The leak was in a 2nd floor shower which became apparent from a growing stain in the 1st floor ceiling. I had cut an opening in the ceiling to confirm what was causing the problem prior to calling the plumber. Scheduling an appointment was handled quickly and efficiently; the plumber was scheduled to arrive between 11am-3pm in 2 days at my request. On the day of the appointment, the office called in the morning and said the plumber finished his first job early and asked if he could arrive at 9:30 which I agreed to. The plumber was very professional; he confirmed the problem and diagnosed the cause - the rubber gasket in drain had deteriorated from age. He replaced the part, did the necessary caulking, and confirmed that the leak was fixed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work - the plumber was very efficient in fixing the problem. I would use Booze again.

Scheduler was very pleasant. Plumber called ahead of time to confirm. Fixed problem promptly. Saw a problem with water heater venting and support feet and fixed it free of charge. No up-sell, just helpful suggestions. Have used them in the past and are very satisfied; will definitely use for future plumbing issues.

The repairman called on the day scheduled and was able to arrive early. He worked quickly and professionally and the repair is satisfactory. This is the second time in two years that I have used Booze and will call them again when needed (hopefully not soon!). Several folks rate their price as a "B" but I gave them an "A", which I am not sure is warranted since I did not price compare with other contractors. I expect it is the going rate for plumbing and since I really hate to do plumbing myself, it was worth it.

The service was excellent. One person came out to complete the job. I would say that they are great, did what they said. I would recommend them.

It was OK, but not anything out of he ordinary. The two guys arrived within an hour of my calling for service, which is really great. All they did was snake the drain which required removing the trap. They didn't even have to take the stuff out from under the sink; I had done that for them. It took only half an hour and required no parts, and they charged $250, that's around FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR. Highway robbery.

Not only did Booze have the part, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and asked if I needed the screw for it as well (which I did) and he even pre-lubricated the o-rings on the valve I brought in to match the handle to. Great customer service!

They were great both times. They were quick, they came back when they said they were going to be here, and they helped me strain out Sears' service. Sears was telling me a bunch of things and Booze clarified that they were not going to. They showed me that Sears was not telling me the truth. They were very good, they cleaned up, and they were very sociable. They didn't talk too much or talked too little. They answered my questions. The price was a little bit high.

Service was performed well.

The plumber removed a piece of drywall from the kitchen ceiling (we expected this) to diagnose the problem. We thought the water was coming from a leaking bathroom- tub? toilet? sink? He discovered that it was actually just a pin hole leak from a copper pipe. He repaired the pipe and told us to let drywall dry out for a few days before we get it repaired. while he was here, we asked him to replace the overflow gaskets on 2 tubs and he also did that. Second time we've used Booze and are very happy with the service.

The company was very easy to deal with. They fit in the work on the day I requested, with only two days' notice. The plumber exceeded my expectations with the jobs and instructed me on some home maintenance that can help keep the drains running well.

Installation was quick, clean and professional. I had talked with plumber (not just admin) in office before ordering to discuss the various tanks, warranty periods and price. He talked me thru my options and my concerns that my dad's tank failed/flooded at 12 yrs old (Had 10 yr warrantly period). He was able to convince me that the tank with 6 yr warranty was a better value than the more expensive tank with the extended warranty for 10 yrs. He said, that in their experience, most tanks last 15-16 years regardless of 6 or 10 yr warranty. I was very pleased with the work, the crew that did the install, and the care and respect for me and my house. I also feel confident that I got a good product at a good value, and that all of the connections, valves, etc are solid and leak-free.

I was really in a bind to get a rental property ready for the new tenants. At the last minute, a toilet broke and the kitchen faucet was dripping. I called them on Monday morning and told them that I needed it fixed for tenants to move in the next day. They said that they would be there Tuesday morning and would put me on the cancellation list for Monday afternoon. The plumber arrived on time and fixed everything. He was pleasant and polite. It was so nice to get someone there right away and not have to wait days!

The first time I had Booze came out, it was to have some minor issues taken care of. While there, the contractor (JR) commented on the unusually high water pressure I had coming into the house and he noticed the age of my water heater. He provided a quote, and I subsequently called to have them come back and take care of those issues. On both visits, he (JR) was informative, courteous, and professional. JR (and Mike) had to work extremely hard removing the old units and getting the new unit into a non-walk-out basement. They did this while maintaining a cheerful demeanor and while being careful not to cause damage to property. They did a great job of cleaning up. In his attention to detail, JR actually went beyond what the job required (by replacing a "science project" set of pipes with a direct connection.) I would definitely use them again.

