They did great job!

Arrived early, completed work promptly, courteous.

They were great. The company called me 30 minutes in advance of him arrival as promised. The service technician was very polite and seemed very experienced. I have used this company for about 10 years.

They came in for a tune up of the air conditioning unit that we had bought from them in 2010. I used them because my neighbor had used them and she really liked them. I can’t qualitatively tell whether the service was really good. The person in this company from whom I purchased the air conditioning unit seemed almost disinterested in the transaction. He didn’t have a really great bedside manner, but the technician who came out to check on the unit was really great and did a good job. It is a feeling from that interaction with the actual salesperson that makes me kind of cold. I would most probably use their services again in the future.

They last came out a couple months ago to perform fall maintenance on our furnace as part of a maintenance contract. They also come out in the spring to check the air conditioning. I've been using these guys for over twenty years, and I give them high marks all the way. Great company in every way!

They were fine. They came right away. They were on time. The technician was very helpful and courteous. He did a good job. He spoke in very plain terms and explained the situation with our air conditioning. He used a very normal language.

It went very well. They are always on time and service men are very pleasant.

The person they sent, who had been to our house less than one month before did not know how to fix the unit. After fixing the expensive part, he realized in may have been a simple clogged hose, and checked that AFTER he replaced the other part.

They are local, I know the technicians and I know the company. I have a service contract for a whole year, but it is only for maintenance not full service. In the spring they check the AC and change the filters. In the fall they change the filters for the humidifier, etc. They just make sure it is set to go for the season. The price is comparable and they come when they say they will.

I was happy with their work. They accommodated me. I asked it they could do it that day and they were able to, which was nice to get it out of the way. I am happy with them except for one thing. The guy that came here who gave me their card, their main sales person, I contacted the guy by email. He wanted to meet with me but he was really busy and I told him I was busy too and let me know when he was available, and he never got back to me. That's the only thing that irritated me, that he never called me or sent me an email. I just suspected that they were getting bombarded by calls because it was in the heat of the summer and everybody was having trouble with their air conditioner and I just feel off the radar. You just always appreciate it when people remember when you ask them to call you. It was just a minor irritation.

I called company and said I had a leak of refrigerant in my carrier ac system. First visit just confirmed my report that system seamed to have a leak. Technician said, "yes it's leaking." charge; $120. Second visit was to detect and repair leak. Chrarge $720+.

They did a good job at a decent price. When the county inspector came over to inspect the job he stated that they do a good job. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

Whenever we need a filter change, or just need some help over the phone, Air Treatment has been there. They are very nice and personable, and I do like the fact that there are local as well.

What a beautiful installation job they did. They have come to service the units since then and they are fantastic. I have used them for other work on several different occasions as well. They are very good and the price is always right. I am satisfied with this company.

The job was completed expeditiously with good cleanup. I have used this company for many years and have always found them to be very responsive. Work included previous air conditioning compressor and evaporator and yearly maintenance.

Work was performed on schedule, and the technicians were very professional. In addition, they placed protective covering over carpeted stairway and floor. Cleanup was thorough. Overall, we are very pleased. We had three estimates, and Air Treatment's price was in the middle. However, each estimate was for a different A/C manufacturer. We felt the Lennox system was superior to the other two so we feel we received a good price.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. WHEN I WAS IN NEED, WHICH WAS A HOLIDAY, I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THAT SAME DAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY PROVIDED.
