I did not have a good experience with A-1 Sewer and Drain. They came over the weekend and the guy who came out did not know what he was doing. He tried to snake from the front then drug all his equipment to the back and said he couldn t find anything as he was going to have to come back with a camera to see better. The next day a different guy came and he knew right where the clean out was and fixed it and capped it right away. I had to pay for both visits when they were supposed to have fixed it the first time. I had to keep calling and complaining just for them to give me my money back from the second visit. They were unprofessional and have unknowledgeable workers there. I felt the were trying to rip me off and I was very uncomfortable with the whole thing. They were horrible.

They really went an extra mile to drain that pipe. I was very pleased with their service. Their main office called to let me know their worker was on his way and should arrive in thirty minutes but he showed up an hour and a half later.

Our water lines cracked from the cold weather, and they came out very fast to do the repairs. They were on time and very professional. They did the job very quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our home insurance covered the cost of the repair with a $200 deductible we were responsible for. They did a wonderful job, and we have not had any problems since.

They did do a good job however they didn't stick to their original estimate. They charged me $500.00 more than they should have. There was some extra labor involved because they had to relocate my hot water heater to another area. They charged me extra for parts that you could find somewhere else for about $80.00.

We called and left a message which was returned promptly. Then we set an appointment and the worker came out right on time. He did a great job or replacing our water heater which no longer worked, and we've had no problems since. The price included the new water heater.
