I was just about ready to throw in the towel. The crawl space under my house was a disaster. Rusted duct work. Insulation in shreds, pipes disconnected and yes some were even missing. The outside door to access the crawl space was so worn and rusted out that critters were finding their way in. It was like this when we bought the house. No one had anything positive to say or offer. That is until Mike with Clean Air Solutions showed up to take a look and gave me an estimate. He said I had great structural duct, it just needed some serious repair. His estimate beat everyone and the outcome he was describing almost sounded too good to be true. They cleaned all the metal duct. Patched and wrapped any hole with this great mastic. The insulation was not that paper backed fiber mess that just drips and comes apart with any moisture. This was a mesh insulation that wrapped around the duct and cut down on sweating. They found missing duct and added that in at no charge. They put on a door that will never rust or break down. Then Mike had his crew circle the house looking for any tiny crevice that critters might make their way in, and those places were sealed. If duct can look pretty doggone sexy........mine did. They worked so hard in the blazing heat. I just kept the lemonade flowing and they were happy. Clean Air Solutions goes top notch and state of the art. They set out to provide you with quality air conditions that you have to breath in every day. Imagine if you had to breath in mold spores 24/7 from a wet dank space under your house. The germs and the smell DO come up into your home if they exist. I highly recommend Mike and Clean Air Solutions. They do their homework and know the score.

He was amazing and made sure the job was done completely done, even stopping by after his men were done to make sure we were satisfied. He also saved us thousands by suggesting a more cost effective way to properly and thoroughly remove the mold. We were very satisfied. A+

The meeting went great, the technicians on sight arrived on time and were very polite. They were extremely knowledgable, and even though in the end we went with a different company, I think that was a mistake.

The representative Aaron was very honest, very informative, and caring. We were given 3 different prices on for the mold removal. Starting from 500.0 to 2,500. Every thing that would be done was fully explained, giving us the option to make informed decisions. Even after the service was completed, came back to see how we were doing and is we had any issues with the job. He even advised of other issues under our house that he saw and we knew about, dryer vent not attached to the outside and a guest bathroom vent that was never finished. He offered to fix the problems, gave a very reasonable price, did one job at that moment and came back at a later date to complete the other one. Would highly recommend Aaron any time. Will always use him for any issues that the company can preform. Very impressed and happy with the job and service. Wish all the companies and/or services we have called performed like this company.

I never heard from this company so I cannot respond. I just know that I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

He was very responsive, answered all of our questions and did an overall great job. His team was very cleanly--they cleaned up every piece of dust/ dirt they created. We highly recommend this company!

He installed a crawlspace drying system that reduces the moisture so that mold cannot grow. It dries under your home in the crawl space or attic (which is where my system is installed) where most of the air flow comes from inside most homes. In addition, the system stops moldy air from the crawlspace from entering the home, which improves indoor air quailty up to 95%. It has increased my energy efficiency. It has decreased the ability of termites to thrive, so I was able to get termite insurance. It has also decreased your energy bill because it keeps my attic cooler in the summer.
