Description of Work: My HAVC kept leaking so they evaluated my system and fixed the problem on the spot (no leaks since then). The tech also explained all the possible issues but indicated that with regular and basic preventive maintenance, I shouldn't have those issues in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the service to fix the no-AC problem through Big Deal. Air Treatment technician came the next day to quickly identify the root cause and replaced the failed part. Description of Work: My AC was not working well. The technician determined that the coolant was leaking. He thoroughly explained our options (find/repair leak, replace unit, refill coolant for temporary fix). I chose to refill the coolant and purchase a service agreement. The technician was very intelligent, helpful, informed and polite.
