I got in touch with Mr Cole, after reading his companies great reviews on A.L, and he sent a crew out that day to troubleshoot our problems and give us an estimate. By 7am the next day, his crew was at our home to begin repairs. The crew was courteous, discreet (as could be) and worked until the days end. Almost all work was completed that day except for a couple outlets which were fixed at 7am the following morning. Overall, we were very happy with this company and will continue to use them for any other problems we have.

Reasonably price, showed up on time, very efficient work. Replaced entire circuit panel in just under half a day.

After a power surge during a lightning storm, several electrical devices throughout the house quit working. Cole Electric was called to perform inspection to insure there was no hidden electrical danger. An electrician arrived at the house within 3 hours of my call and performed the inspection and necessary repair.

WE WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE! Yesterday I was talking to Mr. Cole about an estimate for the lighting portion of our kitchen remodel and he offered that if we were interested there was a cancellation today and he may be able to do the work. Today, his team arrived exactly on time, was courteous and personable, and worked with us to come up with an estimate for the lighting we wanted. There was no pressure to accept but after hearing the proposal and the price we accepted and by late afternoon our kitchen was transformed. The crew worked all day, taking only a brief break for lunch, and they didn't mind my 2 kids and yellow Lab occasionally getting in the way. The results were better than expected and they cleaned up everything after they were done. Without question we will be using them again.

E-mailed Mr. Cole on Monday and got a call Thursday that they would like to come by to take a look at the project and give an estimate. They gave me two options for venting the bathroom fan. I agreed on the price and they came back the next morning to install. The men were both very kind and Mr. Cole called while they were installing to make sure they were taking care of everything well. Cutting the hole caused two nails in the ceiling to have the plaster fall off, so in return, they changed the outlet for me and also disconnected some old hot tub electrical from the breaker panel at no charge. I felt very comfortable with them and they were very kind to explain everything until I understood.

I found Cole Electric via Angie's list and called them at 1pm and the owner Scott answered. I explained to him what I needed - he got all my information, gave me all the pricing and said he could have someone out before 5 pm the same day. This was not an emergency so I was impressed with his responsiveness. His crew called me at 3:30 or so and said they would be out within 10 -15 minutes. They came as expected - performed the requested work and were out of here by 4:45pm. Very pleased with the service and responsiveness.

I called Cole Electric Inc. on Sat. 6th. after I discovered that one side of my kitchen, living room, and half of my bedroom power was knocked out! I realized that the cost would be higher on the weekend but it was extremely reasonable and the owner sent someone right away! No waiting! The gentleman that came was extremely knowledgable, professional, and was quick (I wasn't rushing him!) =) I need to replace the electric panel sooooon but for now they have solved the immediate problem! I will be using their service again at the end of the summer, the panel replacement isn't cheap! Thank you Cole Electric Inc. You do a great job!

I am pretty handy on troubleshooting with electricity but I couldn't solve the problem so I called them. They said they had 2 guys finishing up a job about 3 miles from me and that they could probably troubleshoot it quickly so they came. They said it would be $135 plus parts. I had pretty much isolated the problem. This house had bayonet type connections so he replaced it. I asked him how much the parts would be and he said that I saved them and myself a lot of time by doing all the troubleshooting ahead of time so there would be no charge for the part. Mike and Steve were the guys that came out and they worked as a team. They were very polite and professional. I didn't have any problems with them. Then I asked them to look at the kitchen because I wanted under counter lights put in. He said he would call me with an estimate for LED lights. I was out of town for a couple of weeks and no call or message. I called and talked to Mr. Cole and he said that he would get back to me. It has been almost 2 months and nobody has gotten back to me. They promised something and they didn't come through.

I called to make an appointment to have an outside outlet replaced. Mr. Cole answered the phone, explained the minimum charge that would be expected and told me to get a pen or pencil and piece of paper. He then asked me if I had a pen or pencil and if I was ready to write down his instructions. He gave me his email address and told me to send him an email with my name, address, phone number and what I wanted done and send if to him. He would need this prior to setting up an appointment. When he received that information he would call me to set up an appointment. I did, exactly as instructed, and waited. I waited a day and then called Gault Electric. They immediately set an appointment. Mr. Cole called me back two days later.I told him I did not need his services and he became insistant that I explain to him why I did not need his services.l

They were great. The quote over the phone was exact. They were on time and even called to say when they were on the way. The work was done fast and they explained and showed me all they were talking about. They even added people to the job to finish early. There were very polite and professional. I even added a few things to the job and they accomadated

Two man crew was on time. Explained my problems to two man crew.Evaluated the outlet and switches not working; recommended replacements. Quickly and professionally replaced outlet and switches. As courtesy inspected main breaker box to make sure every thing up to code. Personnel were personable and explained everything as they progressed.Will use again!!

