergency, in which case it is same day service. The new breaker box was installed in just one hour, but the electrician went through testing for another half hour, before he was satisfied everything was working the way he wanted.

They are very thorough when given different options and what would probably be the best. I have full confidence in their knowledge and have used them for all my electrical needs. If I call them and tell them my needs within a day or two they will be out in most cases. The new wiring is what it is and helps a lot more nowadays with how the appliances and stuff are set.

The man who came out was very professional. I liked his attitude and he was very friendly. The job was done in a timely fashion. There wasn t anything wrong with the wiring after he left. They would be a great service provider to keep in the neighborhood.

I was very pleased with this company. They did everything right for us. We have not had any kind of problems with the wiring that they did for us. We would be happy to recommend this company to others who need electrical work done.
