Description of Work: Our air conditioner was not working. They tested the unit, didn't see anything wrong with it so checked our electrical panel. They found a fuse that was flipped off. They flipped the fuse back on and the air worked again. They were honest and didn't charge us for anything more than the visit. Will definitely use them gain.

Description of Work: On the initial trouble call the technician's inspection of my heat pump air handler determined that there was a capacitor burned out that was causing a switch controlling the fan to malfunction. The technician diagnosed the problem and performed a quick fix to get us some heat while we waited for a part. The unit is 25 years old. Despite this the company was able to obtain a replacement switch from the OEM and repaired the unit within three days. We now have a fully functioning heating unit. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He explained each step of the repair thoroughly. The parts were rather expensive thus resulting in the B for price.
