Great service!

Overall it went well

They guys that came to our house were so nice! They did a great job and were very professional. They pressure-washed everything in one day (and the results were amazing). Then they came back two days later to sand and seal the decks. The price was great (especially compared to some of our other estimates), and as I mentioned, the staff were so polite and friendly. However, I will note that the one small issue we had was with the reception desk. We were never able to get anyone over the phone or to return a phone call. However, they were very quick to respond via e-mail. (Just something to keep in mind...) But we plan to have them back in a few years when we need to seal the decks again! Thanks guys!

They did an outstanding job powerwashing house and deck. Their price was reasonable but I do not recall the amount of the price. They were most curteous and professional in every respect. I hold Rothstein and his crew in the highest esteem. Calls, bids, work, etc. are handled promptly and professionally.

We paid half-price for a pressure washing of a medium-sized deck through a deal on BuyWithMe in May 2011, but based on the service we received, we would gladly pay double in the future! Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and the owner (Ms. Rothstein) was very pleasant in both the initial and follow-up conversations. The serviceman showed up on time (within the estimated range) and did a quick and efficient job. The results were amazing - our deck was instantly transformed from being dull, gray, and somewhat slimy due to the humidity in our area, to the original wood color. If I hadn't seen it for myself, I wouldn't believe the 'before' and 'after' photos!

They did a great job and were able to come out the day we called. Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Great price and great service.

They came as scheduled and charged me the same as their quote. They did a good job and I will continue to use their services in future.

I called Rothstein on a Monday afternoon to pressure wash the house and they were able to do it the next day. They also said they paint window trim so I hired them to do all of the windows and shutters as well as fix our basement door frame which was rotting. It took all day and part of the next since we have so many windows but it looks nice. The crew was very polite and very quiet.
