Description of Work: They helped us replace a water heater. We've used them since 1997 and appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Description of Work: They repaired an outdoor faucet that was leaking all over the inside of the family room. They were easy to work with, showed up early and promptly repaired the leak.

Description of Work: I've used Booze Plumbing on previous occasions. They do a great job. They are always patient about answering my questions and discussing the various options if there is a problem.

Description of Work: Replace toilet parts. Plus small odds and ends.

Description of Work: I did use Booze plumbing (Vienna, VA) to snake out my clogged kitchen drain. The plumber could not get the snake to make the necessary turns, so he ended up cutting through drywall and pipes to get to the right spot. He was successful, but finding the right spot to insert the snake left some holes in the basement ceiling and the kitchen wall. Pipe was repaired with rubber fittings and clamps, not with new pipe. It was a lot of work and I am glad that he did not give up.

Description of Work: Connected a new bath tub to drain line.

Description of Work: We have used Booze Plumbing for many years. Recently, they installed a new garbage disposal. It took the plumber about 30 min. yet the total bill was $540. Since I know exactly how much this type of disposal costs, I estimate that there is about $150-$200 of excess profit in the price. Although when I scheduled the apt., they estimated a cost figure that wasn't far from the final number, I thought the installation would take longer. We are unhappy with this experience.
