They responded to my request within a day. He even exlained everything I needed to pick up from the hardware store for the install. Very helpful. However, I chnaged the content of the project and di not usetheir service this time.

I would recommend Scott Cole to anyone who needed an exceptional electricians services. He and his contractors are very professional, and courteous. They gave me a free estimate on some serious electrical issues that needed attention. Even though I wasn't able to hire them to do the work due to my own finances I believe this company rises head and shoulders above their competition in customer service. Everything went great! We called the number listed and we got Scott Cole the owner himself. We had used Cole Electric previously for some small electrical stuff and the crew gave us a quick look at our whole house electrical system. It was determined we would need to replace our main breaker box and all of our switches and outlets (everything was aluminum) Mr. Cole came within a day or two and had a more thorough look at everything. We decided on the Main Breaker box, switches and outlets, Smoke detectors, wiring for a fixture in the MBR, and installing an outlet in the master bath. We had the option to do wiring for fixtures in the other 3 bedrooms and a dedicated 15amp line to our microwave but that was out of our price range. Mr. Cole was great to work with when it came to budgeting (we were working on doing our windows also) Once we agreed on things to be done the crew showed up the next day. We have two cats and a security system. He asked that we put the cats in a room and leave a note for the crew and that we disarm the security system. We did both and they were able to work through the day without any one there. The work took two full days to complete. The crew was very professional, their appearance was neat and they made good conversation when we were home. The quality of work performed was exceptional, the did have a few hiccups like a hole in the wrong spot in the ceiling and a line that had to be run to the main breaker after it was installed, they made it a point to tell us although we could not tell because they did an excellent job of correcting the issues. We appreciate the honesty. Towards the end of the second day Mr. Cole came by to inspect the work himself and go over our work order and arrange payment. To our surprise he went ahead and had his guys run a dedicated line to our Microwave for FREE. Because we are military and Angieslist members he was appreciative of my service and included that service at no charge. We tried to prepare the house for the crew but some rooms we simply didnt get to before they came. They moved furniture in order to work and then put it back without any issues. The fact that they were able to work in our house without us there eventhough we have two cats and a security system was nice. We felt confident with this crew/company. The only thing even remotely negative with the whole experience was that the crew did leave a little mess in the garage..just a few small wire strands and drywall dust. Honestly it was really nothing bad considering how much work they did in such little time with such little notice. I can HIGHLY recommend Mr. Cole and his crew for electrical work....we will definetly be using them again! Great experience! Money well spent!

Responsive, Professional, and Punctual. Scott Cole came out to the house same day as my initial call to evaluate the work and give me a cost and time estimate. Scott's team of electricians started the work three business days later and had all the work completed in estimated time frame (i.e. Scott said the work would take three days and it took three days). The three member team in my home was respectful, tidy, and timely. Scott had good suggestions on placement and type of lighting, and the team fixed minor electrical issues they found in my home at no additional cost or time. About a week later we had a minor problem with the dimmer on the new LED lighting and the same team came out almost immediately to replace the dimmer and fix the problem. Overall, best experience with a contractor ever.

Do call early. Don't wait until the last minute like I did!

It went better than I expected. They were finished in one day. Cleaned up after theirselves.

Scott Cole came out to give us an estimate on 3/2/11. He was courteous, professional and very informative regarding the rather difficult safety issues connected to the old (1970) aluminum wiring installed in our home when it was built. As we were having a new stove and OTR microwave delivered the following afternoon he rushed his crew to our job the very next morning. They not only completed everything listed above by the time the appliances showed up but they also found and repaired a dangerous situation with an inadequate aluminum to copper line run to our hot water heater. Many thanks to Scott and his crew, Mike, Mason, Kevin and Dillon. I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know who needs electrical work done.

They were very good. They were efficient, on time, and kept a clean work site. They were respectful and the price was very reasonable.

I have used them several times. I had used them before, and I didn't have any complaints, so I used them again. They are on time. They get the work done. They explain what needs to be done and the cost. I can't say that they're the cheapest because I haven't shopped around. They are honest, and they get the job done.

I had a feeling That my power box had pulled far enough away on the outside wall that it may be hazard. When the crew arrived one look and they started right on it and completed the job. I am very happy with the work.

Their response time was very fast. They let me know upfront what the pricing arrangement would be. They also took care of the problem very quickly. I don?t know about the price they charged. I would use their services in the future too.

Scott was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. His bid was very competitive and I will definitely consider his company for any future electrical work.

It is hard to rate someone postively who never returned repeated phone calls.

They were great. Scott came out for the initial visit and reworked his schedule to get his guys out there the next day. Apparently when the home inspection said a fire hazard, it meant an immediate fire hazard. All of the guys were professional and nice to me and each other. The work was done well, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were done by lunch time. I will call them in the future.

