Description of Work: I have service in the past before. The sales rep was very good. The techs were polite but this company does not wrar shoe botties to cover their shoes to enter in your house. The 2nd time I tried to use them they came out to do another estimate but never return my calls when I wanted to schedule service. I found another reliable company and their work and cost was far better

Description of Work: Ryan Anderson and his whole production team were excellent. They were professional, yet very friendly to deal with. The work they performed was miraculous. They restored some neglected hardwood floors that were hidden for possibly 4 decades under dilapidated carpet. The floors look brand new. I am now proud to show them off! I would definitely recommend their work to others.

Description of Work: Plank engineered flooring was installed in the living room, dining room, kitchen & den. It looks beautiful and the job was finished on time. I loved that they cleaned up & put the furniture back including our heavy upright piano.

Description of Work: They did a scratch and refinish of the hardwood floor. We were very impressed with knowledge and experience of the sales person. He steered us to less costly option that would work better for our floors. We were very happy with the quality of the work. There was a slight issue in a repaired area once the finished dried be the technician came out and fixed the area and everything looks great.

Description of Work: They fixed the floor board in my foyer and put down new tile. I have decided to have them come back in a month or so to do my kitchen and hallway. It was a pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Ryan was great---he helped me choose the right product and scheduled the job around holidays and travel. If you have to call him for anything, he calls right back and is always pleasant. My only issue was with his crew who systematically ignored a very time sensitive issue regarding the work in one room. It all turned out fine but was extremely stressful for me.

Description of Work: Install wood floors. Would have scored higher if the quarter roundso had been finished properly. They cut them off in a straight cut and didn't stain the ends. A craftsman would have done quarter round returns. The installers were laymen and did not even bother staining the ends to match the wood floor.

Description of Work: Sanded, refurnished kitchen, a hallway and removed carpet in 2 bedrooms and refurnished hardwood floor that was underneath. Floors turned out great. As is case with projects, had a couple of surprises that couldn't be anticipated regarding the condition of the flooring being refurbished - able to navigate through those well. Good communication by Anderson made that possible...they conveyed by words and action that they wanted the floors to turn out well and the customer be pleased.

Description of Work: Anderson Flooring refinished my floors and then answered my questions about the process they were using. They were friendly, professional and did what they said they were going to do. I had a question about how many coats were applied and they put an extra coat on to ensure the quality exceeded expectations. I have recieved several compliments on how good the floors look.

Work wise they did a beautiful job and I am very pleased with them and the finished product.Love my new floors!

Description of Work: They stripped and stained the stairs and railing. They explained what we needed to do while the stairs were drying (stay off at the beginning and wear socks for a few days after, the dogs had to stay off longer. We are very happy with the way they turned out.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for re-surfacing our 426 sq ft great room floor on 4/23/14. Anderson Flooring called immediately and sent an estimator on 4/26/14. After I received the estimate, I agreed to the work, and Anderson Flooring was extremely cooperative, working with me to set up a mutually acceptable time to do the work. They came out on 5/27/14, completed the work in one day. The workman was professional, showed respect for our home, cleaned up after himself and worked straight through without even a small break to get the job completed. The results are great! All of the scratches accumulated over the years are gone, and the semi-gloss finish is perfect. I highly recommend Anderson Flooring for this type of re-surfacing work.
