It went great. We were able to use an Angie's List coupon which saved us $350 off the cost of the materials. Flooring material was brought out a week earlier to acclimate. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. The entire room was done in less than a day. It looks great and my wife and I were very happy with the job and the installers. I apologize but I forgot their names.

I liked everything. They were really punctual, they did really good quality work, it took them longer than they thought the original estimate said they were going to take but that was just because they were very thorough, very detailed and they just did a really good job.

Our refinished floors look great! Half of our house was built in 1922 and the floors on the seconds floor was in pretty bad shape but after Anderson's work, they look fantastic. They were on time for the estimate, which was very competitive to others and were very pleasant to work with. The owner, Ryan checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going well. I have recommended this company to others and they have already used them and love their new floors as well.

This was a seamless transaction. Ryan and his crew were more than willing to listen to the customer's concerns and do everything in their power to see it to its completion. Buying the Angie's List coupon saved me $350 dollars and with the option to remove carpet and move the furniture myself, I saved another $250. On a job of $2800, a savings of $600 is huge. I know taking a room down is not for everyone ,but as I was on vacation and had some days, it was right for me. Further, the master bedroom was a 14.6 X 17, had two walk in closets, and a carpeted area to the bathroom. The technician and his crew finished the job that day making sure that the sub floor had no squeaks before the installation, and cleaning up all areas they were involved with. In conclusion, I really cannot give enough Kudo's to Anderson Flooring and his crew and look forward to working with him in the future.

Overall, it went very well. Ryan was able to accommodate our tight schedule of only being able to work in the one week between the previous homeowners moving out and our movers arriving with the furniture. We gave him three week's notice of the job and he made it work. Ryan arrived three days before the intended start date of the job to provide us with a free estimate. We signed the contract the following day, and the day after that one of his men arrived to do the prep work of removing the old carpet, staples, and tack strips. His prep work employee was kind, thoughtful, and courteous. Ryan himself is very professional, prompt, friendly, and great to work with. The only issue that arose during the main project was communication between Ryan and his employees, which is why we gave him a "B" in professionalism. The day following prep work, a Sunday, two of Ryan's employees showed up unannounced, using their contractor key to get in to pick up a few tools (purposely) left at the house to do a last minute job elsewhere. We immediately voiced our concerns to Ryan who talked with his employees and sorted out the issue to our satisfaction. The only other issue we had was on the first day of the job, one of his workers admitted to not reading the work order having assumed the job was routine. We did not include installation of quarter round in our contract, but the employees brought the quarter round intending to install it. Thankfully my husband was home during this part of the job and stopped them. All in all, they managed an excellent job of prepping, sanding, staining, and coating in a four day span before our movers arrived. Payment was easy, done in three installations where we could use both check and credit card. We appreciate the company's hard work and high quality results. My husband and I have already talked with Ryan about a future job in redoing our stairwell since they have a skilled carpenter on staff as well.

Our floors are fine. The installers were great. The supervisor was great. Once he realized that I wanted feedback whether they were going to show or not going to show. But once we established and got everything correct, they were fine. I think it was worth the money.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Anderson Flooring. They were friendly and professional, and did an outstanding job, including fixing a few issues where the previous installer had made mistakes. We also appreciated that they reserved as much of our existing wood flooring as possible and re-used it, saving us money. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

They currently are doing my flooring but have not finished yet. It has been great so far; the job is still in process.

Ryan called me back within a day to schedule a walk through estimate. The crew worked hard and made sure my house was clean everyday before they left. The entire house was done in three days!

The personnel was fine, he was upfront and was very helpful.

Excellent service and were very flexible with regards to the needs of other services being done to the house. They rescheduled twice - without complaint or problem- to meet our needs. Professional in every since of the word!

After an estimate was provided for my hardwood floors (which seemed like a fair price), the gentleman who provided the estimate never called me back to invite me to their showroom. Apparently it was under construction at the time. He promised to call me to let me know when the showroom was open and he never did. Poor customer service! Guess they don't really need my business.