Amazing experience... I called them and described the job I needed done and I needed a quote for it. It was a small job so he said he could get his guys out to my place the same day. Two or three hours later they called me and said they are on the way. Three guys showed up and took a look at what needed to get done, they gave me a quote and said they could do the job immediately. It took approximately 30 minutes to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves and left. All 3 were polite and very respectful.

They showed up on time and did an exceptional job. Very nice guys and the owner showed up many times to make sure it was the highest standards. GREAT company that knows what they are doing!!!

Called around 11 and they had someone out there by 2 (maybe even earlier). They were very helpful on the phone as far as estimating price for replacement of attic fan. My 2 1/2 year old son was napping when they came and they were VERY quiet when working in the hallway outside of his room and in the attic and he slept through their visit! We really appreciated their professionalism and respect for our home.

I was in town for only a few days and called Scott Cole on Thursday. He -went above and beyond to help me get the work done. He and his company did a absolutely fantastic job! He got the city electric permit, put in the permit with the electric company, rearranged his schedule to have a crew do the work on Friday and arranged for the city inspection on Monday, the day before I had to leave town. The crew arrived on time and worked all day to get the work done. They completed the work on time and did a great job! Scott came by to make sure everything was completed. I will definitely use this company the next time I have any electrical work to be done.

Fast service, exactly what we needed.

Very Responsive: I called midday to schedule a service call, and they had a crew come to my house that evening. They arrived about 10-15 min late, but were quick and professional when they got here. The price was high for the work performed, but I was advised initially about the minimum call charge. I don't think any electrician would have charged less.

I called Cole electric to troubleshoot why my air conditioner breaker was tripping. I had my air conditioner checked out prior to calling them and it was suggested that I call an electrician. Despite their busy schedule, he sent someone after-hours and waved the additional fee. They replaced my outside fuse box that went to the air conditioner with a breaker box and also replaced the interior breaker. This resolved my problem and I appreciate their expertise and professionalism. It would definitely recommend this business.

I placed a call on a Friday afternoon speaking with Scott Cole, the owner, directly. He offered to service the following morning. I requested he make it Monday and he accommodated my request. Monday morning Scott called and verified I would be the first call of the morning and within thirty minutes Mike and Mason were at my door. They looked over the problem and in no time corrected the wiring mishap. They checked out both the dining room and kitchen lights and verified all were working properly. I was most appreciative of their professionalism, timeliness and overall great work ethic. I would not hesitate to call them back for future electrical work.

The job went extremely well. Scott runs a professional business and has experienced electricians working for him. This was a huge project for us to update the wiring in our house. To put in perspective, he had four guys working every day almost three weeks to get it done. We didn't want to tear into our plaster walls so all the wires had to be "fished" from either the basement crawl space or the attic. This made it difficult to find a company that was willing and able to take the job. I found two companies that were about half of Cole's estimate and one company that was about double. It was clear that the cheaper companies, while probably able to complete smaller jobs, severly under-estimated the time required. More than likely, the job would have dragged on for months if they even could get it done at all. Scott had a solid grasp on the job from the beginning and had the resources in place to get it done in a reasonable amunt of time. He met his time and cost estimate for the job that he quoted and even did extra work that was not explicitly agreed to at the beginning of the project. There were additional things that I added as the project progressed and he dealt with these as separate requests and the cost was fair and reasonable. Original estimate was 18k and we added $2k in additional work for a total of $20k. I would highly recommend Cole Electric to anyone undertaking a similar project!

These gentlemen are the best! Hiring repairmen can be scary, these guys exceeded all our expectations. We have an old home. The entire house had old wiring all wired to only 2 breakers. So, you couldn't make toast and coffee without tripping a breaker. We called for an estimate and they offered to come out at 8:00 the next morning and give a free estimate and also told us if the price suited us the work could begin that very day if we desired. The owner and top guys came out (arrived early too), reviewed our situation, told us about options, etc. and the price was much lower than I feared it would be. They rewired the entire house, upgraded the capacity to handle modern needs, and added all new outlets throughout the entire house. They were super nice, very professional, wasted no time and came at 8:00 and stayed until about 6:30. They brought in additional help to insure the job was done and completed in a single day. They worked efficiently, were friendly, informed us what they were doing, and cleaned up as they went along. They even replaced 2 outdated light fixtures in kitchen and bathroom that didn't work properly that I realized they could also do for a small extra charge which was great. All the outlets are great, you can't tell work was done, no damage to walls or paint, etc. and we now have extra lines for all the stuff a house needs in this day and age. I was hoping to get an estimate that day and instead by dinner time I had a newly wired house!! Now that's service. They were also helpful in providing advice for some other repairs we want later on (non-electrical). I highly recommend these guys!!
