Everyone at Anderson Flooring was wonderful! We had a really difficult situation in which we had an ongoing roof leak for 7 months. The roofers we hired could not locate the leak and were scheduling out really far which made installing this tile even harder. Anderson Flooring worked with us through the whole thing and produced a beautiful final product. I could not be happier with the tile and the service we received!

Very respectful of my home and opinions. Explained process at varying intervals. Very efficient. Easily changed directions when an issue came up that was not in the plans. No work stoppage or lengthy downtime.

Finished floors looked fantastic, and the wood transitions to the tile areas looked great as well. The crew was very courteous, cleaned up after themselves. The only 'knock' I have against them was that a they were a couple hours late twice. I had my parents at the house during the refinishing, since I was at work, and didn't get any notice that they would be late. More of a slight annoyance than anything else. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to recommend them though. Bottom line is the floors look great, they were done on time as scheduled, the employees were very courteous, and the quote was the lowest among the 3 I received. I'm very happy with Anderson Flooring.

From the first meeting where Mr. Anderson did a thorough roof inspection & proceeded to show me his credentials and explain the roofing process & show me the products he offered....until the day the roofing crew arrived on time, neatly dressed and very polite and began stripping off the old shingles ...until that evening when they cleaned up all the debris and swept the yard for stray nails...I was repeatedly impressed. WOW ! It was so nice to do business with a company that was so well organized. Good price; good product; great guarantee & excellent workmanship.

Ryan was very helpful and attentive. His crew worked with our schedule and recommended touching up our wood floors vice refinishing them and steered us away from any unneccessary work. Ryan also did a wonderful job keeping us appraised of the job status and following up with us afterwards, which was very helpful since we were still in the process of moving in. We will definitely hire them again for any other touchups.

Ryan the owner was very difficult to work with once the contract was signed. The guys that where assigned to our home left equipment all over on are new carpeting,and left machines plugged in with the power on. It took us 2 hrs to get ahold of someone and never got a return phone call back from the owner , till 4 hrs later, There was one employee that was ver knowledgable and polite and addressed our concerns. When we asked Ryan if he could fix and finish the problems he denied are request. Ryan did a 180 from the time we met him till the day the contract was signed .

Ryan and his cree did a great job installing wood flooring! The crew worked for an entire day and the results are EXCELLENT!

The floors in my home are very old and the two rooms that Anderson did had not been refinished since 1953. The work done by Anderson made them look like new. The results are way beyond my expectations. The crew was absolutely the best. They were extra careful with my antique furniture, very courteous and punctual. I plan to hire them back in the spring to do the rest of the floors in the house. I highly recommend them.

Anderson Flooring was fantastic! The owner, Ryan, and the guys that did the work were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing! We had 55 year old oak wood flooring sanded and refinished in 2 bedrooms with closets, a hallway with closets, a living room and our stair treads. They look phenomenal! Just like brand new flooring!!

After comparing prices Anderson was within the going rates and the job they did was well worth the price. my hard wood floors are beautiful. Thank you Anderson

Very courteous and efficient, Did not try to push a particular product but allowed for informed decisions, Project completed on time. Not the lowest quote but high quality results. Excellent transition work to other rooms and surfaces. Family business does not use sub-contractors.

They were very nice, talked with you about the whole process not at you. They did a great job within the time they said it would take. Would use them again with no questions.
