Description of Work: They called and arrived on time. The service went well. They inspected all 3 units, replaced the filters and then replaced the broken motor on an older unit. Prices were given before the work was begun. The work was done in record time and the 3 units are now working well. The price seems fair, but maybe slightly high. I have little to compare it with. Overall I am quite satisfied and will use them the next time I have an HVAC issue.

Description of Work: W C Butler installed a new heat pump in a residence. They were professional, did the work when they said they would, and charged the amount of the quote. There have been no problems. Their price was equivalent to the other low bidder. W C Butler is also in the midst of converting an oil furnace to natural gas. So far, they have cleaned the furnace, and ordered the installation of the gas line through the gas company. There have been no problems, to date.

Description of Work: Our circuit board on our gas furnace blew up on New Year's Day. Unfortunately it could not be fixed that night but they were very prompt in fixing it the next morning when the part was available.

Description of Work: Installled HVAC system for new construction. Very helpful throughout the planning process and responsive to General Contractor for schedualing install.

Description of Work: Crew arrived by 7:30am as stated. They surveyed what had to be done to change out our heat pump and asked a few confirming questions. Each crew member started to work on various components without much conversation (seemed very aware of what needed done). They were very efficient and had the entire system swapped out by 11:30am. The system required the lines be vacuumed for 1 hr. and they took this opportunity for their lunch and taking the cardboard and old heat pump system back to their shop. They returned in 1 hr., added additional freon to the system and left within 45 minutes. Very professional and left our house very clean due to putting down tarps from our front door, up the steps and into the attic entrance. Would use them again for additional A/C or heating related work.
