I would highly recommend them. This was really exceptional. They were very flexible. They were responsive to what I needed and they work as early as you want in the morning and as late as you'd like, all hours. They do long distance moves as well. It was a very good price.

Paul, Demetrius and Matthew did an excellent job on 2 flights of stairs in old Ghent housing, moving 2-3 bedrooms on a hot day. No complaining, no slacking or rough handling of my furniture. The website was very easy to book through and they returned my calls in minutes. I would definitely recommend them

Bust-a-move did exactly what their name says...they busted their backs all day to make our move happen in a single day. They didn't have an auspicious beginning...although they showed right on time they had to work against some initial difficulties that were out of their control. They ended up starting three hours later (rental truck problems), but they didnt stop until the job was done 12 hours later. They took a single 30 minute lunch break...otherwise they were non-stop all day and into the evening. Ben, Paul ("Blue"), Andrew, Clayton, and Kyle were put to the test as we had a house full of heavy and expensive furniture. Five bedrooms, two family rooms, an office, a kitchen, and two sets of deck furniture (not to mention the two car garage that was full with everything except cars)...the team moved us out of the rental in record time and then into our new home; they even kept a smile on their faces when we asked them to move a few pieces several times between different rooms and different floors. We originally asked for six men for eight hours...five showed up (one had family emergency...but they moved as if there were eight of them) and they told me from the start that they wouldn't leave us hanging because they were going to stick around "until the job is done...no matter how long it takes". They were true to their word! I served 20 years in the military and made over 15 permanent change of station moves, and this was by far the most professional and hard working team of movers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I don't plan on moving again any time soon, but when I do, you can bet I'll use Bust-a-Move...and I'm recommending them to all my friends and associates! THANK YOU BUST-A-MOVE!!!

They worked SUPER hard, never sat down or took a break. We reserved them for 4 hours and the job took 6. They didn't even stop to eat. Also the owner sent an extra man to help (for no charge) for the first couple of hours. They were awesome. Highly recommended if you need help moving but want to save from a full service company.

Kevin and a crew of 2 called 10 minutes before the scheduled time and said they would be a few minutes late. These guys worked from 830 am to 9pm at night or 12 hours straight through. I brought in lunch and dinner and they stopped for 10 minutes for each meal. They worked the rest of the time. It took 2 trips with the large swing set as well as switching out washer dryer, refrigerator and they had a great attitude the whole time. They took bed frames apart and put together as well as the swing set so it would fit into the truck. They didn't break anything and wrapped 6 different glass table piece. I liked paying the hourly wage as they were willing to step up and help with anything so I didn't have to play the "was that included in the price?" game.

The two movers arrived on time. They got started on the task almost immediately and were efficient and diligent at there work. They accommodated any and all special requests with regard to where and how I wanted everything arranged. They were exceptionally polite! They finished ahead of schedule. Johnny Quemuel (the owner) stopped by to make sure that everything went according to plans and to assure my satisfaction.

For various reasons, I had scheduled different movers to move my items back into a room over the garage following new flooring installation. Boxes were still stacked waist high in many rooms with enumerable small items scattered throughout the house when the first moving company (Military Movers) stated that their time (4-6 PM, 2 hours) was up, that they were tired from a previous job in NY and that they had a moving job the next day. I asked them to stay and finish, they declined and said there was no more room upstairs. (Everything remaining downstairs had come from the room upstairs!) I had company coming for the weekend and a house keeping crew was scheduled to arrive at 8 AM for a post remodel deep cleaning! I put in a desperate call to Bust A Move! At the last minute, in my "eleventh hour" (actually at 8 PM), Johnny Q. (owner) and team leader Kevin came to my rescue! They were extremely efficient, organized and diligent! They reorganized a poorly placed stack of containers downstairs and reorganized the room over the garage making room for and moving all the remaining items upstairs. They even moved minutia [numerous small loose items (and spilled pennies, Kevin is a hilarious)]! Nothing was damaged, extra care was given to boxes and items I indicated were fragile or special although they treated everything with TLC. Most importantly, they organized as they moved and placed items leaving room to spare! I was already exhausted and trying to move everything myself, all night, up stairs would likely have caused a heart attack or stroke! No kidding! Johnny and Kevin, I can not thank you enough!!! I have moved numerous times, including across country several times, and have had an extreme variation of experiences with moving companies large and small. The Bust A Move team and owner Johnny Quemuel are professional movers in every sense of the definition! I highly recommend them!!!

Bust a Move crew showed up at the precise time promised and began immediately to move my belongings from two 10x20 storage units and into a 26 ft. truck. They showed impressive packing skills all the while showing care and concern for my belongings. The move into my 3 story townhouse was equally efficient and careful. Never did any of the crew show complaint when directed to move large and heavy items to the 3rd floor. Again, they showed care and concern with moving my furniture, and they never seemed to tire. In fact, when provided with hoagies for lunch, they'd did not stop working. They'd take a bite and keep on moving! Punctuality, price and professionalism will lead this satisfied customer to recommend Bust A Move to anyone.

These movers were great! They were extremely friendly and easy to work with both before and during our move. They arrived on time and had all of the equipment required for the job. They were very fast and efficient but took great care to wrap all of our furniture so that it would not be damaged. Our piano was moved without incident and we are happy to report that we incurred no damage at all to our furniture. For the price and professionalism, this company can't be beat. Being in the military for over 20 years, we have had movers on both ends of the spectrum and this company is at the high end! I will definitely be using them again later this year and would recommend them for a local or long-distance move!

I hired two movers to unload a POD into a new home. They unloaded a 16' POD (packed tightly) in two hours. My experience with BustAMove was outstanding from the moment I called. They called ahead to ensure I was ready at the agreed time. Once they got to my house they got right after it, unloading quickly while taking good care of my furniture and new house. I had some bulk/heavy items that I was concerned about but they handled them without issue (including a HEAVY frontloading washer and dryer which they installed on recently purchased pedestals). They were true professionals who brought all necessary equipment and tools needed to do the job. I was extreemly impressed by their work and will use them again to unload my next shipment.

They were delayed by another job, so they sent additional men free of charge and worked non-stop to complete the move on schedule. Furthermore, the owners themselves came to move some very fragile antique furniture which I appreciated. Their cost was also half as much as one of the commercial firms I contacted.
