Mr. Cole and his team are some of the best electricians I have seen in the area. I like how they show up when they say they are coming, assess the job and get an estimate back in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. Cole pulled his permits for the work and the final inspection was today. Just like his rough out inspection, everything went very well. In the upstairs bathroom, we needed recessed lighting put in, and in the In Law kitchen, we needed the garbage disposal hooked up, dishwasher hooked up as well as the outlets put in for the bathroom and the kitchen. We also had a little breaker box added to the second floor to help with the new circuits. Mr. Cole's team pointed out bad work that had been done by the previous owners (house flippers) and made sure everything was done up to code. I feel good that my electrical work has passed all the inspections with the city and we don't have to worry about some of the hazards that were found when the walls were opened up initially. I still have work to do in the house and I will definitely call Cole Electric when I am ready for the next project. Thanks Scott!!

At first visit to determine needs and provide estimate, they determined asbestos removal was necessary prior to doing the work. They completed a temporary repair to provide power until that could be done. We scheduled them to come in the day after the asbestos abatement was complete. They answered all my questions patiently, gave me a quote, and sent me a document outlining planned services. They scheduled, arrived on time, carried out the planned work in the predicted period of time with very minimal intrusion, and cleaned up behind themselves completely. During the repair, they determined that a section of wiring into the box had been done incorrectly and repaired that the same day. Added $!95.00 to the bill but also saved an addt'l service charge had a second visit been required.

We got home from work on Friday to find that all of our GFCI's in the house and garage were out. That included a fridge! We called and spoke to Scott, who said he couldn't come out Friday night, but would send someone out first thing Saturday morning. He told us how to hook up the fridge in the meantime so it would work and we wouldn't lose the food in it. Thank you for that!!! Steve arrived to fix our problem and was right on time! He found the issue and fixed it quickly. He also fixed another small problem for us as well. He was awesome! I would very much use this company again and plan on calling them for some other work soon. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I was having a problem with one of my major outlets in the garage, every time it rained it was shutting off my refrigerator and other major outlets in the home. They were very good and very responsive. They came out right away, I think they were at my house within at least 2 hours or maybe less than that when I called and they were very professional, courteous, and identified a couple of different options. They fixed the problem but there's still some potential issues with having too many things going to one outlet so they gave me the option of what I wanted to do and I may go back at a later date, fix the problem and move some things around in my garage and if I did, I would definitely use them again. I think their price was reasonable.

Cole Electric provided high quality, professional service. As an electrical engineer and former electrician, I have some knowledge of the work that needed to be performed. Cole quoted exactly to my needs and executed the work quickly and in adherence to NEC electrical codes. These guys know their business. They also honored the Angie's List discount.

I've used them a little less than a year ago and they put in a whole house surge protector for me. They're very good. It costed me around $150. They were fair and they were on time.

Had my problem on a Sunday, called and within 2 hours tech arrived and took care of problem. Tech was professional, work area was left clean, and made me feel like an important client.

Contacted Cole because of Angie List rating & Discount. Cole was extremely responsive and did what they said they would do. We asked for an electrical update (old house) & related problems we were having with lose of power. The man who came out to give an estimate have a price & when we mentioned we were Angie List members he said he didn't know anything about that . We agreed to have them do the work expecting the Amgie List discount but the owner told us that it was already factored into the estimate -- given by the guy who told us he didn't know anything about it. I like the concept of Angie's List but think the Discounts & Special Deals are a come on. Who is ensuring that these discounts & deals are what they claim to be?

Mr. Cole came out to take a look at the house and let us know his concerns up front and was very professional. He gave us a reasonable estimate and matched one of his competitors estimates. When we hired him, he went to the city and got his permit right away. His team worked arrived on time and worked quickly to figure out where all the circuits went to the breaker box, installed everything quickly and carefully. They completed the work and the city inspector came out and passed them on the inspection. I was very pleased with their work and I will hire them in the future.

I called to inquire about having an electrician come to our home to look at a problem we were encountering with the microwave that was installed during a kitchen renovation a few months prior. The service person came to the home and looked at the problem. He did contact the office to discuss solutions. Since the house is on a slab and the microwave was far enough from the breaker box it was a challenge. Another team showed up to provide their input and a solution was found to wire the microwave into the 220V line that was behind the gas stove. The microwave doesn't trip the breakers any longer. Well worth the money.

Scott was prompt with a call to come to the house to make suggestions on replacing some very old electrical things. He gave me a reasonable estimate for all of the work to be done and stayed within that estimate for the final bill. His company replaced the outside meter box and put two new breaker boxes on the inside of the garage. This is something that I found refreshing. (No surprise additional cost) The his company did an excellent job in a timely manner and left things clean and looking good.

This was our second time working with Cole Electric and they were just as professional as the first time we used them. They were understanding of a last-second reschedule and extremely helpful in explaining options for the work we wanted to have done. We changed our minds on a couple of things and had some last-minute add-on's and we appreciated their patience and responsiveness to our requests. We've had a lot of contractors in our home doing work but it's genuinely a pleasure having Cole Electric's crew in our home. Their crew was neighborly, but professional, their work is solid, and they never leave a mess. Without question we'll continue to use them for any electrical work we may need.

Scott returned my call for an estimate the same day I called, in fact he scheduled me at like 8:30 that night for the following day. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the bad GFI at a very reasonable price. Excellent company, I recommend to friends and family whenever they ask about electrical.

The quote amount was about $11000. They were very professional. I didn’t go with them because of their quote was high.

I called and spoke with Scott Cole, the owner, on the morning of the 4th. I explained the work that my husband and I needed to have done. He went into a detailed explanation of what they could do, giving us several options for the ceiling fan installations and the approximate costs. He said he had a crew working in the area in the morning and could come by in the afternoon to complete the work if we wanted. We were thrilled to get the work done so quickly and at what we felt was at a reasonable price. Scott asked us to email him the details and address to get the paper work started but he also wrote down the information. His crew arrived that afternoon, two trucks and 4 men. They went around with us to see all the work to be done. They checked with Scott over the phone to verify all the costs and we agreed to have them do the work. They included an Angie's List discount as well. They were very professional and knowledgeable and got right to work. We had circuit breakers that kept shutting off and thought the circuits might have to be replaced. I was particularly impressed when they said our circuit breaker panel which is 20 years old was a top of the line model and was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. They could have said otherwise and we would not have known any better. They were very honest in assessing our needs. They completed all the work that afternoon and cleaned up everything. They were professional, polite, efficient and we will definitely call them again for any work we need done.

Things went very well. Cole Electric was Johnny on the spot - very efficient and effective in determining the issue I was having, as well as resolving it. Being in Afghanistan, taking care of business at home is sometimes a challenge, but Cole made everything very easy for me. Great company and great customer service!
