Description of Work: Determined that the washing machine was not fixable - part no longer available. He test that board every which way to ensure it was defective and then did the research necessary to determine it is not available. After he departed I also attempted to locate the part. It is not available.

Description of Work: I contacted Vienna Appliance because my refrigerator wasn't producing cooling air. Al arrived on time, was very professional and efficient and diagnosed the problem as the compressor not working. He said he would try to jump start it and that it was a 50/50 chance that it would work. He came back the next day and jump started it and it worked. I was so thrilled because if it didn't work, I would need to get a new refrigerator. He was as happy as I was that it was working and even offered a refund if it stopped working in the next few weeks. It is now a month and my refrigerator is still working. I would definitely use Vienna Appliance again.

Service was great- multiple house calls to try and fix problem. Gave great advice on best next step, which ended up being new appliance. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Great experience. Prompt scheduling, technician was very friendly. Had parts for dryer on the truck, walked me through option of repairing or replacing and quickly fixed.

Description of Work: Dryer was not heating. Called the provider and was given a next day appointment. Technician diagnosed faulty heating coil which he obtained and installed later the same day.

Description of Work: Refrigerator wasn't cooling. Repairman discussed problems and costs and advised not replacing the condensor due to cost and approximate age of unit. Came out within one day of calling and was very professional and helpful

Description of Work: The dishwasher was leaking. The repairman came within the time window. He was very courteous and professional. He said the pump was broken and recommended we replace the unit. To repair it would cost about $400 and to replace it with a similar unit would be about $600. I paid the service fee and took his advice.

Description of Work: Our fridge had a leak. Vienna Appliance sent their tech, Al out the next day. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part came in a few days later and Al was back to install. Very pleasant and efficient fellow that I would certainly welcome back should we have another appliance problem in the future.
