These guys were great. Had previously called out another company to look at the same issue, and was essentially told that all I could do to fix the issue was to keep my A/C temperature higher. Air Treatment Co figured out the TRUE root cause of the extreme humidity issue after a quick diagnostic, and fixed/improved the issue almost immediately. Would definitely call these folks again!

They were very professional and immediately sent someone out to give me a very thorough walk through. He knew what it needed and his estimate was very thorough. I had contacted another company also and really saw a difference with their level of customer service. He had it up and running in a few hours and I was very satisfied. They also do my routine maintenance.

It went fine. I would probably shop around for prices before using them again.

One of the things I like best is that when you call Air Treatment's office, the person who answers the phone can usually take care of your need; there is no phone tree or forwarding of calls. Actually I called to have the company to perform summer service. it just so happened the upstairs A/C stopped working. Sarah (Customer Service) and Justin (Technician) were both very polite. Justin was able to pin point the issue and fix it but stayed and made sure other past issues were not an issue. This shows me the company is very through when doing their diagnostics. I will be using them again.

They were great on the phone and got their estimator out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. He showed up on time and did a great job assessing my needs. Then... crickets... I called a couple weeks later to inquire. Its now been a week since that call. Moving on.

Provider performed a diagnostic call $39.00 with Angie's List coupon, and then proceeded to add coolant to the A/C $120.00. The technician was very professional, explained all the possible issues than might cause the unit to run out of coolant and suggested a follow up next spring to check for leaks. The technician was knowledgable and wore shoe protection all the time. My my only suggestion for the provider is that they really need to work of their timeframe Windows, so customers don't have to waste all day waiting for the technician. In my case I was given a 5 hours timeframe from 12:00 to 5:00 and the technician showed up around 6:00 pm, due to traffic. Besides that, everybody in the company was very nice and responsive. From the moment I made the appointment until the technician left, everybody in the company was client oriented

It went very well. Mike explained me lot of things and provided me with the quote for A/C. If the quote is little bit lower I may go with the Air Treatment Co.

I had a service contract with them at that time and my furnace stopped working that winter. I called them and was told the diagnosis fee is $195 for weekend and not discount for contract client, though I was not told when I signed up for the contract. I need the furnace in a cold winter so they sent a technician. He stayed in my utility for 3 minutes and said one part was defective and I had to pay a few hundred bucks for the part plus the $195 diagnosis fee. He recommend me to replace the furnace so the diagnosis fee could be waived. It looked like a good deal. He talked me into buying a basic model of carrier and schedule a installment appointment then happily left. So we had a cold night and I did some research found out that the basic model of carrier is not a good option and their proposal is pricey. I called the office to cancel the appointment and immediately received a call from the technician asking why I cancelled the appointment. I explained my reason and he was very unhappy . Anyway, I had another company came and they found out the defective part referred by the Air Treatment technician was broken into two parts. Obviously when he left, he thought we would replace it so just broke it into two parts. I called the Air Treatment to cancel my remaining service contract and they refunded my the unperformed contract fee back to me.

I have been using Air Treatment Co for 10+ years for my twice a year annual maintenance. My "Trusted Adviser" service technician Carl Depner has been performing my maintenance for about the last 6 years. He explained all of the options that were the best for my home and budget. This is the 2nd Heating and Air Conditioning system Air Treatment Co has installed as I have a 5,000 square foot home with 2 zones. The first one was replaced 7/2/12 for the upstairs zone when the air conditioner failed in the middle of a very hot summer. Carl helped me select the Carrier Infinity Series. The house was built in 2000 and I purchased it in 8/2001. The original systems were your typical low-end builder quality and were actually manufactured in the mid 1990's according to the serial numbers. I had no idea and the home inspector did not notice it either. Both of the installations went very well. The 1st system was installed in the attic on a very hot July day!

Air conditioning compressor would not start. I called a couple of places and Air Treatment was able to get a technician to my house in the shortest time. He came within an hour and quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor in the compressor unit, and replaced it. No problems with the compressor in the two years since replacement. The cost of the new capacitor itself was $192.00, which I'm sure is many times the cost, but probably par for the area. The service call was only $87 which seems very reasonable for such a quick response. These prices include a 25% discount from regular price.

Carl did a GREAT job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I bought this coupon because my Gas Furnace was not cycling on. I restarted it and it fired up and worked but when the thermostat lowered the temp in the evening it would stop working. If I had the thermostat temp on hold it would be fine. Anyway, the furnace was blinking a red light error code, which I looked up and it indicated that the pressure switch could be the problem. I didnt want to order the part off the internet to find out that it was not the problem. Needed to know for sure it was the pressure switch. So I bought the the coupon off of Angielist in the evening, the next morning Air Treatment called me and said they had an opening at 1pm that day. The repairman came over and did a very thorough and professional job analyzing my system. Spent close to 3 hours troubleshooting. He confirmed it was the pressure switch and gave me an estimate for repair. I declined because I can do the repair myself. Anyway this was an excellent deal and I would buy this again. I give Air Treatment an A+ for their service and I will definitely call them again in the future.

Air Treatment Co provided excellent work.They are extremely easy to work with and my questions were answered directly and knowledgeably. Their technicians are skilled and efficient. Our entire experience from initial diagnostic check through purchase and installation of a new central AC system was very good. We are 100% satisfied!

Identified why the furnace to failed to generate heat and corrected the issue. Also, identified circulation issues and corrected the fan power to provide the appropriate airflow through ducting.

Everything went smooth. They were on time and they showed us things on the AC/HEater that made it more effecitent to operate.

I think I've left a review on them before, I've used them pretty consistently, I've used them most of the time actually. We had a leaking problem and we didn't know what it was, it turned out it was the water heater. So they replaced the water heater. Then later I'd say in June, Julyish maybe in October I can't remember, a few months later, the basement actually ended up flooding because there was a problem with the water heater along the top of it. But they immediately came out, looked at the problem with no cost. they ended up bringing a dry vac and dry vacuuming out the basement for us. So they were super super quick to respond to the problem. They installed the water heater and there was an error an with the water heater, and we found the error like 11:30 at night and just turned of the water heater, didn't worry about it. The very next morning, as soon as they opened I called. And they sent someone over that morning to take care of it. So even though there was a mistake made, they handled it really professionally and very quickly and so I would continue to use them cause they've been great. One of the things I really like about their company is that every time they come over, they've been really honest about what we needed and what we haven't needed, that's why I trust them because they never do like a hard upsell or anything like that. They never use scare tactics. Our heating system is old, or air conditioner is old and they never ever tried to pressure or anything like that.

Got several estimates, Air Treatment had best price, and estimate was well organized and how they would do the work was explained well. Started on time, finished in the time expected, did good clean work.

The job went great, I would highly recommend.

I've used Air Treatment many times. In a pinch they are always able to send someone out to fix the A/C or the heater. Additionally, the technicians are very friendly, smart and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
