I was very unhappy with the customer service I received from Anderson Flooring. Ryan told me it would take 3 days to complete the job. 10 days later I was still waiting for them to finish the job. My house was completely empty so I gave them a key to make it easier on them. I did not tell them they could store their equipment in my garage but they did. They did not even ask me if it was ok with me to store their tools in my garage. I had carpet people coming in to install carpet in the den and the hard wood floors were supposed to be done already. I was supposed to be moving furniture in on the weekend and the floors were not complete.

Ryan Anderson stayed in regular contact with us, not too much, not too little. He always returned our calls. His staff is professional and did excellent work. We are very satisfied with the work performed and the fact that the cost matched Ryan's estimate.

Ryan did a wonderful job with our floors, doing exactly as he promised in all cases. He was very professional and the job was finished almost on-time and EXACTLY on budget. They look wonderful! The custom threshold also turned out great, and the "dustless" sanding truly is dustless! I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone!

The experience was fantastic. Not only do our floors look amazing but it was priced better than the other companies we checked. They also called us and did it early when something opened up. My husband and I have already recommended them to a friend and they are getting work done as well. We will bring Anderson flooring back when we are ready to tackle the up stairs.

I received a good quote and the final cost was exactly the same. Everyone I met was professional and provided answers to my questions. The work was conducted in an appropriate and timely manner. Procedures done included sanding, minor wood repair, new stain, and sealing of the floor. The results were exactly as I had envisioned in my mind. I was fortunate to have a move in schedule that could tolerate a drying and maturing process that last several weeks after the job. It may be common but a restriction of light foot traffic, no rugs, no sweeping or cleaning the floor for several weeks needs to be taken into account for those planning a similar job. I would recommend this company to friend and family and would ask them to return for another flooring job in the future. I was very pleased with all the folks I met.

Flooring was installed by sub-contractors who did a very good job. Then the half round molding was installed using inferior quality pine. I was told by Anderson Flooring that it is typical to use cheap molding and have it painted to match the trim. I am a residential real estate appraiser and have NEVER seen high quality flooring with cheap painted molding as Anderson suggested. Mr Anderson agreed to redo the halls only with oak but never showed up.

Quality work. Taught me a lot about my floors during the assessment, which I appreciated. Broke out the assessment by room so that I could make decisions based on my budget. Only reason not a 5 was due to a delay in the project by 2 days, would have appreciated an up front phone call as opposed to me calling them. Regardless of that fact the floors look amazing and I am planning to use this company in the near future.

Mr. Anderson is very professional, helpful, and explained pretty much everything in detail what we asked him about all kinds of flooring, the advantages and disadvantages of natural wood and laminated wood ect. The length of time to complete the installation was on time as he stated. His installers are very professional, courteous and hard working individuals. They are punctual and answered all our questions honestly and to the best of their ability. We do not have any negative comments about this company at this time.
