Clean Air Solution never mention anything to me about any findings under crawl space being that I was the one who purchased the coupon. The advertisement is very misleading(entire area) .I feel like I been had,

apparently we had mold problems that had been festering for two years. I called Mike and he came right out, the next day he had an efficient, courteous and knowledgeable team in place working diligently. They fixed a wall in a bedroom that had a large mold area under wallpaper, caused by a leaking chimney. Then they repaired a large area in the upstairs ceiling, caused by an overflowing air-conditioning unit that had not been installed properly, then left to grow when we were not present. It was a very large job, and after researching on the internet I had expected to pay more for it. When the team was finished, the carpets were vacuumed, the mold smell was completely gone and only a pleasant scent remained. We could not have been happier.

I did get a reply email from them for my initial contact, but never heard from them again after that.

Clean air came, said job was too big for voucher, but they would provide estimate to do one side of house and add crawl space entrance. We never heard from them again. House isn't extraordinarily large, but one side is challenging so we were willing to work with them, but not willing to have to dog them at each step. They could at least have said they weren't willing to do the work and offered a refund.

The service was good, friendly and did a great job with clean up. The only thing was that the price did not match what Angies list provided.

It was great! The owner came out himself, looked around and under the house, and had an estimate for us that morning. Communication was seamless. I told him I needed to have it done ASAP, and he scheduled his team to work over the weekend to get it done by Monday. They had to rip out four feet of drywall in the master bedroom and walk-in closet, and more in the master bathroom. The whole area was contaminated. Even though more drywall was involved than he originally calculated, he didn't increase the estimate. They cleaned and sealed all the joists and studs and put new sub-flooring down when they were done just for the cost of the plywood. He arranged for the HEPA fans to clear out all the air from my house and hired a dumpster; all I had to do was stay out of the way. The guys worked fast and the job was done early. All the guys were friendly and professional, and they left the place cleaner than they found it. I hope never to need them again, but if I do, Clean Air Solutions is the company I will call.

Clean Air Solutions, Inc., technicians installed a new, wider, more accessible door to the crawl space; collected,bagged, carried all old insulation to an approved dumpster site; installed new insulation and a Bithutane water proofing membrane over the entire crawl space including primer, water proofing adhesive, surface drain, and drain box. Their services also included a modified dry well, the dumpster fee, gutter tie-in, joint sistering, main beam replacement, outer seal plate, pier replacement, and fungicide spray. We are completely pleased; in fact, this is the first time we actually have a good, safe feeling about the protections against mold and moisture under our house. I'm very pleased. They provided excellent service. They had excellent responsiveness and timeliness once they scheduled the date and everything. I couldn't be more pleased. They didn't try to make a little money. They offered to do the rest but they don't pressure you. They did it for $49 and they did a lot, 400 square feet is a sizable amount. It was an excellent deal. They did it and they did it well.

Mike was awesome! He arrived on time for his appointment, grubbed around under my house and gave me a pictorial tour of what exactly was under there. He was very thorough at explaining what needed to be done and why. As we talked, he wrote up a quote, and explained every line item. His quote was very reasonable, and he not only included my Angie's List discount, he threw in the vapor barrier finishing for free, as a previous vendor had not carried the barrier all the way to the back wall. The crew arrived on time, and went right to work. They worked hard both days they were here, and finished right on time. At the end of the job, there was another pictorial tour so I could see what had been done. There was one unexpected repair due to a hole that hadn't been seen on first inspection, but the crew patched it and didn't charge me extra for the repair. I can already tell that the furnace is running less, and my floors are warmer. I'm very pleased by the job Mike and his crew did for us, and I won't hesitate to recommend him, or to use their services again. UPDATE 09/29/2014: We've had two separate contractors come out to look at issues with the sub-floor, and both were extremely complimentary about the quality of work done under the house. One said he'd sleep down there, and another said the quality of work was outstanding, and was amazed at how clean and dry it was.

The service was fine. The experience was perfectly positive. I paid an additional about 200 Dollars when it was all said and done. It is not wholly their fault, but they were a little late that day.

The service turned out well. They were professional and on time. They did a decent job. I was happy with the service.

They came and did an okay job. Scheduling the service was fine. The service ended up being much more expensive than the cost of the Big Deal. It did not seem like the deal in the end.

Installed a new vapor barrier in 500 sq ft. Tacked up loose insulation. I do not recall seeing if the contractor removed any debris as promised by the contract. It was cold and rainy. I did look under the crawlspace. The vapro barrier looked good. I will not know until spring if the clearance of extraneous debris was effecitive. the work was done at 530P and the contractor left around 630 P. It was a nasty evening.

Did beautifully neat job & removed old plastic.

The deal was for 500 square feet and I had 1,200 square feet so there were additional fees. They contacted me a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal and they came right out and did the work. I haven't gone into the crawl space to look, but I feel they did a good job.

Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my intake sheet and Mike, the owner, missed our first appointment. He was able to come out the following day to take a look at my crawl space. It was recommended that sand was brought in to level out low spots caused by erosion. We spoke of putting together a drainage solution, providing a vapor barrier and addressed potential repair concerns that were brought up by other contractors. My two year old son was with me, so I was really relying on something in writing in order to recall the details of the visit. I was told to expect an estimate and options via e-mail. I called back a few days later and I mistakenly mentioned encapsulation, without that service/product actually being offered by the company. The details of the visit, when speaking to Mike, were not evident in our conversation and I quickly came to the conclusion that this was not a job that Clean Air Solutions wanted to pursue. I was told, however, that the NAS Crawl Space System for a typical setup like mine would be around $4200. Mike was very helpful and professional when we met. He took a lot time to explain things but, unfortunately, with my situation that day, I wasn't able to clearly state my expectations in order for the project to progress.

The odor is gone. The fan worked vey well and the crawl space didn't drop below 51 degrees F even during the coldest nights. They fixed my problem and will return in the spring to check the moisture level of the floor joists in the crawl space. I am vert happy with this contractor.

The crew was very efficient and very neat they did the job that was specific to the estimate. They did a great job.

I got them from Angie's List. It was a good experience. They were very helpful and explained everything to me. They were pretty thorough with their work. My kitchen was cleaner when they left than it was before. The only thing that I had was the price that they quoted was for two days, but they were done in like a half day. The price was a little expensive. They were very honest. They will tell one before they do any work. They were really flexible.

His crew were there on time/ polite, and fast. All was done as expected. A couple of weeks later we notice that some of the wrapping was not staying up properly we called and his crew came out immediantly to fix. Also this is the only company that will Air test your air quality before and after. And stand behind it in writing. Discuss that with the competators. Mike knows how to fix your crawl space problems if you have moisture and mold. Call him and let him tell you about his product before you sign anything with someone else. I think you will be glad you did. PS- The quote for the same work was twice as much with those other guys.