Workman arrived on time. Had to cut three holes in the walls of the house. Two upstairs under a bathroom vanity and one downstairs in the library ceiling. The third hold identified the leak. Pipe was fixed quickly and everything was cleaned up. Took under three hours. I was surprised how reasonable the price was. I cannot remember the exact date of service.

I called Booze at 7:30a to request a service call for the same day, expecting that I'd have to call several providers to find someone who could show up the same day. The gentleman who took the call put me on hold for a brief time and was able to get me on the schedule for an 11-2 arrival. The service technicians arrived promptly (in fact early, which was good). The two technicians completed the work in a timely manner and were professional throughout. I gave the "Price" a B rather than an A only because I think I could have saved a few bucks with another provider, but I really have no complaints about the overall price or work. 100% satisfaction.

and gave good advice on how to keep them clear in the future (without using Dran-o or other crazy chemicals).

I called Booze Plumbing on a Tuesday and was given an appointment for the next day. My phone call was answered promptly and professionally. The plumber came in the time range given to me and was very nice and professional. When I said we had four things for him and I didn't know which he wanted to do first, he asked which was the most important to us and he would start there. Every time water was let out of the upstairs bathroom sink, we would get water through a small hole that developed in the ceiling of the level beneath. He enlarged the hole in the ceiling to 1 foot x 1.5 feet, quickly identified the problem and replaced the drain pipe. (We have to patch the hole.) He made a minor adjustment in a loose commode handle. He identified the cause of a little water damage on a wall by a shower and told us how to fix it. Our kitchen sink faucet dripped and also leaked water from the bottom. They did not carry replacement parts for that brand which he said was more upscale. He had one replacement faucet on his truck which was the length and size and color we needed, so we took that, but it cost about $580 or so. Our previous faucet was chrome, and the new one was a brushed finish. He told us ahead of time how much it would cost. The new faucet works fine. He fixed everything we needed and did an excellent job. I would recommend Booze Plumbing.

I didn't do enough due diligence. I have used Booze for years and years and years and assumed I would get a good price. As it turns out I could have saved $500 if I had found the name of the installer I had gotten in another house years ago. I finally found his name and asked him how much a new hot water would be--same brand. I didn't give my name. $500 cheaper. I called Booze backed to see if I could renegotiate a price break since I had been a customer since the 1970s. I was treated rudely and asked that the owner call me this next business day. He never did. I was crushed They do good work but you are paying more to deal with them.

They were responsive and on time. The guys that came over were very nice and fixed the leak in less than an hour. They also answered a couple of other questions I had. I used them before to replace my hot water heater and the service was just as great. I will use them in the future.

My experience with them was very good. They were fine. Their price was fair. They were really nice people. They were on-time and professional. They charged what they said they would. They were polite, neat and clean and careful and they did their best. And they are punctual. I was pleased with what they did and the price was acceptable. And I would recommend them.

They instantly reported to my house after I called them. They've worked well. I didn't have any problems dealing with them. It's a positive experience for me and the price is fair and reasonably.

I had been noticing symptoms for several weeks that led me to believe that the water pressure regulator was not operating properly. The sound of running water when a tap was opened had grown louder than normal and after closing the valve, there was a couple seconds of sound like water was still running and gradually decreasing to off. For the past couple weeks, there was also an occasional moaning sound as a tap was open and closed. I called Booze on Monday, explained the problem and said there was no need to rush as it was not an emergency. An appointment was scheduled for the following day in 8-10 AM time period. I received a call at 7:45 and was informed that the plumber should be here in 30 minutes. Mark started by testing the high and low water pressure at the deep sink as taps were opened and closed. The high pressure was nearly double what it should be. Pressure dropped off more than it should when taps were opened and built back up gradually after all taps were closed. The pressure regulator needed to be replaced. The main shut-off valve leaked a little as it was being closed so we decided to replace it at this time also since the pressure regulator is directly above it and a one-step replacement would be the easiest approach. Even though the work was performed in my unfinished basement, Mark did one of the nicest, cleanest appearing plumbing jobs I have seen and I would welcome him in my home again - of course, I hope not too soon. We would use Booze again. We were very pleased by their coming to our rescue -- when they knew we needed help quickly. They did the work correctly and we have not had any further problems.
