It went wonderfully! I contacted Nathan directly (not via Angie's List) because he has powerwashed my home and powerwashed/stained my deck in previous years -- so I knew how to reach him. I recently installed a new fence a few months ago and needed it to be stained. Nathan's email replies were always quick and professional, and once he provided an estimate, I hired him. He scheduled the date but I told him I was okay with an earlier job -- and he did so as soon as his schedule allowed! the job was extremely professional and quickly done. My neighbor watched the staining process as I was away from home -- he was quite impressed. I would hire him again!

We had our house pressure washed and are deck restained. Nathan was responsive and punctual in his work. The pressure washing was completed well but required him to come back and conduct a second rinse of the house due to residual cleaner. The deck was initially painted the incorrect color due to an oversight an e-mail, but he returned and repainted as soon was possible. He was apologetic for the error. There was a certain level of overspray on adjacent vegetation and some minor on siding. Additionally, there was touch up that was required following the second painting. This was conducted as soon as he was notified. Unfortunately, he came and left after without verifying satisfaction with me so there are a few additional spots that will require further staining. He left unused stain.

Excellent! House, driveway and stairs are spotless. Fence looks brand new despite being over 20 years old. Because of environmentally friendly products and practices, the pond and plantings are safe and undisturbed. Nathan's fast and professional service was much appreciated. Will definitely use his services again!

I have used Rothstein Pro several times over the years to power wash my house using their truck mounted hot water equipment and then sealed using a wax similar to that used by car washes. The wax treatment seems to extend the time between treatments by at least a year. I have vinyl siding. This time I also had them clean my roof that had ugly dark stains from algae on a portion of it. I am very pleased with the results in all cases.

Rothstein Pros did an excellent job with a variety of services - all very satisfactory at a reasonable and competitive price. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, professionalism, and responsiveness of Nathan and his team. Nathan arrived on time for my initial consultation and thoroughly described the process he would use to revitalize my 30 year old house. Not only did he pressure wash the exterior of my home, which included areas covered by mildew, he also cleaned my patio. The work he performed on the outside of my home and the patio gave it an instant ‘face-lift.’ Nathan also repaired dry rot/wood ****** damage to two window frames on the north side of my house (not an easy task, considering this side of my home is on a slope and the windows were about two stories above the ground). He matched the paint for these new window frames exactly- you would never know they are new! He also pressure washed and stained my two level deck- including a privacy wall and 2 sets of stairs. Prior to the work, my deck look worn-out. Now, my deck looks refreshed and I can’t wait to host our first spring BBQ. Not only did Nathan provide the best price for the work, he also provided peace of mind and kept me informed during every step of the process. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship at an honest price.

My experience with Rothstein Pros was wonderful! Nathan is very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and careful. He did a great job restoring my decks, and the decks look fantastic. Nathan was very patient and helpful, as I deliberated what color to use, and the color I finally decided on is perfect! I really can't say enough good things about this company. Rothstein Pros is a solid performer who understands customer satisfaction. There was a tough area that still had a little bit of stain on it and Nathan came back with no fuss or muss and took care it.

Mr. Rothstein showed up on time, quiickly washed the house and did a good job. He was friendly and pleasant. Pne problem- He also advertised exterior painting and we asked for an estimate for painting the outside trim on the house. He said he would send someone to estimate it and let us know. A month latern no one has ever showm up. I am disappointed because it had all g one so well until this happened. His priice for the power washing was very good.

They earned straight A's -- quality job all the way. From the start, they were timely in both phone and email communications. Before making the job estimate, Nathan came to the house and inspected it. I was concerned because a neighbor's tree had fallen and scraped against one side of my house, leaving some tree residue. Also, several months ago, someone had thrown an egg against the brick front of the home. I asked him if he thought he could pressure wash those stains away along with the other accumulated dirt and algae that had accumulated over the years on the brick and the aluminum siding. He confirmed that he was almost 100% sure he would remove them. He showed up as scheduled (actually a few minutes early). He is friendly and his truck and equipment are first-rate professional. They normally use a warm water low pressure application and that turned out to be adequate to remove all stains on my house. Another plus with Rothstein is that if the low pressure doesn't get the job done 100%, he has high-pressure nozzles that he'll use that most certainly will. I am extremely pleased with how my whole house exterior was cleaned by Rothstein and would highly recommend them for any job like mine -- exterior home powerwashing.

Rothstein Pros did a good job with our deck washing and staining. It was done in a timely manner and made our deck look great after years of neglect by a previous owner.

I used a mailer coupon and wasn't too sure, since I couldn't imagine that they would do a very thorough job for such a reasonable price; but everyone I spoke to at Rothstein Pros was knowledgeable and courteous, and Dan,who did the washing, was great -- I didn't know the house was that dirty until after its bath. We will definitely call them again.

From the start to the finish this company did an outstanding job of both communication and work performed. They were very punctual, didn't try to add hidden costs, and really value you as a customer. I had them pressure wash my house, fence, and deck and then seal/stain my deck and fence. All the work was done very professionally and in a manner that shows they care about the work they perform. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality is near the top of what I've ever seen. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when the time comes to do it again.