Anderson Flooring Inc were very good. They came back several times to fix some problems. The floor was making squeaking noises after they installed it and they came back and fixed that for me.

Well, construction never goes as planned but Ryan Anderson made this job as painless as he could including rescheduling the crew when I didn't order enough Bamboo. Besides the stunning floors the neighbors have all been complimenting the stairs which were done by one of Ryans carpenters (Chris). The attention to detail and master carpentry are well appreciated. The one detail I appreciated the most was the day by day communication with Ryan. We spoke every morning to lay out planned work then every evening to go over progress. A five star company that I look forward to working with again when I do my kitchen stairs.

Fantastic! Ryan Anderson and his whole crew did a fabulous job, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service that we received.

The work didn't go as I would have liked it to. The work was subcontracted out and the owner was not there to oversee the work. I was talking to the owner throughout the process and there was an issue but he wasn't able to solve it. Bottom line, I would use the company again.

Installation seemed to be ok until it experienced pedestrian traffic. This was a master bathroom floor. Quickly it began to have cracks in the grout around the tiles. We have subsequently had to have it removed as the company failed to return to fix their work. When it was removed it was discovered that the backer board was secured only at six points, some with roofing nails! I am told this was a completely improper and unprofessional installation.

Ryan was very helpful and willing to work with me by phone as I was not able to be at the house myself. My caretaker said the work crew were professional and arrived when they said they would and did a good job. The job was completed in three days with a minimum of disruption to my friend. Because of the cost, Ryan was willing to work out a payment plan with me to break the payments into three installments. I would work with this company again.

Please read entire review to understand the reason behind the overall rating "B" Price: Would have been $200.00 Quality: The suggestion to fix the problem didn't work. Punctuality:I had to call at about 9a to find out if anyone was still coming. I personally believe if I didn't call, no one would have shown up. The worker was over 1.5 - 2 hours late. My appointment was between 8a -9:00a. The worker showed up after 10a. Ryan and Shane were really good about keeping me posted on where the worker was. They called several times to tell me where and how close the worker was. Responsiveness: Shane was excellent. In the beginning, he showed up on time, he answered my phone calls, returned calls and emails in a timely manner. The last few contacts, I ended up calling him when he was suppose to call me with other options, (it was approx. 30 mins before end of day) and it took a 2nd request through email to get him to confirm I didn't owe anything. Professionalism: Everyone was always professional. The worker was friendly, kind and apologetic that he wasn't able to get the floor fixed. The alternate option was to replace the sub floors at $800. I declined for now. I gave an overall "B" because of punctuality. If it wasn't for that, I would have given the company an overall "A"

Excellent product and installation.

They did a very good job on both floors. They took care of any complaint that I had during the installation process and there were very few. The workers were very clean and punctual. If I were to need another floor replaced I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Anderson Flooring repaired our 1/2 bathroom subfloor prior to installing a new floor. Upon inspection it was discovered that there was further damage that had not been initially discovered. Repairs were estimated at $450. Without charge, Anderson came back and fixed the newly discovered damage to the subfloor and floor joist. The owner/manager was extremely cooperative and scheduled the repairs at his company's first opportunity.

Outstanding experience. Ryan Anderson met me to provide an estimate - he was on time and very professional. Had a printer in his truck and was able to print out the estimate and the contract. Workers were on time and completed the job as contracted - over the course of several days. Floors were perfect and matched very well. They use a dust containment system as they sand the floors which did a remarkable job in containing the dust. I've recommended Anderson to several friends. A tiny bit pricey but totally worth it for the quality of work, reliability and promptness.

Everything was fine. My experience had been great. I think they were kind of high, but overall, I guess you pay for what you get. I am totally satisfied with the quality.

It took a little more time than expected to remove the old particle board, but both workers were here all day going at it. They were a little messy with the walls (dirt, handprints, smudges) but washed everything to my satisfaction. I appreciated that they took care of this after I reported my concerns. Very polite and informative as to their progress. The floor installation started on day two. Work was steady, and they did an excellent job. My husband and I are very happy with the results.
