Very happy with the experience. We ordered more sensors after the initial order and it was simple to connect them to the existing system. I called the customer service reps many times and they were patient with my lack of tech experience, and were super helpful.

I have a few friends who have Frontpoint systems and they have all been very happy with the service. We bought a house about 8 months ago and decided to get a system. We have now had Frontpoint for a few months and we are so happy. There have been a few break-ins in our neighborhood and you honestly can't put a price on feeling safe in your own home. The equipment is easy to use, and every time I've had to call customer support, the people are so nice and willing to help. We highly recommend Frontpoint to all our friends and family!
