I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done at your home!! The gentleman who installed our water heater was very professional, knowable and extremely courteous!!!

The personnel at A1 are outstanding. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and get the job done in a timely manner. The Service Tech, Jason, arrived for the both appointments timely, did what was necessary to get to the leaking water heater (which was located in a closet behind my dryer), diagnosed the problem and installed the new water heater efficiently and effectively. He was pleasant, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Plus, he left nothing and no mess behind. I am extremely happy with the service I received from A1. I would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing related problem.

Our technician was Zach, who was outstanding. He first came to inspect the sewer pipes in a house built in 1910 as part of a presale contract. When he could not access the pipes without causing some temporary damage, we backed off â but Zach made sure to charge us less AND tell us the $$ could be applied to the cost of another appointment if we got permission from the seller to do a full inspection. We were able to get Zach to come back the very next day and he determined that the sewage pipes were incredibly old terra cotta (no longer used bc of chronic failures) and essentially on their last legs â something that as a prospective buyer I really needed to know! Zach explained everything very thoroughly and also was able to determine that the bulk of the pipes were in the side yard, making eventual repairs a lot easier than had they been under the house. He was incredibly thorough. Also loved being able to get a copy of the camera inspection he did, as it reveals the problems far better than words could ever do. Finally, I have to give props to the A1 Sewer company itself â super prompt service, helpful, and willing to accommodate even a fairly last-minute request. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend all around, but ask for Zach if you can!

The Repairman, Jason Coleman, was definitely A-1 himself! He was Courteous, knew his job, and quickly assessed and corrected all problems! I will for sure use this company again. A-1, do what ever it takes to KEEP this employee!
