Plumber arrived soon after called, worked in a very efficient and competent manner, was courteous, and cleaned up when work was completed.

Everything went well and it's working perfectly now. These guys were right on time, fast, and effective. I was charged $104 for the 35 minutes of work and that's fine with me. The only thing that would have surprised me is if they lowered the price to reflect time spent. But I do freelance graphic design work and basically do the same thing, so I can't blame'em! Thanks, guys. In case you're interested, I called to ask them if they use subcontractors and they did confirm that the plumbers who came out are, in fact, employed by Booze. Bottom line, I'd hire these guys again. No problems here! Thanks, Booze.

I had an excellent experience with them. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. They were efficient, very professional and everything seemed to be okay. Their price was competitive. The work was done very well and they cleaned up after themselves. I wanted someone to fix the problem immediately. They made an appointment for me immediately and came out right away.

They were very prompt and professional. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Mark from Booze Plumbing used a toilet auger to retrieve the cap from a can of shaving cream from inside our toilet. He did this within about 3 minutes, took it outside, and then finished flushing out/cleaning up the toilet within 15 minutes. Booze charges a minimum of $96 for the first 30 minutes (and then $48 for each additional 30 minutes). I would have liked to spend less for 20 minutes worth of work, but I think the price was fair and reasonable given estimates I received from other plumbing companies.

Excellent overall service. They are available to come out immediately if I need emergency service.

We have used them twice. The guys were always on time, did a good job, and left at a normal time. I just think they're expensive.

Mark was very professional, and spent a lot of time talking to me about the leak, its cause, and how he would fix it. I asked him a ton of questions, and he was patient in answering all of them. He even checked the surrounding areas for water damage and gave us his recommendations. He also added an additional pipe section near the spout (telling me it was too short, and not attached correctly), even though that wasn't part of the leak problem. He also cleaned up after himself, and explained the bill. The only small concern was the price, it was a bit high for an hour and a half of work. However, I don't mind paying more if I know the job will be done well.

GREAT! The tech came with all that was needed to make the repair. I was all ready preparing that they would have to order a part and I would end up with no water over the holiday. (Why does it always break during a holiday?) I was so happy it was painless.

I had a horrible experience with them! What they did for me was not cheap and I was a bit taken back by their price that they charged me. The work I needed to be done was a one man job but they sent two men and it took them longer than it needed to take them. I was really irritated that they sent two men to do a one man's job. I told them exactly what I needed ahead of time however when they arrived, they did not bring enough slappers and they had to go out to get more, which took more time in which I was paying for. They charged by the hour which is only supposed to be 90 dollars an hour but they ended up charging me 144 dollars for a 45 minute job. I believe that I paid way too much for this type of service and I would never use them again!

The Booze crew (Doug and Fsal) arrived at 9:50 to start the job. At 2:00, I asked Doug to give me a rough estimate for the work after they had a opportunity to cut through the drywall in the garage and survey the project. At that time, he said the job would be between $500 and $600 including the materials (which matched an estimate I had already received from another contractor). I left and went to work after telling my wife what he had said. She called and said they had some emergency and had to leave at 3:25 and they would return the next day to complete. The laundry tub and washing machine were nonfunctional when they left. The next morning they arrived at around 8:00 and finished the water hook up for the laundry tub in about 10 minutes. Then Doug called his office and started adding up the bill; it was about twice what I had expected. The washing machine had the water lines reversed and they had not tested it to make sure everything was reinstalled and functioning.

Determined that faucet originally installed when repaired to sell (to me) was off brand and the internal part does not exist. Option to get working was to purchase new faucet ($100) and install. When I explained I would be gutting and remodeling bath, even they agreed as long as I could live with faucet in another bath would be a waste of expense to replace faucet. They even apologized for still having to charge the standard base service call fee but at least they "saved" me the additional monies. I have used a couple of other plumbing companies with great success, but mainly used Booze since moving to the Vienna area in 1979 and always been pleased with the company and particularly their ability to always manage to squeeze me in when they know it's a real emergency.

The crew that arrived was friendly and very professional. This is a great local business, that has served the Vienna area for 60 years.

Booze was able to work us in the same day we requested service. They arrived when they said they would to replace the water heater. They removed our old water heater.

Dan was on time with both visits. I was not charged the full labor costs when they returned to replace the faucet. Both plumbers were polite and professional. I feel the price I paid was in line for what I had done. I will definitely call then for any future plumbing needs.

I am amazed at how much this one hour of service cost, but it may be the going rate for a plumber in the high cost Washington DC area. The company charged $96 for the first half hour, $48 for the second half hour, and $30 to use the machines that snaked out the drains. The plumber arrived during the window specified (11:00 to 3:00) and called before arriving.

Mark the plumber was on time, polite, went the extra mile to identify the problem as an electrical problem and provided a reference.

The laundry room sink was installed a week before but fell apart so he repaired that. They did a good job.

THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY WAS RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE HELPED ME WITH MY PROBLEM. I CALLED A COUPLE OF OTHER COMPANIES AS WELL & THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAME TO MY RESCUE.
