This went well. They were very helpful when I explained to them about my allergies, so they did all the work from the outside access to the vent.

The Technician was corr-teas, and professional, and explained what he was doing. He did excellent work.

They diagnosed an issue with an air conditioner installed improperly by another company. They gave me an estimate to fix the problem and advice on contacting the original company to have the repairs done under warranty with the company who originally installed it. They saved me $400! Ben performed diagnostic test and he was great. He was professional and highly trustworthy.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great. They had to replace an additional part so I had to pay an additional $200. I was impressed by how fast they came out and took care of the issue.

All went well.. and they provided a write of additional work needed in the future.

Air Treatment Co were friendly, informative, and everything is working. The only thing I was a little confused about was it seemed like there was cross over between what you get in the $69 service and what you get in the $29 service. They took both coupons for what they did. One was supposed to be the diagnostic and the other one was supposed to be service but it seems like if you get a service call you get a diagnostic automatically done so I'm not sure why they took both coupons.

Contractor arrived on time started work right away after putting down protecting covers on floor. All the old stuff went and new items were put into place, the quality of the work was great. The job and clean up was completed at 5:30 start was 7:45.

We had Air Treatment Company come out for a check-up of our A/C unit and its functionality. The service technician arrived on time and was professional and thorough in his evaluation of our system. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and explained his findings so we knew our situation. He was very helpful (and honest) on what we might do for short-term and long-term actions for our unit and was happy to discuss further if we wanted to follow-up with him at a later date. Again, very professional, friendly and helpful.

From the start, everyone was professional, courteous, and ready to assist. From the initial appointment setup, to the technician visit, and through the install. Our system stopped working during the summer heat wave, so we needed someone out right away. They were ready to have someone at the house within a couple of hours, when other companies i called had said no. I asked about Angie's list promotions, and for $29, they had someone out, who spent over 2 hours troubleshooting different things. He explained each thing he was trying, and educated us on the system we had. He also explained what we could do to try and keep it going, but we decided it wasn't worth it. He got on the phone to make sure we would have a scheduled date, just in case we did decide to go with them. Then he talked to his manager to negotiate the price for us. We couldn't afford it, but he explained they could help with zero percent financing for a year. The system is under warrany by the manufactuer, with a full satisfaction guarantee, and a one year service agreement. We agreed to the purchase, and were scheduled for install 5 days out. The day of final install, the guys arrived on time, and finished early. Explained the system again, and cleaned everything up from the old system. They even moved the outside unit where we requested, and did a fine job with everything, even teaching us how to use the new thermostat. In all, we were in a desperate situation, but felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend them!

They were great and the guy who came out took care of everything. He was able to find a couple of small issues for which he gave me a realistic issue of how long it would take and also gave me a reasonable quote when compared to a couple of other companies. He was able to find something that I did not think would be there. There was no sales pressure from his part and he gave me suggestions of what I could do if I wanted it fixed. He told me that I did not really have to disturb it until I am really able to do something correctly which made absolutely good sense. He showed up when he was supposed to which was very important. He was done very quickly and the whole process took within an hour. He was professional and it was a pleasure. They even called me to let me know that the guy was on the way so that I did not have to waste any time. I would go back and use them again when it comes to the real service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Have used them for 10 years beginning with their installation of my HVAC system, air filtering, humidifier, and water heater. They have maintained all the equipment during this period. Their technicians are very well trained and the company invests in their continuing professional education. It really shows as they discuss problems and options. They are customer service oriented and have worked with me on costs. While they may charge a little more than some companies their service is great quality and gives peace of mind that major household equipment is well looked after.

The installers arrived on time and worked throughout the day, without disrupting my day. They were wonderful, efficient and quick!

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it went very well. They gave us a safety inspection and that’s all we needed them for because we were selling our house at that time. We just needed a second inspection because the original inspection said that the A/C might not be working right so they did a fifteen point inspection just to make sure it was up and running and it was. I thought the price was great because all the other inspections I saw were more than that. They got back to me quickly after I placed the order and they were most definitely on time.

I used them and ended up buying and maintenance agreement with them. I was satisfied with their service. They were good at explaining what he did, and what the future maintenance needs might be.

I was able to use the coupon. He was very nice and explained everything. I had to pay about $200 to get the problem fixed. Everything went very well. I had called another company who wasn’t able to come out until the following day; Air Treatment was able to come out the same day which was a big plus in this heat!

I bought an Angie's List Deal for a $29 Heating or Cooling Diagnostic because my outdoor unit was frozen. I was given an appointment immediately and the receptionist reminded me to cut the unit off so it would be unfrozen when the tech arrived. I did not have to wait for an appointment, which is why rate the responsiveness and punctuality an A. I was not at home when the tech arrived, but my mother was home. The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. I arrived during the end of the service call and I live 10 minutes from work. When I arrived, the tech said the unit was low and Freon and needed to be replaced. So, why the F? I had another company come out look at the system after my neighbor told me they were having water leaking into their townhouse. I checked the Utility room and the indoor part of the system was indeed leaking underneath the unit. After removing a few screws to inspect the inside coils, water was pooled in the unit. I turned out to be a simple clogged drain/trap. To top it off, the new tech checked for leaks and unit didn't have any and the freon was not low. The Air Temp tech was not honest. He just simply thought the most logically answer had to be a leak and to suggest a $4100 system vs the $36 fix I received. Unfortunately, I threw away the work order with the tech's name.

Explained all options to replace old furnace-Made sure equipment was compatible with existing A/C, vents etc. Arrived on schedule & completed the work on schedule-Management followed up to see if all work was done properly.
