Air Treatment Company came out to fix an A/C problem, they did a great job. While the tech was here we asked him to give us a report on the health of our system (it is 17 years old). He explained the benefits of the new system, the rebates offered and special financing available without sending out another salesman we replaced the whole system!

Although the system was 'under warranty' from Carrier, I had discovered that the warranty is only as good as the company that installs your system. To its credit, Air Treatment assumed the responsibility for my warranty and more than honored the spirit of the warranty. When my coil failed, they provided a completely new system (Compressor, connecting lines, and coil) at no cost to me. The quality of their work was superior, and as a consequence my AC system is working better than it ever has. I cannot say enough good things about Air Treatment. Until air Treatment took responsibility for the warranty (which they were not obligated to do), I thought there was little hope of getting my system working again. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Carrier to little avail. Then one day I got a call from the owner of Air Treatment who said he would not only fix my system, but would replace the entire system with a new one of better quality! They came out the next week and did all the work in one long day. The new system is indeed much better than the old and I am one happy homeowner. My guess is that if I had purchased this system myself, the cost would have been over $10,000. THANK YOU AIR TREATMENT!

We have had an annual maintenance (spring/fall) contract on our furnace and AC system with Air Treatment for a number of years, and they have installed a new furnace and AC system for our house in the past. We were concerned about our aged hot water heater possibly having problems when we are traveling and had researched the Air Knight system as a potential remedy for allergies to mold spores and cooking odors, etc. in the house. Air Treatment gave us a reasonable estimate and took several hundred dollars off the price of both systems. Their techs showed up on time, were extremely courteous, explained everything they were doing, tested everything completely, including hot water heater venting, and left the basement in perfect order when the job was finished. We continue to be very satisfied with this company.

In most instances, (everything went) very well. There was a problem in winters of 2009 & 2010 with furnace going out. Senior technician, Carl, finally located problem. He's excellent & I always request him now. Excellent other than that problem. Reasonable prices.
