Amazing service from beginning to end.

Our experience with this company was not great from the beginning. Lee (initial inspector and estimate proposal) was clear on expectations, but made us rushed to make the decision. The technician called to give us 20-30mins headsup on their arrival but we did not agree to start the project that day with the office. Not all utilities were marked when they dug up our front yard. The dirt they dug up was left in the bathroom for days without knowing when they will return, the drywall seems to have damage from the wet dirt/clay from the ground, and the duck tapes they used took off the paint off our door frame. The technicians (Danny, Connor, and I am sorry I cannot remember) were good, but I hoped they communicated with what to expect during and after their part is done. Once the city inspector completed the inspection, we have not heard from anyone from the company. Only asked to relay the estate to the production team, twice. Still waiting on plumbers report for insurance claim.

Mike was professional and friendly. Gave us information about water heaters and choices. Very knowledgeable. He explained the necessity of annual draining of water heater, showing us how to do it. Will request him for future service.

The technician was on time and very fast. I had a complete clog in my kitchen sink beyond the tap and he cleared it within 30 minutes.

Polite, knowledgeable and reasonable price for work done on my bathroom sink and bathtub faucet.

I can’t recommend Sean Urquhart from A1 Sewer & Drain highly enough! We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night and called A1’s 24/7 line. I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!

CJ came out on a Sunday to address a main line clog. Very professional from start to finish, appropriately equipped to do work! Very smooth process and handled in a very reasonable amount of time.

Technician was prompt and professional.

Patrick and Jason were awesome to work with, came in got right to work. Left the area neat and clean. Our kitchen sink is back in business.

CJ Pedroza was the A1 technician sent to replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time, was pleasant and neatly dressed in uniform shirt and had a badge clearly identifying himself. He got to work immediately, had some issues removing the old disposal which he resolved quickly and completed the new customer furnished disposal in about 45 minutes. He vacuumed up and took away all the old unit and trash. I would give him 5 stars.

They were on time. Knew what to do to repair leaking faucet both hot/ cold and shut off valves under the bathroom sink.

Highly recommend A1 Plumbing especially in Danny and Anthony respond. Two of the nicest, professional and competent guys I have met. They were prompt and kept me updated throughout the process. I would have these guys over for a burger and a ?milk? any day. If they show up- you will not be disappointed.

Chris was great. Professional, listened to us, answered our (numerous) questions, got straight to work and fixed the problems. All within an hour. Hopefully, we will never need plumbing services again, but if we do, we will call them again!

This company is not professional or trustworthy. All they do is lie. They donâ t care about their customers. They have had me without hot water for over 7 days now. They know I have no hot water but yet they do not give me an update on how long itâ s going to be before they come and finish the job. At this point Iâ m going to have to get another company to come and finish the work F1 started. I canâ t even call this below average company A1!! Do yourself a favor and find yourself another company if youâ re looking to get quality plumbing services!!

Took three visits but only charged for two

Josh called on his way to the house got here at the earliest time in the window of time given to us by the company that he would arrive. Came right in was very pleasant knowledgeable and got to the route of the problem. Not only did he fix the seal on the leaking toilet but also noticed a bigger problem and called a water remediation company while at our house to come out right away to access and potentially remediate any problems we have with that! Very professional and helpful and quite concerned about doing the right thing! We couldnâ  t be more satisfied!
