Chandler Cobb was the service technician and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and how to resolve it should it occur again.

PAT BURNS was very nice! He knew exactly what he was doing and went about his business to get it done. The removal and installation of the water heater (located in the garage) and toilet (upstairs guest Bath) was done proficiently and in under 2 hours. He also took the time to make sure He cleaned the area he worked in; even asked “Is it okay that I use your broom to sweep away the debri left behind by the old water heater”. That to me was above & beyond. Also it was clear to me that He takes pride in having a very clean and well organized Truck. Well done Pat! Truly well done! It was great having you as my contracted Plumber. Also, Thanks to Angi’s List for helping me find an already vetted service like A1 Sewer & Drain. The level of customer service they provided was stellar from my very first phone call to set up the appointment. Additionally, pricing was affordable and reasonable. The only thing I would change is set the price up front based on the timing expected to do the work, so as to avoid having to tack on the additional $75 for every 1/2 hour above the 1.5 hours quoted estimated tine to complete the work. Again, this is not a negative reflection towards Pat B, as I feel he worked very proficiently and got BOTH installations done in 2 hours. Thanks again Pat B! I plan to request you by name for my future plumbing needs.

Zach was on time. Explained how the faucet we bought would fit into the existing holes in the granite and gave us the needed options so we could decide what went where. Zach was very professional, quick and clean and also let us know about the manufacturer's warranty so if anything went bad later, we could get any needed parts for free. Would highly recommend them for plumbing work.

This is the BEST contractor that I have ever worked with! From the people in the office to the VERY QUALIFIED professional plumber that arrived at my home! Bert was fast, efficient, very experienced, with strong attention to detail. I have never been so pleased with a company or repairwoman in my life. BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT! Today, Tuesday 16JUN2020 A1 Sewage and Drain sent out plummer Todd Anderson to fix my upstairs toilet that was dripping downstairs in the washing room. Additionally, when using my upstairs shower it would leak in the downstairs washroom. After working arduous hours Todd Anderson fixed both problems. This is the second time Todd as come to my home to fix plumbing issues. Todd is outstanding in every respect and has a personality that is highly imperssive and professional. There's no doubt Todd impressed my wife as once he was finished working he spent another 30 minutes cleaning up. Todd wore shoe coverings and due to the RECIENT COVID/Pandemic issues, he also wore a mask. I want to thank A1 Sewage an Drain for employing a highly respectable and outstanding plummer Todd Anderson. KUDOS to you Todd.

great, fast, professional and courteous technician. Took the time to listen to the issues I was having and our concerns. Able to resolve quickly and explained what they were doing the whole time. Will not hire anyone else, these are my plumbers for life.

The appointment was for 4PM and the plumber, Jonathan, arrived at 6PM exactly. After working 15 minutes, his tool broke and he had to call another truck to come out and bring him another. He and the tenants waited 30 minutes until another truck and needed tool arrived. The tub drain was fixed at 7.05PM. The initial cost was supposed to be $179 for first hour plus $25 for service call, which I agreed to on the phone. Because the service ran 5 minutes past 7PM, I was charged for an hour and a half, $263. Several calls to the office have not resulted in any returned calls for an explanation or refund of that extra half hour. Poor customer service or the Angies' List automatic service provider phone call matched me up with the wrong kind of plumber.

It went very well. The gentleman arrived a little because the main office said we had cancelled our appointment but we had not. The work was quick and excellent in every way.

I called and schedule an appointment for today. They called me 5 minutes before they were due to arrive to tell me they would not be coming and said they could reschedule for another day. I am an ill senior citizen with an AC system on the fritz, I cannot wait to have this done. I am extremely disappointed in their last of reliability. They do not seem to care about providing good customer care or providing good care to repeat customers. I will not be using their services again.

Tech did the work and was exceptionally friendly. He was very expedient and was pleased with him. Only issue it the braze is not holding and will be calling shortly to have it corrected. More to follow.

I had a previous plumber tell me that i did not have a clean out and that it would need to be installed, this plumber did run a regular snake down both my toilets in the house and the drains sort of worked. He said installing the clean out could run 1500-2000. We did not install the clean out. Then, over about two weeks, the drains backed up again. A-1 Sewer and Drain arrived on time and John was exceptionally professional and efficient. He immediately said he wanted to check to ensure I didn't have a clean out already, i told him what the other plumber had said and he said he wanted to look anyway. Within minutes he had dug diwn inches and found my clean out. He opened it and diagnosed I had blockage somewhere in the main line. He used a large auger/snake that was motorized to run down my entire line. He found several blocked areas, but cleaned it out completely until water was flowing easily. John was personable and explained everything he was doong. Most importantly, he was honest!!! Hespent roughly two hours doing everything and my total charge was 293.00. He was effifcient and effective, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend A-1 Sewer and Drain to anyone. It is very difficult to find honest and knowledgable individuals and companies, I consider them to be exceptional and appreciated the work ethic and efficient service.

They were professional, quick, had all the necessary supplies on hand when they arrived to complete the job.

When the worker arrived (truck #42) we asked for a quote on the number of hours it would take to do the job. He said 1 hour, and that it may go over to 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour, he would charge in 1/2 hour intervals. So, max was 1.5 hours. Well, I know not all of the jobs go according to plan, but he took 3 hours and charged us more than double than what we expected because of this. He took his time, went out to the truck/vehicle several times and moved real slow. When I arrived home, I was excited about the job, and having great RO water, but even my teenage daughters were fired up about how slow the worker was moving and my wife - was fired up about the amount we were charged - $471.50! So, I asked my wife to call and ask for a refund. She called Monday and spoke with someone in their office who promised a call back the next day because the plumber had not turned all the info in yet (not sure why that would matter). We never got a call as promised today. We called a little after 5 and were told the office manager was the person to talk to. Apparently the person answering the phones was unable to help...so we have to make our 3rd phone call tomorrow after 9 AM. The saga continues....we shall see if we get a refund of 1 1/2 hours. The plumber never re-qouted, or advised it would take longer, or why it was SO far off his estimate.
