Benny was prompt and pleasant. He got right to work and finished what he came to do. He was very neat (put shoe covers on) and very helpful in answering my questions.

The service technician arrived during the 4-hour window we had been given. He was professional and polite, asking first whether we had any issues or questions. He completely answered our one question about the air filtration system they had installed last spring. Excellent experience overall. Starts with the air treatment office staff who are always polite and helpful. the service technician arrived exactly our time (ware booting ares is shoes). Was courteous and thorough with the service. Asked if I had any questions.

Arrived on time. Had all the components.Removed old system got the system up and running, cleaned up and finished in about 8 hours.

First, Air Treatment was efficient in providing an estimate to meet my needs: 1) replace old system, 2) allow separate control of temperatures in basement and add a air return duct to eliminate the stale air, 3) allow me to move heat from fireplace insert more efficiently through home. They talked me through the sizing of the different components and we actually decided on a smaller, more efficient A/C unit. Second, they showed up on time, did what was asked, were clean, and very responsive to my questions during the project, and finished on time. They walked me through the start-up and operation of the system. They filed for permits and sent me the followup paperwork to complete the inspections so there was no action required on my part. Third, being a meticulous do-it-yourself home renovator I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the installation. All the wire connections and plumping work was very neat and routed well around the other home systems. Their duct work was very precise. Bottom line. You can trust this company. Regarding the operation of the system I could not be more pleased. Sure it cost some money for top of the line equipment, but when you look at the other big expenses in life and think about how often you get to enjoy them the ROI on this new system is immediate. With the zoning system in combination with Infinity equipment, we can heat the basement without making the bedrooms too hot. Conversely, we can air condition the bedrooms without freezing out the basement. We are looking forward to the summer months where the humidity management function will be a great benefit. Also, as part of the work we raised the return duct in the family room from the floor to the ceiling so that heat from fireplace insert can be distributed more efficiently through the house by using the very low speed function on the furnace that continually circulates and cleans the air in the house. With the fireplace insert providing heat we did not need the gas heat from the furnace for the upstairs, and when the basement needed heat the furnace only had to run at 40% capacity for short periods of time to heat the smaller space.
