They did a great job putting up 2 fans and updating some outlets. Very courteous and professional.

Everything went perfect. They came out the same day I called and performed the work right away. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I had a permit pulled for removing the walls and they pulled a permit for the electric and scheduled an inspection so I had proof everything was up to code after my re model.

Replaced fluorescent fixture with an LED fixture. Work was accomplished quickly and neatly. Light works great. have used Cole before and been pleased with the work.

Requested quotes through Angie's list. Scott Cole responded within 5 minutes with a phone call. He provided estimate right over the phone and stated that I would get 10% off as an Angie's list member. I didn't even have to ask. Was able to get a technician out within a matter of 2 hours. Amazing customer service and Steven was super quick and professional with the service. I would recommend to anyone.

Very professional company that I highly recommended. We are selling a home and needed to make sure all repairs were done according to the inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly for an estimate as well as schedule the repairs quickly knowing we were dealing with a deadline. Cole Electric showed up on time and was done within an hour. They cleaned up after there work and i had no issues with them. If i need more work done in the future they will be who i use.

Excellent. He quickly responded to my initial inquiry, unlike other companies who would not answer the phone or respond to emails. He was able to come out the day I was available, showed up at the provided time, and completed the repair.

Steve and Russel did an excellent job, They quoted me a time of 2 to 3 hours and $495.00 Another company quoted $1,100 and a full day. Steve was the lead and was amazingly efficient - he is like the superhero The Flash!! He started learning about electrical work at age 14 from his dad who was an electrician. Clearly he learned well. He also asked if I was right or left handed in order to determine the best place for the outlet, If I have any additional electrical repair/service needs I will definitely use this company again

I was extremely impressed with how fast they responded to my call.I called Friday afternoon,they were here in the morning.Steven and Russell replaced outlets inside and outside. They were extremely polite,cleaned up and the nicest people. They were prompt honest and reasonable.We were very pleased with them.

I'd like to see companies reduce the fee that they charge when they show up and then refer you to some one else. Cole was here for less than 30 mins and I had to pay a $150 charge. However, I'm happy they showed up and helped me get to the root of the problem. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, so I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Great small business to support! Cole electricians visited my house for a consultation and estimate. They were able to shape the project based on my family's needs and wants. They throughly explained their process, and hit home that they (by nature of conducting consultation) would also be the installers. This was important to me, as I've seen my intent lost through translation with other contractors. The estimate was in writing and well animated (line itemed). On installation day, the electricians were on time, and eager to get to work. They respected my home by laying out tarps and sweeping up the debris afterward. Before cutting large holes in my ceiling, the electricians used the holes from existing fixtures to inspect the joist layout and wiring. The project was completed quickly and to my desired end state. I absolutely would hire them again. I would like to explain my rating of "fair" for price, as it may appear they charge a premium. I believe it's always best to pay a fair price for great work, than a great price for fair work. You get what you pay for.

The electricians showed up when they said the would. They were nice, professional and informative. Completed the the day after hiring for a fair price.

It probably took them about three to four hours. But it was one of the coldest days we had ever had. I had a baby in the house who only had one lung, so we were a little cold. He was very responsive, he came right out, he got everything done and got it back on. He was great. I think he had a helper I don't remember.

OK - they fixed one lamp and found that the other was not malfunctioning. They charged $150 for the service call.

Everything went great. Scott and his crew showed up at the time they said they would be here, all repairs were done and smoke detectors were all replaced. They really went out of their way to help me out, as they were very busy, but were willing to work around their schedule to fit me in. They were very accomadating and were very professional through all that they did. Their pricing was very reasonable and somewhat of a great deal compared to other companies around. I will definitely be calling Cole Electric Inc. back if I am ever in need for more electrical repairs or needs.

Called Cole Electric this morning telling them what work I wanted done. Got a call back around noon; they were in the neighborhood and made fast work of the installation. Pleased with the overall job and cost. Neat and efficient. Would recommend.

Great. Steve changed it out quickly and aligned the lights, and it worked well. He also checked my fuse box to make sure it was in good condition, and offered an idea for solving another outdoor lighting problem I have.

I think they fixed it but I am not 100% sure since I have not tried it yet.

Responded quickly, made appointment and completed services in a few days. Crew went right to work, were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better result. Highly recommend.

A little pricey, but so worth it. It was done right the first time by this company.
