After an initial consultation with ATC about my defunct 27-year-old AC unit, I knew I had to get a new unit. I checked prices from a couple of vendors, and ATC had the best price, financing, and customer rating. ATC had to schedule me for a few days out, and they were slightly delayed getting to the appointment, but they showed up close to the scheduled time and worked hard to get the new unit up and running. Once the unit was installed, they showed me how to operate the thermostat, how the system fit into my existing HVAC system, and several of the nice features of the new unit.

Justin came out and had me up and running in no time. Great service, would use again.

The company was great. Dee the technician that came out was knowledgeable and articulated everything about my systems in a clear and easy to understand manner. He was true professional. Told me a few things to look out for to help extend the life of my systems. Really glad I found them and signed up for their annual service plan. Can't wait to see them in the fall for the fall gas furnace checkup.

They're honest, efficient, and great to work with. They'll work with you on price, too, which I really appreciated. I can't say enough good things about them. I called them because I heard a sound, and they spent half an hour investigating everything, and ended up figuring out that it was the smoke detector. They didn't even charge to come out, and I love working with them.

Pricing is always relative because it depends on what kind of a system you bought, high-end, medium or low-end system and how large it was and how big the house is. I send all of my real estate clients to them as well. They're not the cheapest, they're not the most expensive, but they're really good. Two guys came to complete the service. They did everything just the way I would want it done and I'm pretty picky.

First time working with this company. Technician came out on scheduled day and time to conduct twice-a-year preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (2). He was courteous, professional, answered all questions, informative, great to work with. I'm looking forward to working with this company in the future.

Phil from Air Treatment Co. came over and provided the most comprehensive review of our current system, explained the options, and surprise, surprise also had the best offer price-wise of the four A-rated companies we got estimates from. The service I received was exceptional. When Air Treatment Co learned that I had a newborn at home and a broken furnace in the middle of winter, the whole team - service tech, office admin, and even their general manager - worked impressively hard to get my home warm again. I placed a call after hours on a Sunday night. First thing Monday morning, we had an appointment scheduled for late morning / midday. The tech arrived on time and with the needed part in hand! By lunchtime my furnace was working (and sounding) better than it had in years. And they did it all for a very competitive price. From my experience, the team at Air Treatment Co really cares about their customers. It's so refreshing to work with a service provider with that approach.

This is the second time we've used this HVAC company, and have been very pleased both times. (Our home has two separate units.) Both technicians were very professional, thorough and experienced.

I was happy with their services. They were very thorough, we've had people come in here and do a very quickie kind of inspection and there's really nothing wrong but they didn't do that thorough of an inspection but these guys they come in and they really do the whole thing and they point at a couple things that were potential problems with the heating system and laid out everything for us that if this goes bad this is what you need to do and all that and all you have to do is just let us know and so they were very good.

After a few weeks the motor started making noise that got progressively worse. Justin came back and fixed the noise. Air Treatment provided great customer service through the process.

They were recommended by a coworker. I checked them out on Angie's List and they have a great standing. They are responsive and punctual. They are informed on what they are doing. They reviewed all of the options, and didn't pressure us to get a fancy high end model when we wanted a basic easy to use. They were very good. The workers and service tech are very professional and well trained.

On time, very professional, first class installation with many new parts including gas valve, copper water pipes, exhaust tube, etc. They even re-routed the PVC drain pipe from the furnace to go around the new water heater. All work done for a flat fee, no extra charges. With Air Treatment Company you pay a bit more, but you certainly get what you pay for.

We chose one of the more higher-end units because we have a five story townhouse & wanted to make sure it could push the air all the way up. The previous closet duct work was not done efficiently so Air Treatment Co. completely re-did all existing duct work, which was considerable. They were professional, courteous, and did the work quickly and efficiently.

Dan, the service technician, was very knowledgeable, found the problem, and the system was running again. I will definitely use Air Treatment for future a/c and heating work.