We had an outstanding experience with this company. The lights in our house would dim and circuit breakers kept tripping. My home warranty company sent out another local company who created more issues for us and still never finished the work. Cole Electric came out and did an inspection along with completed the work in a very urgent manner since the issues could cause a fire. We have not had a problem since their repairs.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure dealing with Scott Cole's talented crew. They were above and beyond what I expected. They were fairly priced, polite, professional, detailed about the work being done and most importantly very open to communication. If I had a question they were quick to explain in detail. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely thorough in every task they took on. By the time the work was finished we felt like they were friends. I highly recommend this group as you don't find companies very often who take pride in the work they perform.

I contacted Scott after finding his company on Angie's List. I live in Germany, so finding the right person to conduct repairs on our home can be time consuming and tedious. After speaking with him, he was able to repair our electrical issue within 36 hours. I was very pleased with the work and timely manner with which the work was completed.

I contacted Scott to schedule an appointment to estimate an electrical panel box upgrade and change some outlets in my mother's house. I have used Cole elec. in the past and was very pleased w/their professionalism & service. Scott came out to my mother's house, did an assessment, then contacted me to go over his findings. My mother's house is old and has not had any electrical upgrades since my parents purchased it in 1965. Scott looked at the house as if it were his mother's and made recommendations for safety upgrades. He also added some additional items that my mother requested. We scheduled an appointment for the work to begin. The 4 technicians arrived on time, worked very quickly and professionally. My mother felt very comfortable having them in the house and even left for most of the day since they had to cut the power. Scott kept me informed on any unforeseen issues that arose. It took approximately a day and a half to complete the work. We are very pleased w/the outcome and my mother's house is now upgraded and safe. Thank you Cole Electric!

They were right on time and they were very friendly. They tend to do a good job. They were very professional, friendly and prompt. They explained what was going on very well and the reasons behind what they had to do. They replaced my whole breaker panels. The quality of work seemed very good.

Arrived on same day of call, were very polite, professional, and quick to diagnose and repair problem. Also installed a new outlet very quickly and cleaned up any debris. They were very good. They knew what they were doing. The man came over here himself several times during the process. The workers there were very good. They all knew what they were doing. Their pricing was fair.

My absolute new "go to" company for all of my electrical needs! Within 2 hours of the initial call on a Saturday morning, Scott's team was here and the work was done. Disconnecting of an old hot tub is not a difficult job, but I feel like they could handle whatever you throw at them. A++++ company.. Will definitely use again!

I called on a Sunday and on Monday morning the workers arrived on time and assessed the situation. The cost was discussed and the work began and was completed within a few hours and so far everything is working fine and the electic current in my whole house is much better. I appreciate their fast response, kindness and professionalism.

I was very happy with their work. It was quick and I loved the fact that the electrician explained the issues/fixes to me so that I know what happened which will be helpful for fixing future issues. I will definitely call them again for any electrical work that comes up.

Cole Electric Inc. was awesome. I don?t know why it took me so long to call an electrician and now I wonder why I waited so long. My life has improved tremendously with the new lighting. Now I can see what I'm doing! I called them up for an appointment and after I was asked to send an email (kind of strange) with all my information, the owner came out as soon as he could. He listened carefully to me and what I was trying to say. He politely guided me to what I needed and other things he could do to solve my problems and gave good advice along the way. His estimate was right on, maybe less. They called me the morning of our install date and said they could come even earlier-I was able to meet them then and they got right on the job. They worked till 5 and were back nice and early the next morning, all in all finished in less than 24 hours. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. From the start, with all of my questions and a request for a detailed estimate, up to the end, they were very professional. All of the employees that showed up here were top-notch, helpful, and polite. Mr. Cole is a very conscientious person who cares about his presentation and product. Cole's Electric is the epitome of how a good business should be.
