Ok but said new unit just installed by another vendor wasn't done right - other vendor had better quote.

We did have a bit of a problem and they had to replace a valve on our heat pump. They were quick to get out there and while it was difficult to replace the valve he did the work quickly. We only had to pay for the labor to replace the valve. I had a good experience overall and I will continue to use them. I would also recommend them to friends and family.

They serviced my whole house Kohler generator. Office staff was very courteous and helpful in getting service appointment set up. Had to reschedule because of snow. Cameron the service man showed up today within the 8AM to Noon service window. Worked outside in the rain for about an hour. Gave me a full recap when he was finished and pointed out some things to look for going forward. Cameron was extremely pleasant seeing as he had been out in the rain for an hour!

Justin did a very thorough job and walked us through what he did. He took the time to do it right. We had other companies do this job before, but we have never seen that professionalism, yet personally cared for like this time.

The furnace is now operating; however, we decided to replace the unit, since it's 23 years old and the estimated repairs were around $900. We are now getting three estimates.

Never used these people before, but they were awesome. arrived on time. very professional. fixed the problem. They could probably have told me anything and i would have authorized the service. But, instead. they replaced a filter and charged me only $39. I would strongly recommend them.

Very efficient. They came out for the diagnostics and returned promptly with the parts. The technician clearly told us that the unit should be replaced because the cost of repairs over the next few years would be very high. He assured us that we would be fine this winter and when we decide on a new furnace we will call them for the installation.

The provider arrived punctually. He was polite and professional. His work was thorough and he was happy to answer all my questions.

The service man disconnected the heat pump that the wires were connected to, and the system was up and running! The service man was prompt, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it at minimal cost. I couldn't ask for more than that. This is the second time I have used this company and they were able to diagnose and cheaply fix the problem. They will be my go-to company next time I need someone.

The technician (Justin) was on time and professional. He explained in detail what was wrong with the system and then proceeded to perform the repair after confirming with me. I would hire them again.

Checked A/C. It had stopped working in the Fall and I was trying to be proactive for the Summer. Turned out it was working just fine. We just ended up having to pay for the service call and diagnosis basically. They seem very honest and capable though!

The technician arrived on time and was courteous. After a quick examination of the outside unit he was able to make a recommendation on what the problem was and fixed it fairly quickly. He already was carrying the part in his service vehicle.

The real estate agent for the purchaser's of our home called them back out to tweak some stuff again. In general, I thought they did good work, though.

I never got an estimate. It's been almost 5 weeks since the rep visited, did a tour of my house and discussed in detail what I'm looking for and what might be involved to make the installation happen. I had high expectations based on the visit, but the fact that the company couldn't be bothered to follow up is not good or professional. I suppose my business isn't good enough or lucrative enough for them to bother.

Company installed carrier heating and cooling for us. They reevaluated the air flow in the house and added a new vent and air intake in the basement to circulate down there and add air inflow. Installation went well... County inspection determined the outside condenser was installed too low in a depression so water could accumulate. When we called the company, they promptly fixed the problem at no additional charge. I'd work with them again.

It was fair enough. They did their work as advertised. They always show up and ask for more money. They did not do extra work but he tried to get extra money out of me. He came out a week later.

It went well. I was pleased that he showed up at the scheduled time because my house was hot and uncomfortable. He looked at the AC unit in the back of the house and did some tests. He determined it was not getting enough electricity and checked the electrical box in the basement and turned on the switch. He was professional and knew how to do his job. I was pleased with the results of the technician.

Attention high-rise residents; this company will do your work! The techs were very professional and they were very friendly. The company was very good about letting me know exactly when the people would be there. I had a pipe seal fail which resulted in a bad water leak, right where I had mold eradicated! I called on Friday and they sent a tech that afternoon. He did a temporary repair to stop the leak and came back Monday to do a permanent fix. I did experience a glitch with the duct cleaning/enviro treatment I asked them to perform. There was a miscommunication regarding scheduling. I was impressed with the way they handled the matter.
