I highly recommend this company! Roger Cawthon came to my house to give me the estimate. He was prompt, well prepared, and most importantly not pushy. He showed me the window information (of course I already had done my homework) but threw in so extras to make the deal even sweeter. American Builders has been doing this for a long time and guarantee their work. They will follow up in 30 days, 6 months and annually to ensure complete satisfaction. I had 15 windows replaced. The job went very smoothly. They removed my window treatments as needed as well as furniture at no charge. I had a little rotted wood and it was replaced at no extra cost. In fact, they include wood replacement up to 25 feet which is unlike some of the other companies. The crew completely cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and professional throughout the installation. I am 100% satisfied with the windows, but Roger said full payment is not due for 30 days! Once again to ensure that I am completely satisfied. What a great company and thank you Roger for being so customer friendly!

The communication was good; they were very hands on and the owner took a lot of care about what was being done at the house. I had no problems with them and they returned my phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. I will use them again in the future.

I had gotten several quotes for window replacement. I chose American Builders because they seemed like they would do the best job. They were not the lowest price, but they were close to the lowest and they were the best value. They do several things that other window replacement companies don't do such as fill the cracks with insulation, replace the outside stops after putting in the new window, and their wrapping is done with several creases so that it looks more like brick mold and not just a flat piece of wrap. They also replaced about 25 feet of rotted wood at no additional cost. They have a lifetime warranty on windows and labor. The windows came in three weeks after ordered and we scheduled an installation day. The owner of the company showed up with his two workers and they started work. The workers were very polite and conscientious about their work. It took them three days to do all the windows because of the rotten wood replacement. The owner came by several times each day to check on the progress and to make sure I didn't have any concerns. They cleaned up afterwards and would not take payment until I had inspected everything and was satisfied. A day later, I noticed one window was a little harder to open than the others.I called up American Builders and they came out the next day and adjusted the window so it operated easier. I've hired five different contractors over the last 6 years for work on my house and American Builders was the best. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire look and outcome after the installation of my new windows. I have not encountered any problems to this day. They all open and close with ease. The installers did not make any mistakes in their job. It was definitely money well spent. I would have no problems in referring them to any one I knew.

They were an extremely efficient crew, and all concerned displayed professional behavior while doing the work. The kept all the refuse concentrated in one area, so it would be easier to deal with later. This made the cleanup at the end, very quick. It took, two days to finish, and the new siding looks great on our house.
